We really enjoyed staying in this house in Newport. It had enough room for the whole family, was in a great location, and had a very nice living room/kitchen with a view of the water. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions. We would recommend it to anyone else considering.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and had SO much room for all of us. The upstairs kitchen area was brand new and you could even see the water. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had en suite bathrooms which was a huge plus. The house was located right in town which made walking to bars and restaurants really east. Gabriel was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property!

We stayed here for a 60th birthday celebration. We were 12 peope in all. It was the perfect house for us in the perfect location. The house is beautiful with a huge dining table that seats 14. We all cooked ahead of time and bought it with us for the first night because we wanted take advantage of the house with a beautiful view of the harbor. It did not dissapoint. We had a couple of hiccups with the fireplace and dishwasher but Gabriel the owner came over right away to take a look. Such a nice guy! There is a huge bar downstairs that we took full advantage of and had a blast! This is a great house if you are looking to fill it with people. There were so many bathrooms I couldnt count. And the list goes on of great things. The only general consensus of the group was the bedding. Its a high end house but could use new mattresses and higher end sheets, pillows and blankets. Other than that We totally reccomend it!!!

The house was so clean, perfectly located, loved the large common area. We had my daughter and nephew with some of their friends for dinner - watched the sunset, cooked some pasta and all 12 of us could fit at their beautiful dining room table. Would definitely rent again. Not to mention how much fun the bar area was too!! Great house to get together with friends and family while enjoying beautiful Newport! Thank You!

Family stay for son’s wedding. Stayed 4 nights and house was perfect for 3 generations staying together. Bathrooms for every bedroom, great first floor bar for gatherings and third floor great room and gourmet kitchen spectacular for up to 14 people. Views incredible and fall sunsets memorable. House had everything we needed and Gabriel was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Needs a better cleaning service with new mattresses and pillows

House is located just steps from the heart of Newport, yet far enough away that noise is not an issue. Main bedrooms are all pretty standard and there is an apartment that a full family with kids can all fit into and have their own space. The main attraction of the house though is the gathering spaces with a large kitchen and dining area on the 3rd floor (table seats 14) with a lovely view over Newport harbor and on the first floor is your own private historic bar.

This property is perfect for a larger group. we loved the ease of going to and from town. The view from the third floor is wonderful as is the oversized dining table which was a perfect place to gather as a family. The authentic 1790 pub was an added bonus for sure. We definitely hope to return.

The house is situated perfectly off the main drag in Newport. Easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, mansions, and anywhere else you desire. The house was enormous with great views of the harbor.

Absolutely amazing, we rented for our daughter wedding. That location were perfect, the communication with the owner Gabriel was outstanding. The house was perfect for our large group and the bridesmaids to get ready for the wedding. Absolute exceeded our expectations. Will be back again for sure… the pub was bonus.

Gabe’s house is in the best location in Newport. The house was stocked with everything we needed and you couldn’t ask for a better view from the 3rd floor deck. The parking spots included in the rental made getting around super easy. Our favorite part of the house was hanging out at David’s bar! Also, Gabe was super easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely stay again!

This house worked out perfectly for our family while attending our nephew's wedding . The location is absolutely perfect to walk to all the stores and best restaurants. The large upstairs room was perfect for family breakfasts and hanging out. There were plenty of bedrooms - the one next to the bar surprised us ! Plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds. The bar was a huge hit and my adult kids had a blast down there. Thank you Gabriel for being so accommodating. We will stay again !

This property was just perfect for our group of 12 people. The location is absolutely unbeatable, walking distance to everything in downtown Newport. The house was very clean and exactly how the listing explained it. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The old school bar downstairs was perfect for gathering everyone around and the upstairs kitchen, balcony, main room were perfect for entertaining. I highly recommend this home for any large group looking to spend quality time together. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and made our stay fantastic!

We had such an incredible stay at Gabriel’s home. He was attentive when the Wi-Fi went down and helped solve some other housing questions. The space was beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Would absolutely recommend this home!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and comfortable for a large group. The location is perfect, near all the shops, restaurants, and sights to see. However, we ended up staying in and enjoying the house because it was such a wonderful place to gather! Gabriel was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Highlight was the third floor with plenty of chairs around the huge dining table with a view of the harbor to accommodate our multigenerational gathering. Unfortunately the fire place wouldn’t light which would have enhanced the atmosphere. Soft towels and plenty of beds spread over the two lower floors.

We had a great stay in Newport thanks to this house. The location is perfect. The house seems to go on forever and is beautiful.

This is a beautiful home in with a fabulous location! We could not have chosen a better home in Newport during my daughter’s wedding weekend.

This property was amazing! Location, the rooms, the space and the BAR. We couldn't have been more happy.

A 5 star rating for our 4 night stay in Newport over Christmas! The house was very clean and the location could not be beat. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for all and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The showcase of the property is the top floor living room/kitchen. Bright and sunny with a large deck overlooking Thames Street with a view of the water. We spent most of our family time upstairs but Christmas Day we ventured down to the bar room for appetizers and cocktails and it was the perfect setting for that! Gabriel was very kind and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we need and he was easily reachable when we had a question. Things to know: The kitchen was fully stocked but all of the cupboards and drawers were full so there was nowhere for us to store our groceries. One empty cupboard would be nice so everything doesn’t have to be left out on the counters. The refrigerator door had a lot of open condiments, so again, there was less room to store our grocery items. The photos aren’t updated to current sleeping arrangements. 2 of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds and one of those bedrooms doesn’t have a dresser. The apartment shows a futon couch and TV but it actually has a bed and no tv. This is a very large property with 3 levels so there is a good amount of going up and down the stairs. We had no problem navigating them but for someone that is older or has difficulty on stairs it could be a bit challenging. There is an elevator but due to insurance requirements they keep it locked. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was just what our family needed this holiday season!

What an amazing weekend & house! 12 of us stayed in the house for a girl's weekend and it was beyond our expectations. The house has everything from the fantastic 1st floor bar to the amazing open kitchen and family room. Decks, wonderfully appointed bedrooms & linens and so many bathrooms which make vacationing with a large group so easy. We will definitely be returning next year! Thanks Gabriel!

Rented this property for 4 couples celebrating a surprise 50th birthday party.... from the onsite parking to the fabulous kitchen, amazing deck views, gas fireplace, super bar and overall spaciousness, this property was a PERFECT fit for our group. Would definitely stay again. Than you to Gabriel & Viviana for their flexibility with our group!

I would definitely rent it again.

The location is excellent to walk downtown Newport. We even walked to the cliff walk. But it is next door to a blues club and from 11:30 pm-2:00am it is loud with revelers, one night police came to end a fight. Our heavy sleepers slept through but most of us were waken by it. Also I did not know that 2 of the queen beds were in the apartment, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Luckily my daughter’s family could not come so no need for that queen bed . Overall, very spacious , kitchen/family room beautiful and Gabriel very responsive!
