Everyone enjoyed being at the house and we were just minutes away from the church where our wedding was held. Communicating with Lisa was easy and she addressed issues quickly and efficiently. It's a great location and a quiet neighborhood with lots of eateries and places to go nearby!

Traveled to Indianapolis for a weekend to see family at a graduation celebration. We enjoyed our stay at the property which offered the space for my family.

We stayed the weekend in Indianapolis with the family. Very nice place to stay. Close to nice area Broad Ripple. Communication with the owner was perfect. It’s a duplex so it’s perfect for multiple families.

Easy check in process. Great communication with property owner. Great, attractive property with River and trails nearby. Attention to details and even decorated for Christmas as we were renting over the Christmas Holidays. Outstanding owner who made us feel welcome in her home.

It was lovely to have the whole house and one of the ovens worked very well for baking a mountain of cinnamon rolls for our daughter’s wedding. Location was convenient, felt pleasantly secluded. It was a comfortable stay and Lisa was very responsive and accommodating.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. I rented this for my fiancé’s family to stay in during our wedding weekend. We rented both the north and south units. Both units were very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Check in was so simple and easy, and the owner was readily available to answer any questions we had. The location was absolutely perfect (SO close to broad ripple). I will absolutely rent this again!!!!

Charming duplex in a great location near Broad Ripple, with easy access to major routes to downtown Indianapolis and points north. The property adjoins parkland on one side, providing both a peaceful setting and immediate access to trails that connect with the Monon Trail for walking and biking. We rented only the smaller side of the duplex during a busy travel season, but the space was still ample for a family of four and a pet to relax indoors and out. The owner is extraordinarily responsive and helpful, and has made the space very homey. Perfect home base for meeting friends and family in Indianapolis.

The house was very clean and roomy. It’s in a great location being right along N Collage Ave. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner was quick to respond. Tne beds were quite comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely be interested in renting again especially if we have a large group.

Large, well furnished, and easy to reach from the city. Loved this spot, and if I ever find myself going back to Indianapolis with friends, I'll definitely be checking if this property is available again.

Our visit to Indy was very easy with this rental. Plenty of room. No issues at all. Lisa was very responsive during the booking process.

This is a nice house for a family gathering. The owner was extremely attentive to any minor issues we had during our stay. It was nice to be in a city which had lots to do for the young children: zoo, and childrens museum. Nice takeout restaurants nearby.

House is great and back deck area provides wonderful privacy. Very close to Broad Ripple as well as downtown Indy or the nort side cities. Owner was perfect with communication. Would stay here again.

We had two-three family members from four different families staying in the duplex this weekend. The owner was extremely nice both during the booking process as well as when we got there. This property was about twenty minutes from Grand Park and worked out great for us. I appreciate how close it was to the small town with lots of shops, food, and trails.

The pictures don’t do it justice. View out the back windows and deck are incredible. The walking trails down the the riverside. Gathering space all just perfect for a family get together or just a peaceful place to stay even if you are working. Propane and charcoal grills. Did I mention the deck??? Best place we have ever stayed. Plenty of rooms and beds - even more than we needed. Kitchen on main side very central to the gathering space and room for extra cars because house is on dead end of road. Kitchen had all extra things needed like condiments foil all the little things you forget to bring. Plus all pots and pans and dishes. No dishwasher so bring paper plates and silverware if you want to spend less time washing. Fireplace and a fire pit out back. I’m not kidding - you will be glad you stayed here. When you turn in l, the house is way back at the very end of the road going back towards river. GPS says you have arrived back up on main road.

Lisa was great to work with and her place worked out really well for us. Close to Butler and Broadripple. large space with both sides of duplex and back yard is great!

Nice property in great location in Broad Ripple, close to all the restaurants and bars. Home was clean, and was a great fit for our weekend getaway with friends. Nice outdoor deck and backyard area.

Really nice home and backyard area. Lisa was easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walking distance to Broad Ripple. Worth noting there are only two shared bathrooms, which may be an issue for large groups. Still, lots of fun, would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s. It was orderly and clean clean clean with plenty of linens and blankets. All guests spoke of “comfortable beds”. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer in the basement. Would and have highly recommended this VRBO to friends

This was our first-time visiting Indianapolis for a family wedding. Both of our families were comfortable in both condos. The set up was perfect! The kitchens were equipped for cooking. The bathrooms had enough clean towels and toiletry. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and blankets, and the extra mattress was helpful. The whole house was pleasantly heated. We were able to enjoy family time and our children loved the space to play indoors. The owner had good communication with us and was able to answer all of our questions.
