They cheated me, when I reached hotel they charged me 1221 Rs, but I didn't like the room and cancelled on spot. But not yet received the refund amount.

Nothing ,as it was very bad experience for me and my family

Ac was included under the facilities but after we checked in the reception guy said that Ac is not included first and then said Ac is not working for the whole floor. So we gave it up and check in. Except that all other facilities are good and worth for money

The Oyo owner askwd me to vacate before my checkout time and said that guests are coming by 11 AM.
No guest had arrived in my room till 2 PM and the cashier didn't let me to use the toilet at 11 AM.He asked me to use the common washroom which was filthy.
He just gave me the keys to open the common room which was in a dungeon and struggled to find the room in groping dark and key given by him was not opening.
Later he asked me to go to a common room which was not the right attitude.

Offline booking people did same time in our presence @2200

No breakfast and location is avarage. No AC and no Tv was provided though assured during booking in booking.com.
One should keep the assurances to customer to be customer friendly else earn bad reputation.

Early check in not allowed, TV is not working and Ac remote not given to us... 1km away from the town...

Location.
Room was dirty, bed, toilet were not clean. Not worth of paying 1800-1900 Rs per night. In this price breakfast facility should have been included.

Location was good very near to bus stop.
Room was not upto the mark bathroom also just ok ok. Breakfast was not provided please remove the information which tell breakfast included. It's not worth for family to stay.
