We love the beach, jacuzzis & grills on each balcony, the spacious condos and the amenities:((indoor/outdoor pools & sauna, lazy river, pickle ball court & soon to come … water slides.). Each unit faces the beach & it’s a short walk from the pool to the ocean.

We enjoyed our spring break. The condo was clean and roomy for our family. We had four kids between the ages of 12-18 with us. My son enjoyed the lazy River and daughters enjoyed the beach. Many positives and only a couple of negatives. The bed was uncomfortable in the master bedroom but knew that going into it based on previous reviews. Nothing related to the resort, but the area was disappointing in the lack of sidewalks or designated area to walk to stores, restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, we did stay when hot tubs closed but appreciated the emails letting us know ahead of time. Staff were friendly.

It was as advertised. Really nice and big condo. The only downside was none of the hot tubs were working.

Love the option to get in the hot tub when weather is not great or kids napping. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans as well as everyday use plates and glasses. There was a bit lacking in cleanliness and the bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect for our girls 50th birthday weekend!

Condo was spacious and perfect for our toddlers. View of beach was great and the amenities kept the kids entertained.

Well the pictures didn’t disappoint, it was fabulous . Master bed was a little less than comfortable and squeeked. But that may just be a personal preference. Overall a great condo to stay at . Just an FYI tho if you plan on cooking you need to bring everything ie: salt, pepper, spices, oil, sugar and so on.

Very nice. In need of some minor maintenance. Ceiling needs painted in master bath, freezer drawer / ice maker. No remote for TV in master bath.

The room was great. However, there was not enough parking onsite for a third car. My daughter had to park down the road and either walk or use a shuttle to get to it. They also need a larger unloading area. It was very crowded and chaotic trying to unload our luggage.

Everything was fine and maintenance issue was solved quickly. Big thank you to the laundry crew who found our missing Lamby plush pillow and favorite blankets after we left and are mailing back to two happy little girls!

I would stay here again. The only downside was that repairs were still being made to the overall property and the lazy river and pools were unheated (heater broken down); beach water was red flagged due to high winds and high waves but this was unavoidable. I still had a good time and would recommend this VRBO.

Had a tough time getting to overflow parking but other than that it was a great stay. We love Turquoise Place! This was our second vacation here and love the amenities!

Beautiful condo with a great location, well-stocked, clean and very spacious. All three generations enjoyed the amenties from the lazy river to the tennis courts. We would love to stay in this condo again.

I think it's beautiful, however, I wish the parking for more than 2 cars would not be so pricey. It is really inconvenient to park at the church!

Nice family vacation spot. Parking garage was one of the best we stayed at in the 5-6 times we have vacationed in area. C406 was for the most part handicap accessible with wide doorways and plenty of room for my wife’s electric wheelchair to move around. The toilets and shower areas are not handicap accessible unless you bring your own equipment. We brought my wife’s roll in commode/shower chair and she was able to take showers and use toilet with minimal assistance. We were also disappointed to find out we had to rent equipment to use the pools. First location we have been at that didn’t have lift chairs for the pool. Overall we made due and enjoyed our stay especially the nice balcony and gulf views.

Had a wonderful stay at 406C in Turquoise Place. The condo is large and beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Elevators were close by. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent and so convenient just steps down the hall. I only wish the outdoor pools were heated. They were colder than the ocean and mostly empty during our stay. The beach was spectacular which is why we love Orange Beach.

Great property.

Well maintained and clean. If anything needs to be addressed it might be the master bedding (coarse) and mattress (soft) but that might be a personal preference.

We stay here in the same unit every year if possible. We have had friends stay in other condos and they have invited us over to see them but we have yet to see anything we like better. This unit is close to the elevator and the indoor pool and low enough to the ground where you can hear the waves crash as you enjoy the evening sunsets on the patio. We will never go anywhere else:)

Large, well appointed 3 bedroom condo. Will be back!

The developer did their homework on this one. This is a great place to stay with kids. From the grill and hot tub on the balcony to the indoor pools, outdoor pools, fitness room, tennis courts, lazy river, etc. The smallest unit is over 2,000 square feet with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. This is great for multiple families sharing condos. The condo had incredible facilities...hot tub, plumbed gas grill (no gas bottles), and a sink on the balcony, gas stove, high end appliances, wine chiller, icemaker, washer, and dryer. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and cabinet space. The furniture was also nice (inside and on the balcony). The gas grill on the balcony is very accommodating to allow for self-cooked meals without the hassle of a community grill located on the ground level. If you have kids, you don't have to leave the beach early to fight the crowds at the restaurants. What a stress reliever! The community amenities are sure to fit nearly any lifestyle. From the beach access with permanent beach chairs for rent, to the relaxing by the numerous pools (inside and out), and lazy river to the fitness rooms and tennis courts for the active lifestyle. One other compliment I will point out is the orderly travel through the parking deck. This parking deck does have a little bit of tight feel on the sides as with any parking deck, but it is well laid out and the parking spaces are not on steep grades where your door can get away from you. There is only one dedicated parking space per unit (3 bedroom minimum condos), but you can get a second hangtag at no charge which can park in any undesignated space. In our case, we paid for a third hangtag and had no issues finding the other two spaces. The condos rent on what appears to be the high end for Orange Beach, but I think it is in line with the location and amenities you are getting. In our case, we split the cost between multiple families and cooked a few meals for ourselves on the grill to offset part of the cost. Again, our cooking reduced the stress of trying to go out to eat with small kids. What is that worth? We will definitely consider this place again next year!

Cockroaches were in the condo and the ice maker didn’t work for half the trip

When we got there, there were some light bulbs out and we few a few roaches, called maintenance and they took care of it. After been there for almost a week, the people above us checked in and started playing their music loudly and front desk said there was nothing they could do until after 11 pm. These people were also smoking cigars and the ashes would blow on to our balcony. The Condo was everything we could have wanted except for the above issues.
