We loved the property, especially the separate Casitas…we have a toddler and our friends don’t, so the separation in the early morning was perfect. The management company was super responsive, it was a perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving week. Thank you!

My 4 friends and I have been having this once a yr. reunion for almost 30 years. We've all known each other since grammar school, and we think we've stayed friends for so long because none of us have sisters. We come from all over the country- NY, NJ, Oregon and L.A.. This year was a little disappointing because of the weather ( cold and windy) and the time change ( the days were shorter, the pool was tough to get Into because of clouds) but the house was perfect- all the beds were comfy, the hot tub was VERY popular, and the restaurants were great! We did have to buy 2 adult size floats for the pool ( there were only children's sized there, which we ended up bringing home. The view from the pool was beautiful- snow on the mountain tops!

We booked for the 4th of July extended wknd and communication was excellent from the start. Clear and detailed info on the property and check-in process. Gregg was quick to respond and attentive to all communication. The house itself was perfect for our family, and extended family. House had everything we needed for our stay. Pool/jacuzzi were a hit! 2 kids under 5 and adults loved it!! Casita was super cute and perfect for the grandparents. Property location is convenient, short drive away fr downtown PS. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, fabulous house to go to relax and enjoy. We would definitely go back again. Thank you!!

We had the best time here!! The house is beautiful and the pictures 100% reflected the house in real life. We did have minor issues when we first got there (some outlets in the kitchen weren’t working, house was a bit warm for us and needed an extra fan) and Gregg, the property manager, was quick to answer and come over and fix the issue. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was stocked pretty well! We loved spending hours outside in the pool. Very close to downtown Palm Springs! Absolutely perfect and we already can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay, the property managers were great. The view of the mountains is spectacular, it's near everything, easy parking, great pool and hot tub and well equipt kitchen. The wifi didn't work for us but I assume this will be fixed by the time you're reading this. They arranged for me to use wifi at another property. Would love to stay again

We wanted to take a few days away from quarantine. Found this home with casita for the great grandparents. And 3 additional BRs for the other two generations. Perfect size for the 6 adults and 2 children. The home was well stocked with essentials ( however, no salt, spices, sugar etc). Lots of yard activities for kids in addition to pool. I would stay here again for sure.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable.

We stayed here with a group of friends and we loved it. The separate casita with its own bathroom and kitchenette was a hit with one couple, while the rest of us loved sharing the 3 BR/2 BA main house. The decor is fashionable and inviting (especially the accent walls!), and the house has a great indoor/outdoor flow that makes for excellent socializing. Kitchen glass doors slide open to create even more flow, if you want. The star was the salt water pool and the amazing view of the mountains. Hats off to the manager Scott and his team. Check-in was spot on and we definitely felt well taken care of! Highly recommend for anywhere from 2-8 people.

We were a group of 7 friends who stayed. Loved this house and private casita. Very private and quiet. The salt water pool and jacuzzi were awesome as well as the outdoor bocci Court and ping pong table. Fully stocked kitchen was great for our home cooked meals and had everything you needed with a huge dining table and outdoor picnic table. Appreciated the nice plush bed linens, towels and high end soaps and shampoo. The house was very clean and the RelaxPS management did a great job personally orienting us to the house at check in and explaining how to use and access everything in the house and yard. We had an awesome time here and are planning our return here again very soon.

The house was not cleaned as well as it should have been. Some furniture was broken, unusable or dirty. Window shades in the bedrooms didn't work properly. Many issues with plumbing. The house needs a lot of TLC.

Beautiful mountain views, amazing pool and the house is immaculate! I love the mid century architecture and furniture. Very close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and sightseeing. I would definitely stay with this company again.

This house was a perfect setting for a bachelorette weekend. It accommodated 8 of us comfortably and was clean and well maintained. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice, well equipped mid century modern house, great decorating! The house was comfortable, the outdoor space was spectacular and the casita was a nice bonus for our guests. The surrounding neighborhood was nice & friendly & close to a park. The pool & hot tub were wonderful.

Perfect long weekend

This is a wonderful rental house for anyone looking to get away to Palm Springs for the weekend! My friends and I had a great time enjoying the pool, bbq, firepit, bocce ball court and Jacuzzi spa. There were 8 of us (4 couples) and the 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms were perfect for a group of friends, and would be great for families too. The house was clean and contemporary, but with classic Palm Springs touches of mid-century modern. Awesome kitchen for cooking (we made breakfast together every morning), and tall hedges in the backyard/pool area for privacy. I loved the location too because it is so close to the airport and just a couple minutes from the downtown restaurants and nightlife. Scott Fields and his team at RelaxPS (Craig and Jonathan) were so friendly and knowledgeable about the home and the area; they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! I will definitely be staying here again on future trips to PS. First-class service!

The house is very clean, well-furnished and well-stocked, and we loved the pool and spa. The beds are very comfortable, which was a plus. It is on a huge lot and is very private, as it is surrounded by tall hedges. The casita is VERY private and a nice amenity. The property manager, Scott, was very responsive whenever we a had a question or request. Be prepared to sign a separate agreement when you arrive, stating that you will not play ANY music outdoors at ANY time, and any talking in the back yard after 9pm must be "conversation" level, as there are full-time residents living on both sides of the property and they will not hesitate to call the City. We didn't have an issue with noise, but I know this restriction would defeat the purpose of a vacation rental in Palm Springs with an entertainer's back yard for most groups. The back yard is also under renovation right now; some additions are being made to a portion of the yard. It will be even nicer when they are done, I can imagine. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My partner and I, along with several friends, spent a lovely long weekend here recently and have nothing but good things to say about it. The house itself was elegantly decorated, yet warm and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with every amenity a cook could want. There are three very comfortable bedrooms and two baths in the main house and a separate, private guest house with it's own bath and kitchenette that's prefect for couples. We chose the particular property after reading a previous review about it being pet friendly, and so it was. The two small dogs in our group had a blast exploring the very secure yard and splashing around in the lovely salt water pool with the rest of us. We've worked with the property manager, Scott, before at other homes and, as always, he was EXTREMELY helpful. We've truly grown to appreciate Scott and the ease of booking his properties, the restaurant and shopping recommendations and, my personal favorite, the orientation tour upon arrival. We had a minor problem figuring out how the television in the living room worked and Scott was there within minutes to help get it sorted out (it was us, not the TV )! A great time was had by all!
