Beautiful beach and view from huge balcony. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Bruce was excellent.

Highlights include clean and well heated pool and spa, available parking and a clean and maintained suite. Close to shopping and many restaurants as well as access to the beautiful beach and Gulf waters. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The host Bruce was fantastic to communicate with, the location of the property was ideal, we got a lot of use out of the grill, outdoor pool and hot tub (one pool was closed as they were recoating the concrete liner) even with the cooler January temperatures. One of the best things about the condo is the extra large balcony, with a table that seats 6 and lounge chairs as well. We will definitely stay in this condo again!

Nice property in a great location. Bakery and coffee shop across the street. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also loved the heated pool and hot tub on property when the air temp was in the 40’s and 50’s. The patio was perfect for hanging out playing board games and watching the sunset.

This is a great spot! The location is conveniently close to everything but not in the middle of all the bustle. The property looks great. Very clean and accommodating. The online check in and cleaning information matched the information left for us in the unit with clear and concise instructions. Great views! We saved this property and would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! The condo was just as described! Very clean & although we did not cook Thanksgiving dinner (Runaway Island for our 7th yr) the kitchen was very well equipped! The beds were a DREAM to sleep on! The weather was absolutely beautiful, with the exception of a half day of rain, which cleared up to sunshine. We enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub as well. The grounds are very well maintained. The Owner, Bruce made sure our stay was one to be remembered ! Thank you Bruce for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We would definitely love to come back again next year!!

Came down for a soccer tournament. Staying at the beach beats a hotel all day every day! Great view, beautiful beach, great amenities…we really enjoyed our stay!

Walk out to the beach, Beautiful pool and hot tub, short driving distance to restaurants, excellent condo and owners are amazing communicators! Overall outstanding stay!!!

Place has good view and good for families. Needed some updates in areas. Ok overall.

The condo was perfect! The access to the beach and pool area was so convenient. We loved being able to have a beachfront view from the balcony. The condo was clean, well furnished and up to date. The grounds were well maintained also.

My family had a great time. From room to sand it takes only 1 minute and most of that is just waiting on the elevator. We didn't get as much sun as we would have liked but that's just the gulf for you. Do listen to Bruce on what you may want to bring (TP, dish soap, etc.) as those are limited. Overall, it was as presented, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay! The views from the HUGE balcony were amazing and it was my favorite spot to enjoy my coffee every morning! The beds were comfy and no one in my party had any complaints about either bed! We will definitely be coming back!

My family and I loved our vacation time here. The location is great; beautiful, clean condo! The 5th floor location is perfect for beach and ocean views. There was no long wait for the elevators. Host was wonderful with communication and making sure everything was in order before and during our stay. We are hoping to stay at Bruce's place again in the future. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in PCB!

Senior spring break trip was awesome! Excellent location, central to so many shops, restaurants and activities. Steps away from the beautiful beach. My family had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The experience over all was peaceful and relaxing. Beds are big enough but needs new mattress in master bedroom hurts your body due to the sinking of the mattress topper, second bedroom squeaks every time you move makes it hard to stay asleep and sinks as well like the master room, hot water is only warm. The large couch is hard as a brick and the love seat is broken down hurts your back after a while. The unit is spacious with a great view. Our code to front door was invalid the day before checkout and you can't get ahold of management on site nor do they answer their phone or call you back at all. The answering service was very rude and hung up on us as we were stuck outside due to code being invalid because she didn't like us being upset because our 75 year old mother couldn't get in to take her Asma medication as she started to have a attack. The owner of property was very nice and reset our code and only thanks to him she got in, just in time before she required medical attention. Unfortunately we won't be staying at that unit again due to all the unfortunate things that we encountered with the furniture issues if one can't sleep well and hurt everyday you cannot enjoy your time away.

Our PCB 2022 Fall Break was GREAT! The communication with the host was excellent which made our check-in and checkout much easier. The condo was nice and we loved our balcony. We will definitely stay at the condo again.
