It was really easy to get here from SeaTac. From here we visited several wineries/tasting rooms. It was about 35 minutes into Seattle on Friday morning at 7am. We also went to snoqialmie valley to see the falls and hike. It was a great week and this place was perfect to call home each night.

Our group of 6 adults and one dog, aged 23-73, had a great time during our 4-night stay. Our plans changed a few days before our trip, and we were grateful to be able to come in a day early. We were greeted by Annie shortly after our arrival. The house itself was clean and well-appointed; the hosts clearly tried to think of everything to make an enjoyable stay. We had no issues with the internet (my husband had a video meeting during our stay) or television for the limited time it was viewed. We didn't use the washer or dryer but were happy to find lawn chairs in the laundry room that we could use while using the charcoal grill in the front yard. You will hear traffic noise in the front of the property, but the backyard areas were lovely and relaxing, with strung lights. The property is located close to the winery districts, and we had no problem with UberXL's availability to visit one during our stay. We also could easily drive to Everett and the Seattle waterfront area. We would definitely recommend the property. Thank you!

We chose this house because it is dog friendly, with a great yard for our labs to run in and enjoy. We are refugees from Arizona heat and had stayed here for a month in Fall 2021. It remains my favorite rental for its comfort, hot tub, and proximity to both Bothell and Woodinville. Its only a 20+ minute drive to Seattles light rail system, which we used for trips to ball games and Pikes Market with family. The owners are very responsive to queries or concerns.

Very cute and clean! Kids loved the creek and playing in the yard. We all enjoyed the hot tub! Comfortable beds too. Great communication with the owners. We all enjoyed our stay!!:)

We had to come up to Washington for medical reasons and it was a very stressful trip. Thankfully, a lot of the stress subsided when we arrived at the property. It was clean, the description was accurate, and there are no details left unattended. There is no shortage of kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels for the hot tub, laundry detergent and hampers, ice, etc. The property and grounds are gorgeous. All of the details were even more appreciated when we met the hosts. Annie has been so lovely and accommodating. We had to extend our trip for treatment and she’s been so kind and gracious working with us. We just can’t say enough nice things about our stay here! If I could give them 20 stars I would.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The home was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property is gorgeous and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here! It felt like home as soon as we walked through the door! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is absolutely beautiful, and the hosts have truly thought of everything. We utilized the jacuzzi and the fire pit, and both really helped to make our stay even more special. The hosts could not have been better…be sure to watch the video they made about the house…it will help answer any questions you have! It truly was a memorable stay!

Th house was perfect for our needs. The hosts were so kind and got ahold of us after we left as one of kids blankets was left behind. All the directions and instructions were spot on.

The house is immaculate. Bed was comfy. The property itself is serene. Plenty of food delivery options if you don't feel like cooking in the huge kitchen.

Visiting daughter and her family for granddaughter’s first birthday, perfect place to stay with perfect accommodations! Fabulous grounds, plenty of parking, great open kitchen & dining area to cook with family and enjoy games. Definitely enjoyed our time in the hot tub, too! Would highly recommend Annie & Darrick’s place. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed here over the weekend for our son's wedding at Lord Hill Farms. It was convenient and located about 20-minutes away from the venue. The hosts were responsive and wonderful to work with. It worked out great for our wedding weekend!

Everything about this stay was a 5 star experience. The hosts were available and the location was perfect. We couldn’t take complete advantage of the grounds but the house was great! We stayed NYE and the Christmas decor was delightful. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Annie and Darrick are joyful and this property reflects this. Anne created a beautiful, comfortable home with "old world" decor. The kitchen is modern and large. The hot tub is a refuge. Feels like you are truly in the country surrounded by trees, Bear Creek gurgling and lost of places to explore. If you are lucky enough to be here during the holidays, you will smile in glee. The outside is decorated by a master - Darrick Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, anyone would love to stay here. Betina

We stayed at this house while attending a family wedding. This was a lovely spot - great access to the venue, stores, everything! The house was super clean, and had clearly been updated recently. There was lots of space for all to find a quiet spot, and lots of room in the kitchen for cooking. Our kiddo loved the twin-over-double bunk bed. The grandparents appreciated the sound machines in the bedroom to help offset the minor road noise. I really appreciated all the videos explaining the house. Great detail and helped me avoid potential challenges, such as finding the light in the laundry area. The owners are kind, generous, and excellent communicators. I appreciated the care they put into the property. The paths by the creek and through gardens are a fun, and there was herbs and vegetables offered for my use (delicious!). I appreciated having the desk workspace as well, as I worked remotely in the mornings before wedding activities during the week. I highy recommend this house! Thank you. Annie and Derricks lovely home was exactly as advertised, clean all the amenities you could want and a wonderful hot tub that was so helpful for my husband who is scheduled for a total hip replacement! We are already talking about staying there again when we next visit our sons in the area!
