Sea Shell Palms - it was my first time staying at the hotel. While I enjoyed the experience. I was also disappointed that our room was not decorated as requested prior.

The pool and no access to a POS machine for ease of transaction . Improve also needed for the food aspect.

The support was great, food was excellent I would recommend staying there to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing time.

Perfect location, you must have a car,quite,very friendly and safe area.

They owner needs to fix the road of the plaza before the entrance to the hotel and little upgrade on the surroundings will be a perfect place

It was quiet, perfect distance from attractions if you have car. Security guard was very helpful, showed everything, including shops, place to eat and overall took good care of me. Breakfast gets delivered to room, there are many choices and it’s good. Overall, I would recommend it if you have car especially.

There is nothing much around, I arrived on Sunday and everything, but small shop was closed. Checking took some time too, but worked out well.

Wifi was absolutely terrible, did not work at all in the rooms. Would connect for about 1 minute then drop out completely. Breakfast was also meant to be included but we missed out on breakfast on one of the days as it wasn’t delivered by the suppliers. There was absolutely no refund for this which was disappointing considering we paid for it as apart of the accomodation. Staff tried to call us to have the breakfast for lunch instead but we had plans that day and were already out for lunch. Massive turn off and would not recommend this place at all. Mattress’ were also rock hard, like sleeping on the floor.

Accommodations too expensive for the way it was presented on the website. It was dirty, rain coming in the walls at night running down behind the mirror close to the Roku TV. No water to flush toilet nor wash hands during the night. The breakfast was horrible. The items selected on the menu was not all sent. Both mornings the breakfast was late, presented unattractive, and food items were uncooked. Upon entering there were individuals sitting on the wall near to the entrance by the gate. There was an overwhelming smell of smoke.

I love how it was very clean, quiet, secured and peaceful.

I had experience the water going away two nights which was a bit uncomfortable but also understandable I’m assuming that management will consider maybe getting a bigger tank, as even when the security advise me that he turned it on ,water was barely trickling. But just to add that this would not stop me from returning.

I liked the quiet area,it was peaceful and relaxing the staff are extra attentive and polite ,the security was really helpful.

Great and safe location, friendly staff, very helpful security personnel. Clean rooms and great breakfast options. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the impromptu decorations accommodation.

I like the location it was easy to find, The place was clean , fresh, not to mention the peace and quiet it was mind relaxing.

The staff was friendly and professional, Breakfast was delicious I would definitely go back there .

Friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Food was also delicious. Damion was amazing! So was our Lady chef who delivered breakfast. And all the securities were great and courteous.

I liked everything. Only thing I would change would be the corridor floors which appear a bit dated.

Room Temperature was very hot Air Conditioner or fan does not cool room enough . Also the Electric power went out there was no Generator in place .

Everything was excellent! Beautiful super clean rooms and nice big apartments! The customer service was top notch both checking in and out. Good security and great location. Very good AC and hot water. And oh! Good jamaican breakfast every morning. You get up to 5 sides and 1 meat option. It's alot of food served on time with room service
