Great ski in / ski out.

This Telluride mountain lodge was the perfect everything for our family ski vacation. The ski in/ski out location convenient to the Chondola and Sunshine Express lifts make it convenient to start and end your day on the slopes, plus a quick Chondola ride from the Mountain Core for restaurants and access to shops etc. The unit is well stocked in the kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. The heated garage is such a nice feature too for leaving your wet skis and boots to dry overnight. Overall, this was an amazing ski vacation and we’ve already decided that we hope to stay here again on our next visit to Telluride!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The location at the bottom of the Chondola was so convenient to get to the ski village easily and to ski in and switch out adults for the care of young children. The heated garage was a real plus, too, for loading and unloading and for storing ski equipment and dressing for the slopes. Being on the Mountain Village side of the mountain gave lots of options for skiing at many levels and was very family-friendly! Big Billy's restaurant nearby gave close option for food if needed. We have been vacationing in Telluride e for the last 10 years and have stayed at many different condos. We found the Terraces a few years ago and have stayed at other units here and this was by far the best! We almost didn't book it simply because it is on the first floor and our preference is not to have people above us, but we took a chance and glad we did. Karen has great attention to every little detail of things you will need while away. We didn't have to run to the store last minute to get something. We were there for 8 nights and enjoy cooking and the kitchen did not disappoint. So many units are missing the basic things needed to cook a meal and store leftovers. There were also very nice toiletries and plenty of other things that you need to feel at home. Everything worked throughout the unit which is another bonus. We have rented other units where things were either broken or didn't work properly (screen door, blinds, shower door etc.). The property manager, Victoria was very responsive and helpful. A perfect stay in Mountain Village.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was comfortable and included everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We loved the view from the balcony and the fresh morning air. The Dial-a-Ride service was fantastic for getting to and from the Gondola. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

2nd time in 801. Loved this property and everything about it (other than our now adult son wished for a typical bed rather than a bunk set up. ) would stay every time here!

This place was amazing and had the perfect location for my young kids getting on and off the lift. Easy access to mountain village! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our group of four had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and the location was easily accessible to the slopes and Chondola.

It was so easy use the keypad to enter the private heated garage under apartment. The apartment is accessible from the garage, which made it very easy to bring in our suitcases. The key to the apartment door is located in a lockbox on the door frame. The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with top line appliances including a washer/dryer. The only thing nicer than the apartment is the location. It is less than a 2 minute walk to the lift that goes into Mountain Village. Also, it is literally ski in/out. Just across the street from the apartment is a run that goes down to a chairlift that goes to the top of Telluride. This truly is the perfect ski house.

Property was just as described. We were a family of four with two young kids in ski school. We liked the proximity to the Chondola, and convince of calling Dial a Ride on snowy nights. Home had everything you needed for a vacation rental. They had all the little things: coffee, sugar, oil, laundry detergent, extra bags, etc. Made it super easy to grocery shop. Views were nice, even saw elk from the kitchen. Kids loved the bunk beds. Note: the master bed is super soft. Garage was nice to put on our skis and then leave them afterwards. Overall, we loved it all and would consider staying here again. Management company was very good.

Stayed here during Fall and it was a great property. The unit was exactly as described, in a great location and easy to access. This would definitely be walkable to skiing during winter and would also provide easy access to the village core via the Chondola. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Very well kept and updated. The location was a little bit farther from mountain village than expected but options for transportation (bus and dial a ride). The secondary bedroom is quite small but the living space makes up for it. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to others.

We had such a great time here. Beautiful condo, so close to everything. The kids loved the bunk beds, really enjoyable experience. Would totally go back! Thank you to whoever left some pasta in the pantry - we got in late from a looong drive and everything was closed - you were our dinner! Paid it forward and left a couple packs in the pantry. Loved how great the space was, and how obviously great the other folks who stayed there were. Good stop, amazing place, thank you!!

Karen and Richard’s rental was perfect for myself, my husband and our son. The condo is conveniently located and had everything we needed for a wonderful 2 week stay. Stocked with full size shampoo and body wash, crock pot, full size coffee maker and Brita water filter pitcher. Dish service as well as streaming tv included. This unit is an end unit next to Big Billy’s trail which is a convenient connector to the Gondola. The cleaning crew for this unit does an outstanding job - the unit was very clean. The owner and property manager were prompt to answer any questions we had. We hope to stay in this rental again in the future.

This condo was perfect for us. The layout, the furnishing, the tv selection and the cleanliness were superb. The location was great since everything was close. The parking was easy and when we used the car it was an easy ride to the gondola. We loved the wildlife roaming around and will play the golf course next time.
