The condo is well situated and is within walking distance of the piers, downtown, Pike’s Place, and water tours. We stayed four days and enjoyed every day. We did everything we wanted to do. Local restaurants were generally good and again within walking distance. My only complaint is the lack of streaming on TV. We aren’t night people, so having virtually nothing to watch on TV was a disappointment. Lastly, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. A couple who shares one bed won’t have to use it and should be fine. Check in and out were easy.

This property is so close to everything. We had a great time exploring downtown Seattle.

We stayed here for 4 nights before our cruise. The condo was nice and clean. The location is very convenient. We didn't need to rent a car, most of the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. We loved our stay a lot and would rent it again next time we're in Seattle. The condo is beautifully appointed and comfortable! Having a secure lobby entrance made for a quiet and safe haven for our Seattle stay. We were able to walk to all the venues we visited. As it turned out, the condo was central to the places and activities in which we were interested. The condo was spacious and overlooked a beautiful garden. We easily used Uber. It was unbelievable the quickness with which Uber responded.

Convenient to all the downtown sites. We walked most everything, although we did uber back from the Starbucks Reserve.

A great place to stay in the middle of all the main attractions

This property surpassed our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, the location is in a very safe area and walkable to Seattles main attractions. You do have to meet with someone at check in which I actually appreciated getting a tour and being shown how to use the fob key in and out of the condo. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we come back to Seattle.

The location was fabulous! Walking distance to everything we wanted to visit as well as a number of restaurants. The bakery/cafe right next door did not disappoint. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was super clean. Our teen daughter slept on the pull out sofa, and she had no complaints. She also enjoyed the heated pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in the Seattle area. The unit had everything needed for our family and we enjoy the other amenities in the building (pool, gym, parking). Location was great allowing us to walk everywhere in the city. Definitely would consider booking this unit again.

The abundance of greenspace offers me the majesty of of being enclaved in well manicured garden. The accommodations are complete with the richness of mainstay historical architecture, combined with modern appeal. Of course, this location has all the things that makes one safe to be brave.

The property was clean, secure, as advertised and in a great location between Downtown and Uptown. Good restaurants right outside the door. The indoor pool and hot tube were nice.

My sister and I visited Seattle for a sister trip!! This property was so easy and wonderful to check into, easy and safe garage and entrance and exit, and the perfect location for tourist activities! We walked almost everywhere. The accommodations in the complex were great, and we felt super safe! The hosts were beyond accommodating, fast responsive, and flexible when my sister’s flight was many hours delayed!! Thank you again so much for the hospitality! We will be back!

We loved this location! Central to so many things within walking distance. Safe secure parking was very convenient, we were able to park our car in the garage and not worry. The space is a decent size and very clean. Didn’t love coordinating to meet someone to get checked in but it was a relatively quick process.

We really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment. The location was wonderful and very quiet. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Fabulous base to explore the city and beyond. It was also very handy having the carpark for our car. Communication was easy and would highly recommend

This was a splurge for us and worth every dollar! My mom, husband and I enjoyed a few days in Seattle for an event at the Space Needle. PERFECT location for walking to everything amazing in Seattle! We were very comfortable in the condo, on the rooftop deck and fixing meals in the kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

The property is nice and conveniently located near Plikes Market and the Space needle as well as close to many fabulous restaurants. We did enjoy a brief swim and sauna on our last night. An added bonus. The bed is comfortable and the condo has all we needed. Loved having secure parking , as well as that was one less thing to be concerned with. This is a great location and easy walk to most places. Even Lumen stadium was only 1/2 hour walk or a quick ride on a scooter which are super handy if you want to get around easily. The bakery next door is fabulous! Definitely recommend checking it out. We would definitely stay here again. A lovely Seattle getaway .

Well-located small condo. On the courtyard side of the block, so less street noise 🙂. Main bed and sofa bed both surprisingly comfortable. Sofa bed easier to operate than many alternatives. Thank you for hosting. Would stay again if passing through Seattle.

I can't say enough about this VRBO. The home was clean and well stocked with basic needs. The building felt safe. The front door and elevators required a fob to enter. Even the free parking garage is locked. The area around the condo was also great with a bakery and corner store just steps away. We were able to walk to both the space needle and Pike market. Uber service was quick for further locations. I would stay here again if in Seattle. The host was also awesome letting us drop our luggage early as we arrived from a cruise ship early on our check in day. Thank you again for that.

Communication was great and Eric was on top of everything to take care of any issues. The location is perfect to easily walk to Pikes market and piers. Many great restaurants around the block nearby. Macrina bakery next door is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the pool and sunset on the rooftop patio area. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt safe in the area and liked the secure building. We highly recommend this place. We completely enjoyed our Seattle experience staying here.

My family of 4 stayed here for 3 busy days of sight seeing in Seattle. The apartment is very well appointed with easy walking distance to most every main attraction you'd want to visit. Communication with owners was efficient and helpful. Eric met us to check us in and acquaint us with the building/apartment and was lovely. The condo is clean and modern with all the amenities you'd want with some thoughtful additions like Keurig pods, laundry pods, z-lock bags and Q-tips (which we were pleasantly surprised to find provided). Master bed was very comfortable and young kids were fine on the pull-out couch. There's a well stocked convenient store on the corner and plenty of restaurants in the area. Eric shared his favorite sushi spot (Japonessa) which we tried our first day and loved. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to visit Seattle!

We had an enjoyable stay in the appartment which was well equipped and the sofa bed was very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the swimming pool and A/C as we were staying during a heatwave.
