This was a fabulous stay! The hosts were super nice and welcoming. The unit was really clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, kitchen nice stocked. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Short walk to Montana Ave which was really convenient. I highly recommend it!

Besides being in the perfect location-safe, walkable, convenient-the hosts provided a super clean and comfortable space. It’s cute and stylish, and every single need was met beyond expectations. Instructions were clear and thorough with the essentials plus lots of recommendations. We always found parking easily. Having the bed up in a little perch with a lower ceiling and the spiral stairs worked great for us but might not work for everyone. We would stay over and over again if we could.

Sunny vacay in Santa Monica
The unit is ideally located for shopping on Montana, exercising at the beach, and exploring the rest of LA. Very quiet at night with a super-comfy bed and chic private deck for coffee and crossword in the morning. We didn't do any cooking because we had to try as many great restaurants as possible.

Wonderful stay in Santa Monica!
This Santa Monica property was perfect for our stay! Kevin and his wife were the best hosts and incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The apartment was clean, modern and well decorated and the hosts even provided us with a delicious snack basket upon our arrival. The location of the apartment is in a great neighborhood that is close enough to the beach that we could ride scooters and be there in no time! The neighborhood was excellent and close to restaurants, cafes, coffee houses and shops. There is no doubt that we will go back and stay here again and we HIGHLY recommend this property! Everything about my stay in Santa Monica was wonderful! The location of this apt allows you to walk to stores, cafes, shopping and the ocean safely and easily, day or night. There is a separate locked entrance to the property which was nice and it always felt secure.and safe. The apt is great - spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely touches here and there. The hosts are friendly and helpful, providing a nice welcome, information about the area and even snacks! I look forward to a return visit.

The space is very light and airy and comfortable to live in. It's a great location near Montana and not far from the beach and Santa Monica. The owners were very nice. All great, we'd definitely come back!

This place worked out really well for me for a recent business trip. The owner was very nice and accommodating. My only tip is: arrive before dark. It was a little hard to find the place, and parking, at night. I would stay here again.

Wonderful!
This was a perfect place for my husband and I on our short vacation away from the kids. The location was great- right around the corner from great shopping and restaurants and close to the beach. Our hosts were absolutely lovely- they gave us plenty of privacy but were really nice to meet. We will definitely return! Thank you for providing us with the perfect place for our getaway.

The studio is exactly as it appears in the pictures. New, modern fittings, comfortable, clean, with everything that you need for a short or long term stay. We stayed for 8 days and would have stayed longer if we could. Importantly, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly and the bathroom and kitchen are brand new. Hosts are friendly and pleasure to deal with. They left us delicious treats on arrival and were very responsive. The studio is very private and the location is impossible to match, with everything you need right on your doorstep on Montana. We have stayed in a few places in LA and this is our favourite. Perfect for a short or long term stay. We will stay again!

Great modern studio accomodation and friendly hosts
Kevin was great at communicating, and a very accommodating and friendly host. He very kindly provided a big bowl of snacks and a cheese plate on my arrival. The studio was clean and modern and in a great part of the Montana area of Santa Monica. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!
My boyfriend and I had a great experience staying here, especially considering the hospitality of the host. We were welcomed with snacks and beverages available in the kitchen for us, which was a great way to immediately feel at home. The only "amenity" we did not have, that a hotel would have provided, was an iron and ironing board. Our host graciously lent (and hand delivered) his personal iron and ironing board, which we greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, and not having to pay for parking (which would have been an arm and a leg at a hotel) was a huge bonus! Would absolutely recommend this stay!
