Great place, great location for walking. Easy to get to. Very clean and comfortable beds. Only small concern was the smell coming from the house that sits in front of it. Sometimes depending on the breeze, it was very unpleasant. Overall great place and we would book it again.

We had a great few days at this property with our two teens. Plenty of space to spread out as well as hang out together. Kitchen very well appointed and had something I appreciate in rentals —- extra cabinet space for our food! Tons of towels (and bath sheets in the master). Hot tub was fantastic after skiing and snowmobiling. One day we split up and those of us without a car were able to walk easily to Main Street to shop. Grocery and conveniences less than 10 min away. Owner was super easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Great rental.

We came up for a quick getaway before Christmas, this was the perfect snowy home. Had everything we needed, comfy beds, plenty of towels and and blankets. Small hiccup when checking in but the owner was very attentive and made it right. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great vacation spot
House was excellent and owner was accommodating and responsive. The house is very convenient to town. We were in Park City over a hot weekend and the AC was a life saver.

Fabulous location and house!
Great location and townhome. Very comfortable. Crazy convenient to downtown Park City. Close to Deer Valley ponds for a nice walk.
I've stayed in several vacation rental properties. This one was by far the best equipped. All the kitchen standards were there. Basic spices, olive oil, coffee, plenty of soap and cleaning supplies. There were even extra batteries and band aids!
I would highly recommend this house and the host. GHOK

Perfect location to old main street
We loved the location and the owner was great about communication with our needs. We were able to walk to and from Main Street very easily. We wished the beds downtstairs were more comfortable as they were very hard and we were very cold with no way to keep warm at night. And we found several spiders throughout our stay in the house as well so I would recommend getting the house sprayed. Other than those two things, everything you need is available and the house is well stocked.

Perfect location!
Cute place, excellent location. Perfect for families where some ski and some don’t. My only complaint is that the stained towels and the old, barely usable pans, all need to be replaced.

Excellent Place
Very clean, close to town, not on a busy street, well stocked, accommodating and very communicative host, nice view, close to public transportation. Overall a great choice. We will be back next ski season for a month.

Holiday Vacation with the Family
We had a great stay with our adult children. Graham was an excellent host-very responsive to any questions we had. His home accommodated our family of 6 comfortably, is well appointed and well located to Old Town Main Street and to Deer Valley Resort. Both are walkable. We would definitely stay again!

Peace & Tranquility
We had such a lovely time at the Treehouse where we stayed the entire month of July. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Actually, the home is larger that it appeared in photos. The kitchen was newly renovated and had everything one would need to cook up some delicious meals.
Our favorite part of our stay was the lovely deck off of the back and how close the Treehouse is to Main Street (a super quick walk). There’s also numerous trails nearby, as well as grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Everything couldn’t have been more perfect and we would definitely book this home again!! Thank you for everything :)

Great property close to Main St
My wife and I just returned from PC. We had a great time. The house was super convenient. Just a short walk to Main Street and literally 3-4 minutes to Deer Valley Snow Park lifts. The fireplace and jacuzzi were added bonus. Graham was very helpful as well.

Great Location and Layout
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is a short walk to town and on the bus route to the resorts, so it was really easy to get around. We liked the layout and it worked well for our family of 6. It was nice to have the hot tub after skiing and it felt like we had some privacy as well. Graham was very responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Town Location!
The home is close to town and attractions. We enjoyed evenings on the great deck dining each evening and winding down the day. The property owner was very friendly, helpful with “local” tips and made sure we were comfortable. A great find.

We had a wonderful family getaway at the Treehouse. The home is well-stocked and Graham was very responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat if you want an easy walk to Main Street!

Fantastic and Memorable Experience!
Can't say enough good things about the property and our overall experience. Graham was a great communicator and everything was set when we arrived. Place is clean, beautiful, well situated and had all the amenities. Quick walk into Park City to explore the sites and even quicker walk to the shuttle stop nearby and within minutes we were on the lifts at Deer Valley. My only regret was renting a vehicle as it wasn't really needed and Uber or equivalent would have more than taken care of our transport needs. My family of five loved the experience and hope to return here on another trip down the road!

From the time we booked and throughout our anticipated wait for vacation, Graham was a wonderful host/owner providing us with all the information we needed to create a perfect winter holiday. He was a great source of information and upon arrival we were delighted. His place not only met, but exceeded all our expectations. We created many special memories and would highly recommend this to anyone. We would definitely return. The convenience and location were ideal for every outing we planned. Wonderful Stay
The property owner, Graham, was so accommodating and easy to work with. He let us know there would be construction next door which we appreciated. They were done by about 5 every day and we were out and about most of the day so it wasn’t too bothersome. We loved the master bedroom which was huge. The place was stocked with everything we needed and we also enjoyed the hot tub. Graham was nice enough to let us have early check in and late check out. We very much enjoyed our stay!

GREAT location!!!!
Overall we had a nice stay here. The location is perfect for walking to Main Street. We hardly drove our vehicle. This is a nice home however there were a few issues. There is construction occurring right next door. I’m assuming this is why the patio furniture was all put away (I was bummed about that) and the home had some dirt. Once the building is complete next door, I’m sure it will be better. Be aware, they are just beginning to dig now and work from around 7:30-3:00 Monday - Friday. Graham was very informative about the area and was very helpful in regards to activities. I do feel we should have been given a heads up about the construction. Thank you for your love of dogs Graham!! We were so happy to be able to vacation with our pooch!! Best!

A great spot to enjoy Park City!
We loved our stay and Graham has paid alot of attention to detail to make it so nice and comfortable with everything you need. We had a short visit for our first time but it was great and we will be back!
