This home is cozy and conveniently located right near all the restaurants and shops. We lucked into this not knowing the area. We would not stay anywhere else next time. Having parking was also a key!

This was a great spot for our family for a quick trip to Park City! Loved walking to everything in town. And we even had a moose in the yard one morning to complete our Utah experience!

Great location but very noisy. With no air conditioning you had to open the windows for air. The constant noise of being on Main Street made for a very short restless night sleep. Maybe a better winter rental.
The unit itself is cozy but the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. Needs a stove that has all burners working and non stick frying pans.

We loved the place. It was so convenient to everything in Park City. It was exactly the size and location we needed. Instructions were clear and we had no problems with the rental.

The property was as ideally located as it could possibly be, was clean, just the right size, and we really enjoyed having access to a pool and hottub while *not* having to stay in a hotel *and* be basically right on main street. Perfect!

We had great stay in Park City. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is a great location! Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Very close to the town lift as well. It was clean and had everything we needed. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor pool. Karen was very responsive during our stay with a couple of questions we had. We would stay here again if visiting Park City!

Just a 2 minute walk from the condo and you are on Main Street. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are just a short walk.
Our family enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evening.
Overall, an excellent first trip to Park City.

Great condo, location and well stocked kitchen. Parking is limited per condo. Even though it was not prime season and there were many empty parking spots, we had an issue. We were told by owner 1 parking spot per condo. We still had a great girl's weekend.

This is our third time staying here, for 2+ weeks each time, so obviously we love the place!
#1. It is ultra convenient. It is half a block from a bus stop on Park Street, with frequent service to both Park City and Deer Valley. It is a 5 minute walk (if that) to Town Lift and to Main Street. The first-floor location, right next to the Park street entrance, is probably the best in the building.
#2. It is comfortable. The rooms are tastefully decorated, there is plenty of storage and seating for 4 people. The kitchen is well laid out, with plenty of room to cook in and a reasonable selection of pots, pans, gadgets etc. It's pretty quiet, too, despite being on Park Street.
#3. The owner is very responsive, helpful, and plain old nice. Her housekeeper is a joy, too.

The condo is nice and clean. Walking distance to most restaurants and points of interest. Walking distance to one of the lifts, and only a very short drive to the other ski area as well.

The condo is well situated and so quiet. It was comfortable and well stocked. It was easy to communicate with the owner what we had an issue with the TV and WIFi. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This town home was perfect for our group of hikers. It was the best location, right on Main Street, offering up an opportunity to explore on foot. We enjoyed great meals, all recommended by locals. The home was clean, beds were comfy and it provided everything we needed. Plus, we had great communication with the owner. We plan to book this place for our return trip tomorrow. Tracey

This condo is very comfortable, Ot is well stocked with kitchen knives and cooking gear and is in an excellent location. Super easy walk to anywhere on Main Street and very close to the town lift. There was plenty of room for two of us and would be just right for a family of 4. I highly recommend this property!

We did have some TV issues but the host worked diligently to correct as soon as she was notified. I was very happy with her response.

This place is just as advertised- older but well maintained. The location can’t be beat! We loved Park City and enjoyed being right off Main Street. The furniture & beds are comfortable. It also had a well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for a family of 4. I would definitely stay here again. My only negative comment is that doing laundry wasn’t convenient. I wish I had known to bring quarters. The laundry is on the 4th floor and only accepts quarters (no credit cards). The machine to get quarters is in another building & was not working.

Our family loved our stay at Karen’s “BEST LOCATION- Main St-Town Lift-Heated Pool & Hot Tub WIFI-Clean-Quiet” home. The comfortable and quiet home was perfect for us to relax and have as a home base for exploring Park City. The location was also perfect as we could walk Main Street right out the front door! Park City Mountain Resort was also accessible by walking where we were able to enjoy some of the summer activities. The kitchen was well-stocked with the pots and pans that we needed to cook dinners. Wi-fi speed was perfect to the whole family. We would love to return for another summer visit or winter ski trip!

The place was clean and really well put together. You can tell it is older, but they've done a great job keeping it up and making it nice. My wife and I stayed a weekend here and it was so nice and cozy. Highly recommend.

Everything about this 2 BR condo was perfect… location, amenities, parking, checkin process. Town lift to Park City ski resort only a block away. The host was excellent… prompt answers to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Park City..

Everything was as advertised. Great location for skiing (short walk to Town Lift) or just for hitting Main Street in Park City. The condo was comfortable and quiet despite being on the street side on the first floor. It had everything we needed. Check in/out was seamless. Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo which is located in a perfect location to access all of the best of Park City. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a few meals. The only downside was the furniture in the living area which was totally uncomfortable. The couch literally has wooden boxes under the cushions which makes it hard as wood…the loveseat is the opposite - soft as can be and you sink in when sitting on it. So for relaxing in the evening it is very difficult. Other than that, the beds are comfortable and again the location is perfect.

We stayed in Park City over our Fall Break and this condo was the perfect home base to explore the area. The location could not have been better - right at the base of Main St. for shopping, dining, etc. and a bus stop right out the back door to get to other areas of town. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as described.
