Excellent stay. Very nice, clean home.

We truly loved staying at this home. Everything was easily accessible in the home and all linens were provided. The host even had a welcome basket with drinks and a snack. She also had placed sets of towels on the beds along with toiletries. It was close to Emerald Pointe water park and not too far from the asheboro zoo. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The host is easy to contact and Amazing to work with with. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this rental.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised by this listing. The pictures online do not do this place justice. It is very nicely decorated and feels very homely. The fully functional basement downstairs with the gym equipment, froozeball table and ping pong table were cool. The 3 bathroom also came in handy.

It's not always easy to find a place that can accommodate us for a month stay. It was easy to feel right at home while working out of town and Kristen made check in and out seamless. I would highly recommend this home.

The whole process to rent was easy. The house is old but kept up perfectly and outfitted beautifully. The kitchen has anything you could need. The beds are comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

The Rockingham house was a great fit for our family. A beautiful neighborhood and HUGE backyard. With adults and kids under one roof, there was great space for us all to feel comfortable. The children fell in love with the basement area for playtime. Kitchen was fully stocked, house was in great condition and comfortable. Believe it or not, on our very first night in the home there was a neighborhood power outage, leaving us without electricity and water for 12 hours! Kristin, the owner/host, quickly sprung into action to make sure that we were comfortable and was very attentive. Made it a minor issue at the end of the day. If we were to ever return to Greensboro for another visit, I’d definitely select this home again.

Kristin has a charming home that is great for any type of group. We go to that area once a year and this is our second visit to this home. It is always well kept, and has all the things one would need when traveling. Kristin thank you for having us again, we look forward to staying at your house again next year:) David

Where do I begin? Kristin was amazing from our first email communication to my return home after our stay in her beautiful home. She is professional, friendly, accommodating and her hospitality is top notch! Her property is really the perfect home away from home. The property is gorgeous inside and out! She has thought about everything and has all the touches of home that really make you feel comfortable and welcome. There was nothing out of place and when it came to the kitchen there was nothing missing. I was able to cook for my family just like I do at home and it was absolutely wonderful. Staying at Kristin's home was the best decision we have made in all the years we have travelled to NC. Having all of our children together under one roof over 2,500 miles away from home was the best. Thank you Kristin!! I can't wait til next time! You will always be our first choice! Kriste

Great home in a wonderful neighborhood. Owner delightful to work with.

My group was in town for High Point Home market and this was our first time doing VRBO. We usually stay at hotels in the area but thought about renting a house. It was the cutest house and so comfortable! We hope we can stay again during the next High Point market. Kristen was very easy to work with and always returned emails when I had questions. I would highly recommend staying their to anyone.

I rented Kristin's place for my friends and family who were coming in town for my wedding. Everybody enjoyed the house and the neighborhood is great. Kristin was a great host. She was very responsive and was really helpful when I realized that I needed her place one more night! I definitely recommend this home.

We were a group of 7 adult family members in the area for a wedding at Castle McCulloch. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for all. The decor is adorable and we especially appreciated the fluffy towels and crisp white bed linens. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and has a very large yard that would be a terrific place for children to run around. Having 3 bathrooms available was very convenient!

We enjoyed staying in this property for the Furniture Show and look forward to returning.
