We stayed Jan & Feb. 2024. Many pros and 1 con PROS -layout of the whole facility. We stayed on the 3rd floor and appreciated the ease of entry/exit. There is a drop off zone in the 3rd level parking, with access to the walkway from parkade to condo. -entertainment and exercise facilities were great we enjoyed movies on Tuesday and Thursday, we used the exercise room most mornings. -pools-the inside pool was nicely heated, outdoor hot tubs were great, 2 out of 3 were working for our stay -rooms were as advertised, dated and functional, lots of plugins didn’t work and they had an electrician do some work on it while we were there. Beds had decent mattresses but the frames were ancient and were held up with sticks of wood. You had to be careful getting into bed or you would stub your toes! Dishes and cutlery were quite sparse and we had them bring some more dishes. They advertise sleeping for 8 but they didn’t have enough dishes for the 2 of us! -view- the 3rd floor balcony facing the beach was perfect CON -NOISE-there is a motorcycle hangout/bar across the street. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are the worst, although the noise can be any night. The motorcycle A**holes like to drag race from the front of the bar. Lots of nights it goes until 3 a.m. don’t think about getting any undisturbed sleep. Just when you think it calms down and you doze off, another motorcycle A**hole will rev up his bike at full throttle, hold it there for a minute or 2, then take off.

We have stayed here several times, it’s probably our favorite place to stay. Easy to get in and out of. Close to restaurants or shops. Wasn’t very crowded the second week of august which made it nice

The view is amazing from the condo. Very convenient location. The condo itself is nice, with a nice layout.

Clean and for the family

We spent the 1st 2 days cleaning as it was disgusting!!! The microwave works intermittently. The sinks were clogged. Toilet seat won't stay up in the guest bathroom and a male has to hold the lid up while urinating. The beds were full of sand and staind sheets. The dryer takes hours to dry a load of clothes. Multiple broken items including door to cover washer/dryer and door handle. The balcony was littered with trash, ashes, and firework debris. This is just part of it. I have been staying in PCB for 10 years and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a condo!

Reviewer Comments: The towels, sheets, countertops, and toilets were cleaned but the couch was greasy (sunscreen I'm sure), the baseboards were dirty, and doors were sticky, the floors were sandy (hard to combat that at the beach), there was mold in the bathroom, the blinds and windowsills were dirty and right by the bed. The master was spacious but the second bedroom was very cramped. The view was amazing and it was very nice to be on the third floor.

Place was super clean. Beachfront very nice place. Parking was a little confusing at the beginning but after you figure that out it’s easy.

We loved every bit of our stay. Beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing! We can’t wait to book again!

Love it hope to get to stay there again

There was a couple of things that needed fixed. There was a hole in the wall at the entrance door. The refrigerator froze the food in it. The freezer had water in it which put water in the fridge. We ate out all the time. We did not cook anything. We only had bottle water and snacks in fridge. We will probably stay there next time we come to Panama city beach. Loved the view from the pattio.

My family had a great time I loved being on the 3rd floor. The rooms were clean and just as described. Would definitely stay again

Stained bedspread. Big goop of something next to bed. Broken chair. Leaking air conditioner. No top sheets on beds or extra blankets. Hole behind door from pressure of entryway. Attempted communication with no results.

The condo was dirty, the master bathroom shower smelled like something died in it. It doesn’t look like it has been mopped in over a year. There was a crusty white spot on one of the quilts in the spare bedroom. The microwave handle was broken as well as a few other things. It’s not a well kept unit at all. The majestic tower itself is a nice place to stay. We just won’t be renting this individual unit again. It felt filthy and we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the shower. There was also obvious black mold on the shower head and in the bathtub.

Great location for PCB. View was beautiful from our 3rd floor balcony. Only complaint was that our 18year old wanted to work out but we were not left the required card needed to use the workout room. After calling to get one we were told it would be on its way but we never received it.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we saw black mold all in the master shower doorframe and on ceiling. The jets in the jacuzzi tub had mold in them as well leaving that unusable for the week. Microwave handle broken, decor was very outdated and paint was just slapped up on the wall where you can still the old paint. WiFi sucked, washing machine and dryer was old and took several cycles before one load dryer. For the amount of money you hey charge I would not recommend spending it at this condo.

Place was nice, clean, balcony overlooking beach awesome. Easy access to beach. Garage parking good though fairly long walk from car into building as garage is across front beach road. Had refrigerator issue which was fixed however calls reporting issue never acknowledged or calls returned. We returned one day and a note was written in a napkin that refrig leak was fixed. Overall good stay and price was great.

This condo on the 3rd floor was great , didn’t have to use the elevators at all ! Excellent views of the beach and ocean ,Also very clean.we would stay there again!

The Condo was as advertised, great in and out was seemless. The resort had several live entertainment acts perform on property during our stay, an added bonus. Would stay again.

I proposed to my girlfriend of 6 years, and we are so happy that we chose this property. The only negative thing was the picture frames that had been left on the bed.

It was very clean and loved the location! Only thing was the code was to long to get into room.
