We loved our stay at his VRBO. The host responded quickly, the apartment was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the area is very walkable. We rode in on the California Zephyr from Denver (Amtrak train with incredible views). Our walk from the train station to this VRBO was only 400'. We also walked to many shops and restaurants, and the Iron Mountain Hot Springs (a favorite of ours, but this was a longer walk). We also appreciated the convenient washer and dryer, quietly tucked in a room just outside the entrance to our unit (there are just two units in this building).There are some stairs up to where we stayed as this is a downtown building above a quiet retail shop. Thank you for making our stay in Glenwood Springs very enjoyable!

The title says it all. We wouldn't be back for a second time if it wasn't great. And it is.

Walkable to restaurants, pool, train, buses, bike rentals, everything. 25 stairs are a bit daunting every time coming and going and parking can be a challenge. Great location makes up for these inconveniences though.

Had an amazing stay in this clean home. It feels very comforting and I love the fact that there’s a two door entry. I love how love this location is to Iron Mountain Hot Springs as well as the Glenwood Springs Adventure Park. It’s extremely close to bars that are 1-3 minute walks so you don’t have to drive anywhere or take an Uber.

Nice cozy one bedroom. Above historical old building. Most everything with in walking distance. Great location.

We had a great time in this lovely apartment right in town in Glenwood Springs. Everything was clean and comfortable. I had to contact the host and they got back to me immediately. Would recommend this for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at this property to ski in Aspen. It was everything we were looking for

Larger than expected - functional kitchen with essentials provided (including coffee!), bathroom with shower, living room with plenty of comfortable seats (each perfect for reading), functioning fireplace, large windows, separate bedroom (comfortable bed) with plenty of pillows, blankets, heater, and fan. I loved this 1-bed/bath apt centrally located in downtown Glenwood! Close to several great restaurants, and an easy walk to hot springs and local hikes. I used my stay for a self care retreat - perfect for reading, yoga, and walking to local attractions!

The apartment is perfect for going to the Hot Springs pool everyday. Just a short walk. Then one is close to downtown and all the other activities. You can walk everywhere. It’s stocked with all you need.

Great little spot right next to all the main restaurants and activities in Glenwood. Has all the essentials and a full kitchen too. Host was very communicative and helpful when we had to add an extra day to our stay due to snow storms closing the highway home.

Clean and tidy. Close to everything. Nice place. There’s no parking except street which can be challenging during day and evening hours, but easy if you take the train in for the weekend. It’s right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, hot springs.

The location could not be more convenient. Restaurants abound and short walk crossing the bridge to hot springs. The unit had charm being located in a historical building. I will be booking again on my next visit.

Excellent location close to everything. The apartment was well-stocked and comfortable.

Very well equipped, great fireplace that kicked out a lot of heat, bed was very comfortable and the unit was close to downtown restaurants and shops! The only inconvenience was the microwave tripping the circuit and having to remember to move your car during peak times. However, the library parking was close and at no charge! I’d add that a couple tips on how to use the damper on the fireplace would help for those who aren’t savvy in fireplace operation. I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to renting this unit in the future!

Was the perfect "home away from home" for a nice quiet Christmas get away!!! Sunlight ski slope is so close by, we got our ski rentals from hanging lakes rentals, enjoyed walking to eat every meal we had cause there are so many options so close, and Iron Mountain Springs Hot was our favorite!!! It was so lovely to have such a well stocked, clean apartment with room to enjoy ourselves instead of a typical claustrophobic hotel room since we were there for 4 nights!!!

This was in the heart of downtown! Parked our vehicle and walked everywhere. Nice, cozy apartment above a store front. Would stay again r recommend. Thank you

Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and the hot springs. No parking on site but we had no issue getting a spot in the free parking garage only a few blocks away. The space itself is rustic and charming. It’s a small place but was perfect size for my husband and I. I would stay here again :)

Weekend away to Glenwood, great place to stay, clean centrally located

We enjoyed this property for its closeness to the hot springs pool, the downtown restaurants and walking trails. It has everything we needed for our stay.

Place was very clean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants which was very nice. Was louder than expected with traffic and people staying up late outside building and on street till all hours of the night. Bed was not at all what we preferred but that’s a hard one, everyone is so different. Owner was easy to communicate with and willing to change some dates with us which we very much appreciated.

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend get away. We loved that almost everything was within walking distance. Being an older place, it does get chilly at night so bring cozy clothes. There was a space heater we used at night to keep the bedroom comfortable and warm. Would stay here again!

The cutest little apartment right in the heart of the action in Glenwood Springs. It provided us with everything we needed for a great stay in the area.

Nice apartment. No air conditioning in the bedroom. It was hot and we couldn't sleep. There is a small a/c window unit in the living room which did not work well at all.

The location is absolutely the best part of this place. The cleaning was good and furnishings were accommodating. Nice touch was towels to to take to the hot springs. Probably the low point was the bed, however I would stay here again. Keep in mind there are NO reserved parking spots, so if you pack heavy it might be daunting. Absolutely has great charm and character with walking distance to a LOT of food and entertainment.

Stayed overt Labor Day weekend and loved it. The location was perfect. The management was friendly and helpful. We had a perfect vacation.

This place is clean and convenient for a visit to downtown Glenwood Springs. It is in walking distance to all attractions and parking is not a problem. Will stay here again when visiting this area.
