The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. The house was walking distance to Old Quebec, Quarter Montcalm, and museums. The house is a lovely turn of the twentieth century home with everything you could need. The host provided a fantastic book with all the sites you could see, restaurant recommendations and grocery stores “Marche”. This is a great place to stay for a family.

the property and house location was great. Its close to many local sightseeing and walkable on a warm day. My kids and family loved staying in the house.

Stayed for just one night – within walking distance of lots of attractions, restaurants. Apartment was comfortable, clean and perfect for our group of seven!

Perfect location to stage for Winter Carnival events. 5 minute walk to the snow sculpture garden, videotron, and ice castle. Perfect location for enjoying the Plains and the Old City as well. 4 bedrooms and 2 pull-out couches, so very accommodating for our party of 8. Hotel restaurant across the street does breakfast right. Nina replied to texts promptly and we had no issues! We would stay there again.

Magnificent stay in the Suite Citadelle on Place Montcalm in Quebec City. Great city apartment for three couples to enjoy the city including the restaurants next door on Rue St. Louis, the skiing and walking across the street in the Plains of Abraham, short walk to Old Quebec and easy access to highways heading east and north for Nordic skiing. Nina was very responsive and helpful.

We loved this apartment. The rooms are small but cozy. Bedding is comfortable. Everything was very clean. It’s an older building but I liked the charm of the sloped floors and older windows. The location was beyond perfect! Being in between a beautiful park in one side and the active Grande Allée on the other was the best. We had so many good restaurant choices and it was an easy walk to the Old City. And having all the NYE festivities around the corner was perfect. My kids said their bedrooms in front had some party noise late at night on NYE but every other night was quiet enough to sleep and separate from the crowds. We didn’t hear much at all in the back bedrooms. Overall we had a fabulous stay here.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. The kitchen is well stocked - we were able to make lots of big Christmas meals. The rooms are comfortable and we appreciated having two washrooms. No complaints - highly recommend :)

We loved the location and historic character of the property. There were many apartments in the surrounding apartment buildings that wouldn't have provided the same sense of charm and connection to the city as this home did. We would stay there again.

A quick, safe, 15 min walk into the Old City. BONUS - Plains of Abraham on one side, Ciel! Bistro Bar across the street. (Ciel! Revolving restaurant was fantastic!) Loved the attention to details. The comprehensive guest book was a great resource, packed with valuable info. Clearly a great deal of thought and research went into it. The mattresses were all super comfy. BONUS, lots of pillows on each bed. (I hate when you get one lame thin pillow). Towels laid out on each bed - attention to details, making it warm and inviting upon arrival. Each room is a little different. The front room near the street has a HUGE closet and a small bathroom sink. If traveling with kids, I would make this the parents room. The big room near the kitchen has a huge armoire and could also be considered the primary bedroom. The smallest room with the twin bed is near the kitchen, which will always be the quietest spot at night. All rooms were great. Wonderful general layout. Kitchen was fully stocked AND BONUS, it had stainless cookware. Another BONUS, privacy doors on the living room for noise reduction. Washer & Dryer in kitchen. We were only here for 3 nights so didn't use it, but what a BONUS for longer stays. Two boot trays provided for wet shoes. Attention to detail that is greatly appreciated by this guest! The best recommendation I can give is to say on my next trip to Quebec I will stay here again.

We loved how close we were to everything! Comfortable place to stay.

The suite was absolutely lovely, from the moment you walk in you feel like you have entered a familiar family home. The accommodations were great and our family of 6, to include two teenage boys, slept very comfortably. As for the location—superb! The neighborhood is gorgeous and everything we wanted to see was within an easy 15 walk. We will be back!

This was a cool, old house that had been updated. Great location, parking onsite, easy communication with owner, clean, interesting configuration of rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Would stay there again.

We were very impressed with how clean the property is and how quickly property managment replied. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and all of the attractions are very close. The hop on hop off bus can also pick you up very close to the accommodation. We were very happy and will stay again.

Older home in a super location. Right next to a large park & 15 minute walk to the center of the old city. Many restaurants also close by. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Had a small problem with noisy people above us the first night but Nina took care of it. Would stay there again.

The location of Nina’s place was better than we could have ever dreamed of. Right beside the plains of Abraham and close to the old city. everything was close by, yet the area was quiet at night.

We were three couples enjoying Quebec City in September for three nights. The location was fabulous for us. We easily walked to the old part of the city, to terrific restaurants and the Plains of Abraham are basically across the street! We didn’t cook while there but enjoyed the large living room to gather and make plans. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Located within walking distance to all the places we intended on visiting , even Lower town.

A group of friends stayed here for a few nights. We loved walking in the gardens at the Plains of Abraham. So wonderful to have such a huge green space so close by. We walked everywhere—to the art museum, shops in Cartier Street and up to the walled city. We appreciated being able to do laundry and have a kitchen. Thank you!

This was an great space for us, 3 adult siblings and senior mom. Each of us had our own bedroom and there were 2 bathrooms which was very helpful. 2 said their beds were not so comfortable but two of us had very comfortable beds. The location was wonderful, just off of Plains of Abraham and not far from the old town wall. Mom struggled a bit with the walking because the area is mildly hilly. The house itself is very old and mostly well-maintained though the back porch did not look safe so we did not go on it. Front porch is sweet and the unit is well stocked and has good space. It is easy to get in and out. Also having parking saved us. Quebec is a beautiful city - we really enjoyed our stay here and were super happy with the location and this property!!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. We loved how convenient the location was to the old city with multiple choices of restaurants. A real plus was the park right next door. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot for ages 2 to 90! We started and ended every day enjoying the views and breezes on the Plains of Abraham. The apartment had everything we needed.on site parking a true convenience for ferrying youngggg and old to the sights. Highly reccomend.

Property was located close to great dining and a short walk to the walls of the old city. Although very clean, the property would benefit greatly from some updating. For instance neighboring properties have bright lights they keep on all night and the curtains on the windows are not sufficient to keep out those lights; sleeping suffered as a result. Also, not all the furniture was very comfortable and one if the bedrooms was very cramped. Constructive criticism aside, the property otherwise met our needs and we are not unhappy.

This apt was a perfect location for our friends weekend Birthday get together. It was a clean and comfortable place to rest for our next days adventure in the historic city. Would recommend to friends.
