We stayed in Palm Cay for a week and a half and could not have asked for a more relaxing vacay. The beach is beautiful and being located right on the beach was perfect for our 2 and 3 year old. The place was very clean , nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Our kids loved visiting the park to go on the swings and spent most of their days on the beach. We visited the cafe for smoothies , iced coffee, and ice cream daily. The pizza at the restaurant was awesome! Mike was a great host. I messaged him a few times with questions and he was very quick to respond. He went above and beyond with a small ask I had. Thank you, Mike! We will definitely visit again!

Amazing place for a family located on the beach in Palm Cay

Palm Cay is a beautiful area. The villa is gorgeous and being oceanfront was just amazing. The beach is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay

We spent 5 nights at Mike’s condo and had a great time. The views are incredible and the beach is right there when you walk outside. You are also right next to the members’ beach (with umbrellas) and members’ pool and bar. We paid for the wristbands and thought it was worth it. We have a baby and couldn’t bring him into the main pool but there’s another one just next to it that allows children. The food at the pink octopus is good but service is hit or miss. We took Mike’s recommendation and hired Keshla to cook for us one night and it was great! Overall the condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. Just a heads up for the third floor - the two rooms share a bathroom and a hallway. The room in front with the balcony has doors but the other room does not, so you’d be “open” to the hallway/bathroom that you share with the front room. It was fine for us because we used the back room for our 1 year old, but I didn’t recall seeing that in the listing description and thought it would be good to know if you were planning on having 2 couples in those top two rooms. We loved our stay and definitely want to return! Mike was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Steps from the water. Water is beautiful all the time but at high tide bigger fish come in for good snorkeling. The condo is several miles from Nassau which makes for a peaceful ,secure experience. Micheal is great and very responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Had great boating experience with Jason. Michael has contact info. Bahamas is beyond expensive but this place was well worth the money

As soon as you open the door to the villa you see the beautiful blue water in front of you. We could not have asked for a better to stay for our first visit to the Bahamas. The villa was the perfect set up for our family of five. Everyone had their own space. We had a relaxing stay and hope to return!!

Everything about this property is AMAZING! What you see is not what you get. YOU GET BETTER! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Michael was informative and super attentive during our stay. We found the location to be perfect! We hope to visit again in the future!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful the view is from this villa. The minute you walk in the door you look straight out onto the beautiful beach and ocean. The view from the master is equally as stunning. The villa itself is also very nice. All of the furniture and decor is top notch. The mattress on the master bed was super comfortable. We had 2 teens and one pre teen with us and they all enjoyed swimming and snorkeling by the rocks. However, there was not much else for them to do. In order to keep them entertained we traveled to Baha Mar to visit friends, we went to dinner (the Poop Deck was great) and we did a couple of excursions. Be aware that cabs are very expensive each time you go somewhere. A round trip to Baha Mar was around $120. If you don’t mind paying that then we do highly recommend using Cheryl’s Cab. Our driver all week was Ramon and he was incredible! We ate at the Pink Octopus one night. The food was good but didn’t knock our socks off. We did hear that their lunch was yummy but we never tried it. Overall, if you are into more of chill vacation then you can’t do much better than this place but if your into more of an active scene you may want to try a bigger resort. Baha Mar was nice but VERY busy and VERY crowded. We enjoyed visiting there but my husband and I (not so much the kids) were happy to get back to the serenity of Palm Cay. FYI…Mike was awesome to deal with. We had one minor issue and he was quick to resolve it.

This was my second time staying at Palm Cay Development. The location of this unit is great - steps from the water on a pristine beach. We were a party of 6 adults so the unit plenty big enough for all. Unit is nice but needs some work and possibly a deep clean. Some small repairs to be done - the type of repairs that are common in a house that is a vacation rental property. Owner responded pretty quickly to any questions or comments we had. He is aware of the issues and stated he is working on correcting those issues as I write this. Overall, we had a good week.

We loved our stay at this property. The ocean view was fabulous! The house was comfortable and stocked with everything we could need. We enjoyed eating at the Pink Flamingo and appreciated recommendations from the staff in The Welcome Center for excursions and restaurants. Mike provided very helpful information about staying in Palm Cay. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

The view is amazing! We had 6 adults (2-50+, 4-20's), and stayed for one week. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean. Nothing was worn out. Plenty of beach towels, too. Mike was fabulous in his communications. We took several of his recommendations, especially Cheryl's Taxi. We used them all week to go into town. Loved there was a loner car to use for 1 hour for a quick trip to grocery store 1 mile away.

I recently stayed here with my husband, two kids (ages 1.5 yrs and 3.5 yrs) and my friends. We were blown away by the quality of the villa, the location, the views, and the Palm Cay neighborhood. Mike is a great host and maintains the property well. The views from the villa and the cove in front were amazing. Everything was even better than we could have imagined. We all had a wonderful trip and cannot wait to return!

We travelled here with 6 people ranging from 15 to 70+. This location is great. The water outside is calm and relaxing and you can sit on the deck all day watching the calm waves come into shore. The area is quiet at night and have amazing sunrises in the morning. Grocery store - less than 2 min drive The only negative is the power company cut power off for about 30 minutes. It didn’t get too hot and when I asked, this is normal. Hopefully we will be able to rerun in 2024.

Mike and this property exceeded our expectations...the property and beach were perfect and beautiful. We rented a van for our party of six and were glad to have it so that we could tour the island, enjoy dinners out and go the the nearby grocery store. Driving on the left side of the road became second nature after a day or two of driving and Google maps helped! We loved having the beach right outside our back door and felt like we had our own private beach...complete with patio furniture and plenty of beach chairs. We bought fresh fish from the fish market and grilled on our patio. We can't say enough about how wonderful this property is and how responsive Mike was. We will come back many times!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Mike’s place for a 40th birthday trip and enjoyed every minute! It was incredible to walk right onto the beach from the back door and to have a cafe and restaurant so close by. The home was clean and well appointed, and the welcome guide was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely go back!

We had an amazing stay at Palm Cay! We were traveling with 6 adults and 2 kids (4 and 2) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, as were cleaning supplies, towels, and sheets. We used Cheryl’s taxis for transportation and they were lovely and punctual! We didn’t buy the member passes bc we didn’t feel it offered much, except having the umbrellas for chairs on the beach would have been nice on the very sunny and hot afternoons. The pool that the home comes with access to is very nice/ has a pretty view of the ocean, but you’ll probably spend most of your time in the ocean! There are lots of fish to see if you swim to the outer parts of the jetty’s, and walking the marina to see the pretty sailboats was enjoyable! Mike was very available for any questions. And yes, the pizza at pink octopus was amazing!

From the moment you walk in the view is like a postcard. I booked this house for my mom's 75th birthday and I am so glad we stayed here and not a hotel/resort. We had 7 people in the house ranging from 17 to 75. There was room for everyone, and we didn't feel as if we were on top of each other. The house is decorated beautifully, and the views are AMAZING. It was well stocked with all the necessities and if we needed anything Mike was quick to make sure we received it. Mike was a great host. Gave local information and recommendations, communicated with me leading up to the stay and during. The rental didn't come with the use of the members side, we could opt to buy the pass for the week but honestly it was not needed. We had access to the beach and just bought our own drinks to sip on the beach. We are already talking about a return trip and would 100% stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

My husband and I traveled with our 4 boys ages 11, 9, 8 and 6. We also had a friend stay with us (3 adults, 4 kids). It was a perfect size for that amount of people. We felt very safe because it was a gated community and they had security all night making sure the guests are safe. I can only speak for our stay but it was a perfect for our family. The beach was never crowded, in fact there were days it was just us. Even when our neighbors were out there we had more than enough beach to ourselves. The water was so clear we could snorkel right at the rocks. The tides never got rough. I wasn’t worried about the children swimming during the changing tides. The pool was great as well because it was a short distance from the home and overlooked the breathtaking view. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. With a family our size it was wonderful to go grocery shopping at Solomon’s and be able to make breakfast and lunch in the fully stocked kitchen. There is only one restaurant in walking distance (pink octopus) so unless you have food on hand (or the snack shop) that will be where you are eating. It was truly perfect for us because our kids love exploring and those rocks certainly are interesting for them to hunt for sea creatures. The only real downside is the cab rides are super expensive everywhere you want to go. From the airport it will cost between $100-125 (for our size family). We only went into town 2 times because we had such an amazing set up on the beach with this home (fishing excursion with Born Free - captain Willy was EXCELLENT and dolphin encounters at blue lagoon, would highly recommend both). Hope this review helps you with your vacation!

We had a great stay at the Coolibah townhouse. We had a group of friends join us to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for us. We and our guests loved waking up on the beach every day. The townhouse is clean and modern - very comfortable. The resort amenities are also really nice and the property is well run. We were bummed that management was doing routine maintenance of the adults only pool but I guess that was because we were there for the off season. Palm cay town homes are perfect if you want to enjoy a relaxing, low key time in the Bahamas while still having access to the resorts and casinos. This was perfect for our group. We will definitely visit again.

Our extended family just returned from a 2 plus week stay at Palm Key (unit 103). The unit was clean, well stocked and more than enough space for 6 adults and 1 infant. Mike is an excellent host and helped us out on more than one occasion. I have no hesitation in recommending this spot. Thanks Mike and Ramona

Mike was amazing both before and during our stay. He answered any queries we had and gave us lots of recommendations which was greatly appreciated. His property (1 of 3) was absolutely beautiful. It was very well layed out and furnished beautifully. The view from the balconies and living area was picture perfect and idyllic. Honestly we had to pinch ourselves every day to remind us that it wasn't a dream. I would not hesitate to book this property again, Arrival and departure details were straightforward. The kitchen, bathrooms, towels and linens were well stocked and spotlessly clean. Do not hesitate to book this property, I promise you will not be disappointed. Its amazing!!

We had a great stay at Palm Cay. We loved being just steps away from the most beautiful ocean that we have ever seen. The house had everything that we needed. Everything was well stocked and accessible. I loved the ocean decor and the bright colors used in the house. It made the environment cool and cozy. Mike sent us a wealth of information about out stay before our trip to help us have the best time possible and avoid any issues. We would love to visit Palm Cay again in the future!

We purchased snorkels for my young kids (12, 11 and 9) and they were exploring the coves a lot because the water is so warm. The food and the staff at the Pink Octypus were great just budget to pay very high prices. We used instagopher for groceries and it works perfectly. Need to order 24 hours in advance. Again budget for very high prices as paradise does not come cheap even for drinking water. Having the grill there was a life savor as we BBQed two nights on the deck. The property was in good shape with plenty of room for all of us. The wifi worked well all week. There is TV but we rarely used it and read a lot of books. We took the kids on a day trip to Atlantis for the water slides and the Palm Cay Welcome Center secured the taxi for us. Atlantis has an incredible beach as well. Download the WhatsApp as everyone on the island uses it, especially the taxi drivers. Mike was tremendous to work with and very responsive. It's really is better in the Bahamas. We will be back to Coolibah and Palm Cay for sure!
