Nice cosy and comfortable apartment for a couple of days.. 2 bath attached bed rooms, a small common area and a furnished kitchen was simply more than enough. TVs in both rooms, microwave owens, gas connection, water purifier, water heater... the list goes on...

Nothing really to say!! The roads are a bit small to reach the location. There were a few street dogs who spoiled our sleep.

Nice and comfortable place to stay and the property owner is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this my friends.

No parking space was available.

We like the hospitality provided by Mr. Pavan and his family. One can experience the real home stay feeling here. Rooms look more hygiene compared to the pics. If some one newly visiting, try to have a small chat with Mr. Pavan about his exciting life journey. He will also guide about near by tourist places, food and shopping.

Property is located in a hill top residential street, so it very quiet and peaceful, view from the front unit is amazing. Rooms are well kept with all basic amenities. Each unit has 2 bedroom, a dining space and kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, RO, had stove, all utensils. Do opt for breakfast coz it is amazing at the price offered. Do ask Pavan for a trip to mandalpatti in his 4x4 Thar. Will visit again sometime.

Their is nothing that you won't like about this place and if at all you do Pavan(owner) will win your heart with his hospitality.

Location, homestay, pavan, facilities. We used kitchen and cooked food. We asked for extra kitchen utensils and pavan provided within 5 minutes. During our stay we felt that we were staying at our home. You will get free Wi-Fi, solar hot water, electric water heater. Pavan prepares own wine and we purchased 5 bottles from and it's very tasty, homemade and natural.

Everything about the place is good. A must stay place for couples just looking for some calm and serenity. The owner Mr.Pavan was very nice,cordial and welcoming. Overall a good space with a strong WiFi too.

The only Con I felt was that the room wasn't cleaned again on the second day of our stay.

We spent a week at Pawan Sir's homestay and without a doubt it felt like home. The place is clean, hygienic, has a kitchenette that is shared between two rooms. The kitchenette is well provisioned and again well-maintained. Pawan Sir reminded us every day that it was our home and that we could call or message him at anytime for anything. We actually did:P Great place, well recommended for couples, friends and families. He makes wine on his own and that's a must try too. If he offers going to Mandalpatti and it's the flowering season for Kurinji please don't miss.

Coorg home land home stay has all the facilities. Refrigerator, gas stove, plates, spoons, water purifier, geyser and all the basic eminities. One can stay peacefully and comfortably. This home stay is worth the shot. And most importantly the owner is very friendly and helpful. He acknowledged all our doubt's and queries. He followed all the safety precautions. I would definitely recommend to everyone and if at all we visit again we will definitely choose this home stay.

Everything was so neat and clean The 2bhk flat was first of all equipped with all necessary items like water filter, a fridge, microwave, gas stove, plates, wine glasses, homemade wine, dining table and a spacious living room and master bedrooms. Even if there's something missing, you call the host and he will run to get the item for you at your earliest. Bedrooms were spacious, and so sweetly decorated. The host gets a special SHOUTOUT here because of the way he is. He got us breakfast, he proactively sent us google location, came to pick us up. He also has a 4*4 which would take you to the hill top of mangalpatti at a reasonable rate. Made sure we had a comfortable stay and always kept smiling. An extremely sweet person. Basically, I'm gonna take my friends back to this homestay because it's extremely homely and comfy Must visit!!!

There was nothing not to like. We only wished for the balconies to be open, but it didn't matter so much later because we were all hanging out in the living room most of the times.
