A group of women running the Rock n Roll Nashville 5K, Half and Full Marathons. Quick weekend. Perfect location to walk to packet pick up and the start line. Very inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway. Loved having 3 full bathrooms and enough beds for everyone. The rooftop 360 view was amazing! Our only regret was not staying one extra day to enjoy the town and the rooftop!

The house was very clean, spacious and convenient to everything. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooftop views are fantastic. I would highly recommend this house and would certainly stay again. Thanks for everything.

Such a great stay, the property was beautiful, the location was great, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the amenities. the owner was great and responded quickly (although we had not problems). Highly recommend for a quick trip to Nashville with friends!

The place was easy to find and we were able to get in easily. Everything was clean and the rooftop area was a great place to hang out when we had some downtime. Kudos to Kevin for helping us out with some questions - he is very responsive.

Great place! Tons of room and better than advertised

Perfect location if you want a quick drive to downtown, the Gulch or 12th street. Accommodations were great, with more than enough space. Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend.

We went out to Nashville to celebrate my 50th and see my daughter who lives out there and had just turned 21. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect we a great location. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop because of weather but the view was amazing. We ordered in pizza one night and played games around the table and just had a wonderful relaxing weekend. It was nice that all 3 couples had their own private room and bathroom and then our daughter slept on the hideaway in our room. We hope to go back again with better weather to enjoy the rooftop and walk to the restaurants.

Great place for a college reunion. Everything was exactly like it was shown, and Kevin was great to work with. Would visit and again and will be recommending to any friends that choose Nashville as a place to stay.

Nice place to stay Great for summer fun and get togethers

The place was beautiful and very clean and well stocked. From the moment we booked with Kevin, the communication was exceptional. He provided recommendations on places to go, eat, and activities. Check in process was very easy as well as the check out process. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. There were six people in our party and each couple had their own room and large gathering area for dinners, and relaxation. Also, we loved at the rooftop – it was beautiful, spacious at the propane heater kept warm. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nashville.

The house was above all expectations for our first time in Nashville! Plenty of space to hang together, walk to the Gulch or Uber to Broadway. But the best part, the rooftop deck! Kevin was spot on with communication and helping us navigate our trip plan. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back:)

Great place. We loved the rooftop. It had a fun vibe with others on their rooftops. Great place to watch the sunset. Location was very convenient. Easy to walk, Uber, or take a scooter many places.

Great location with a 10 minute walk to the Gulch and 10 minute ride to Broadway. Rooftop deck was great and just wished there was a grill because we would have eaten in at least 1 night. Would definitely stay again

This property exceeded our expectations! 9 girls fit comfortably in this space. The house is clean and has so many Nashville details that made it so fun! The rooftop was great to hang out at night with the fire. Owners had superb customer service and we cannot wait to stay here again!

myself, husband and two other couples stayed at this beautiful home. BEDROOMS:The bedrooms were all beautiful, with king beds and private bathrooms, such a bonus with a large group. We heard zero noise from the house or outside. It was completely quiet. The bathrooms were great, all coming with a blowdryer and curling iron ( girls save some space and don't pack yours). ROOFTOP:The rooftop was a great location to hang out, listen to music in the afternoon after shopping and prior to going out. We met both our neighbors when we were on the rooftop, one group from New York, the other from Alabama. We easily could have stayed to ourselves, but also enjoyed chatting with them. The noise can be a little loud up there at a certain time, but not crazy. We enjoyed hours up there alone, and only saw the neighbors a few times. Doing yoga up there in the morning was amazing. KITCHEN: Very well appointed, with many staples in the cabinets (coffee/tea/sugar/spices, etc). We made breakfast daily there, as well as plenty of late night snacks, cookies, etc. It had everything we needed: paper towels, lots of hand towels, all kitchen items needed to make great meals. LOCATION: an easy 5 minute walk to the gulch, though we chose to Uber everywhere. We had lunches, dinners and did shopping dow there and loved the neighborhood. Broadway was ten minutes, easy to get to and from. Plenty of Ubers at all times of the day and night. Home is located about 20 minutes from the airport, as well!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this place in Nashville. The location was great for us, as it was a short distance to downtown so it had the city feel but not the craziness. House was very comfortable and well appointed. Kevin was great to deal with. Very accessible to any questions we had or just checking on us to see that we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend his place.

Beautiful property as advertised. Well stocked and comfortable. The rooftops culture in the neighborhood is fun but loud late night.

We had a wonderful stay here for my bachelorette party. The rooms are spaced out nicely and each one has its own bathroom, making it perfect for a group trip. There are a lot of stairs in this property so be aware of that when booking. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean and homey with plenty of sheets, towels, etc. Those in my group who stayed on the Murphy bed said it was super comfy. Communication with the owner was easy and effective. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location w/ fantastic views from rooftop. Clean and spacious accommodations. We had three couples traveling together, and it was nice for us all to have our own bedroom w/ bath. The living area and rooftop were great entertaining areas & the location offered several amenities. Located just a very short Uber ride to all must see spots. Thanks for a great stay!

We all enjoyed the property, the views of downtown were phenomenal, the location was phenomenal and the house itself was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better host or property.

The house was great! Roomy, clean and with a great rooftop. It was a bit of a walk to get to Nashville, but doable, and Ubers and scooters were also available to get you around quickly. Would recommend for a group of vacationers looking to be close, but not right inside downtown Nashville.

This place looked exactly like the pictures! And we all know how deceiving photos can be! But not Kevin’s place - it was so cute and super clean. The location was great (short Uber ride to downtown or 12 South and very walkable to the Gulch!). My friends and I didn’t feel unsafe and if anything, it seems many of the places in the row also get rented out - as determined by what turned into a big rooftop gathering! Kevin was also extremely responsive and super helpful with anything I messaged him about. Highly recommend staying here!!

The VRBO was amazing and in the best location to Downtown Nashville. We were able to be within 10-15mins away from everything we were going to. You could also use the electric scooters to go to Broadway. This house fit all of our party and meant all of our needs.

We had a group trip for a 30th birthday and had a great time at this house. It was clean, open, and comfortable, with a great view from the roof! Host was also very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Perfect place for my family, everone HD their own space. The rooftop patio was relaxing at night overlooking the city.
