The only issue we had was because of the property rules you can only park 1 vehicle on site the rest have to be parked 3.8 miles away. Which for a group having 2 families or more could be an issue. For use it wasn't to bad but other than that everything was top notch. Ohh one more thing the bedroom locks on the second bedroom needs fixed for more privacy lol.

This condo was in an amazing location! From the VERY large wrap around balcony, you could see the gulf and the bay. We had everything we needed within a short distance. I love that this is on the quieter end of the beach. The only draw back to this condo is the parking situation. Our condo had 8 adults. They only allow one car on the property. If you have more than that, you have to park 4 miles away to leave the additional cars at an unattended lot.

We had a great stay here. The condo was great with amazing views and all the amenities you could think of. But the floors were pretty dirty and they did not have many supplies for a week's stay, so make sure you bring plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

Only complaint: There were six of us so we came in two vehicles. However, we were only allowed to park one vehicle in the parking garage. Since Emerald Beach Properties owned our condo (#1801), we had to park our second car at their property office which was 3.8 miles away. That was VERY inconvenient. We will definitely never do that again!!! Other than that, it was a great trip.

Condo was very nice but needed a little maintenance

The property managers were on top of everything here. What you don’t see in the pictures is the great work they do. The space was exactly as portrayed.

I don’t know if it was the time we went, but it wasn’t crowded. I loved the location, waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset. Also, it is convenient to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was clean and spacious! We would recommend and stay here again.

Renting process was very simple. Proximity to the beach was great. When we arrived at the property, the previous tenets had left a list of this that were wrong. None of the complaints had been addressed before our arrival. There was mold in the master shower, the toilet ran constantly in the master bathroom. The door locks didn't work in the front king bedroom or front bathroom. The tub didn't drain well in the front bathroom. The sheets on the bunk bed looked like they had not been changed and looked like they had blood on them. The washer didn't work properly. The dishwasher was filthy. The floors were dirty. The legs on the chairs in the dining room were extremely loose ( we had to tighten them with an allen wrech before we could use them). I didn't contact the owner until Tuesday evening about the issues. They answered back promptly that I had waited too long to say anything about the cleanliness issues. They said they would have maintenance come the next day about the other problems. That didn't happen. We were not happy with the property or the responses received from the owner.

We loved the wrap around deck and the room was very spacious. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The staff of the resort were very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to do with the condo or the resort but the rental company right in front of the condos that rent jet skis and parasailing were very rude and I wouldn’t recommend doing anything with them. We booked parasailing at 10am in the morning and they told us it would be a 2-3 hour wait and we waited all day for them to tell us at 5pm that they were done for the day and gave us our money back. They told my 67 year old dad to go F*** himself! Again they have no association with this condo or the resort. We loved it

We loved our stay in this condo! Plenty of room inside for our family of six, but the balcony was our “go to” spot! The view was the best I’ve ever had while staying in PCB!! Throughout the week we saw dolphins, a sting ray, & a manatee!! The pool & beach area were amazing & offered lots of entertainment for our teenage & adult children! The banana boat was a HUGE hit for our family!! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!! We loved it here & plan to book this condo again!!

Overall great place to stay!

Condo was very nice. Only a couple of complaints, but not on the owner or condo. Website says there is a play yard for infant, but couldn't find it in room. We called about it and never got call back. We had 2 vehicles, and we were given a copy of the parking tag, then ended up getting a written warning on our car for not having the correct tag. We also rented motorcycles, and asked about parking in garage in front of our already parked vehicle, not taking up an extra space, and we were told no they would be towed. We had another run in with the same property employee at the pool. After coming from the beach to the pool, the kids made it there first, and were questioned about their age and where their parent was. Having a smaller child with us also, and having to wash his feet and mine, I got there a little slower. I was coming through the gate, as he questioned them. That apparently wasn't good enough, and they shouldn't have gotten in until I was through the gate. This employee was extremely rude and ridiculous. Other than issues with this, the condo itself and communication with the owner was awesome!

Amazing view. We were on the corner with the wrap around balcony. Shopping was conveniently located in good distance. This was a much needed trip with family and friends. We will be returning again.

Everything went smooth. Condo was nice, everything in working condition, great communication with property manager. We loved the view from the wrap around balcony! The only thing I could even say negative was with Covid19 going around, we wiped off all doorknobs and handles and we still found some dirt residue. Condo could've been cleaned a little bit better. But still would give it 5 stars overall.

Great place! Beautiful views. Would stay again

We have been vacationing at PCB for over 40 years and have stayed everywhere. They are all the same some just nicer furniture and updates. However, the view here is what will bring us back! It was so nice seeing the beach or going around to the other porch and watching the boats come in. We will be back!!!

The condo is spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The pictures tell the story. The only downsides were the master bed is missing the mattress pad which made it very uncomfortable. We had to actually go purchase our own mattress pad to use. Thanks he cleaning service is lacking, but it was useable.

The only problem we had was the floors could use a good cleaning as it constantly turned our feet black if we took off our shoes, I would suggest a steam mop. And the master bedroom's bed was very uncomfortable.

Overall, our experience was very positive, we enjoyed the condo very much. The view from this condo is very impressive and spectacular. We found the location to be absolutely perfect for our family, we spent a lot of time at St Andrews State Park, and it’s a stone throw from there.

Awesome location with beautiful beaches and easy access. This was the 4th time we have stayed at this resort. Unfortunately, the unit was very dirty and the shower in the guest bathroom needs fixing. It sprays over the shower curtain and soaks the whole bathroom. Floors were terribly dirty, and with a 1 year old crawling around, it was very gross. I expect some dirt on the floor, but not enough for his knees and feet to be black. Walls were not painted in dining room, so you could see the sanding and patch job. The fridge apparently takes 48 hours to cool, but we were not made aware of this before booking. We did our grocery shopping prior to checking in and the fridge didn’t completely cool down until the day before we left...we stayed for a week. Some of our food had to be thrown away because it wasn’t cooled fast enough. The shower head in the master was covered in green/black mildew and the top bunk of the guest bed and not been made. I had to put sheets on it in order for my oldest son to sleep. On the other hand...the views are breathtaking. Sunrise over the bay and sunsets over the ocean...SPECTACULAR! Clean beaches and great hot tub and pools. Also, fabulous bath towels. :) Overall, I’d rate it a 3-4. We never called the maintenance/housekeeping because my husband moved their info and I didn’t locate it until the day before we left. I’m sure they would have addressed our issues, but at the same time...some of it could have been avoided.

- Condo was nice, although we had to vacuum when we got there due to finding broken glass in the floor and our code not working to get into the condo. We thought we had purchased a floor closer to the ground, but found out it was on almost at the very top afterwards. FYI the higher you are the more windy it is. I couldn't enjoy sitting out on the patio without feeling like I was riding a four wheeler at full speed. Don't walk out there if you want your hair to look decent afterwards and don't lay anything light down unless you want it being blown over or blown away. Also, with the wind being so bad, one of loose rails constantly rattled, had to prop something against it to keep the rattling down. - Parking is great for your first vehicle, but if you have more than one, be prepared to park in random dirt construction looking area for the others. Our condo said that 2 vehicles are covered (we had 3), when we got there, we learned that only one vehicle was allowed in the parking garage (even though there was plenty of parking) and the other had to park in the dirt parking lot further away. Our 3rd car, we would have to pay so much a day for parking (which would also be in the dirt parking). We just found it ridiculous to have to park so much further away in a location that wasn't even really a parking lot and to have to pay so much to park the 3rd car in that same area (although the money wouldn't have been a problem if the parking was better) Luckily we was able to find public parking for free close by, but still ridiculous to have to park so far away in an area that looks more like a construction zone than a parking lot. They also forgot to give us our parking pass for the 2nd vehicle and had to have someone bring us a paper with a note on it to hang in the window since they did not have any parking passes to give us at that time. - Other than the windy balcony, the glass on the floor, and parking problems. The beach and pools were nice. - Karen (I think was her name), with Emerald Bay Properties, was really nice over the phone as many times as I had to call her and tried to help as much as she was able to. - Remember your codes, there is a code to get into EVERYTHING there, condo, beach gate, first floor, parking, and from the pool.

I love the property managers. The apartment wasnt as new as the picture looks but was still nice.

Great week in this unit. Comfortably accommodated all 8 of us with no crowding. Everything you need is supplied and very well kept. Will definitely be back.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. We all had fun, wish the weather was warmer, but all in all it was a nice relaxing trip. I would rent this condo again.

This view of the beach and ocean is beautiful. We had minor maintenance needed done such as light bulb closet door off hinge and was completed quickly.

The place was nice it just had a few things wrong tv in the master bedroom had no sound overall it was okay enjoyed being on the beach
