Annie provides a modern, environmentally friendly home that provides the ideal location. Close enough to Pearl to walk and also far enough away for quiet, privacy and gorgeous views from the rooftop deck. Our adult family of eight was very comfortable and enjoyed all the gathering areas inside and outside of the house. Great memories and frictionless check in and check out.

The house provides excellent privacy when traveling with other family members, couples, etc. There are three massive suites, each equipped with its own bedroom, television, additional space (e.g. living area, loft, outdoor), and bath. The property is extremely well maintained and comfortable. Very clean, as well.

This house was a perfect getaway for my family and myself. We stayed here for a week and were all very comfortable. Short walk away from Pearl street, beautiful view of the mountains rain range, and within a peaceful neighborhood. Annie was very welcoming, easy check in/check out process.

My friends and I rented this home to gather for the first time in years. The design is really unique and has everything you could possibly need. The views are beautiful, we caught the sunrise every morning. The location is great too - we had toddlers with us who loved walking to the park right around the block. We would highly recommend!

We loved our time at Annie’s home. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Great location.

Your home has it all! Even the weather was perfect, though you can’t control that. But the layout of the rooms and the outdoor seating works so well with the outdoor surroundings and the views of the hills. We loved it.

This place was awesome. Some friends and I came to Boulder to hike and see a show a Red Rocks. This is walking distance to Pearl street and we were less than a mile from the trailhead for Flatirons. The place was really nice and had a great view of the mountains in the front porch. Annie and her husband were so great to work with! Would absolutely recommend this place!

The house was spacious and comfortable. We made good use of the outside space with the kids, and North Boulder park is just a short walk away. There was also a Whole Foods very close by.

This property is so inviting. It is better than the pictures. So quaint, clean, and so many treasures to look at throughout the house. All four bedrooms feel private. Beds are so comfortable, pillows good, and furnishings are all up to date. There are many outside sitting areas. Great views to the mountains and a safe and quiet neighborhood. I also appreciate that there was laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and some cold drinks in the refrigerator. You can tell the Annie put a lot of love in this house. I hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay in this modern home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It’s close to the Sanitas trails, and an easy walk to Pearl. The manager was very communicative and helpful.

We have stayed on 1000s of properties. This ranks in the top 5. Annie is on top of every detail however small. Incredible stay! I can only wish all hosts were learning from Annie! Thank you. Bill

Our family of 4 stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! This house is beautiful and unique, has lots of great outdoors space and is ideally located within walking distance of wonderful hiking and a 15 minute walk from downtown. It was an outstanding experience--would recommend it most highly.

This was the third time I have rented in this neighborhood in Boulder and this house was hands-down the best ever. Due to COVID, we drove from California and hiked through the Rockies as an alternative to traveling overseas this summer. While my husband and I were mostly by ourselves for the duration, we were joined by friends at the end of our week there and the downstairs in-law unit was perfect for separate space. We are cooks - and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and they even had many of the same plates/bowls and kitchen gadgets that we have at home!). The patios are amazing, depending on the time of day - and the rooftop deck was our "routine" every night in which we looked at stars, listened to the crickets and drank good wine. Annie is a consummate host - and we will definitely be back!

Annie was super on top of things and also generous. It's also a great house in a great spot.

We had 9 persons the first two nights and 7 for the rest of our stay. What an absolutely beautiful house. It is very well decorated and made us feel right at home. A very nice surprise on our first morning was waking up to SNOW! Our two grandsons, ages 4 and 2 had never seen snow (live in Houston), so that was amazing. We even made snow ice cream! Any questions about the house was answered in a timely manner and Annie was very responsive. We hope to have occasion to stay at the Artful Abode again!

Overall, the property offers myriad outdoor seating options to enjoy. The architecture both inside and outside is soothing and the openness of the main living area is welcoming and social. The Artful Abode had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Annie has given thought and provided amenities that are less often found in other rentals. We will definitely rent again.

Our family has enjoyed a weeks vacation in this beautifully designed home. It is located perfectly for quick access to the mountains or Boulder amenities. Highly recommend this house for family getaways! Annie was very courteous and helpful with anything needed. Excellent communication!!

Great home located between the mountains and downtown Boulder. Access to hiking close by and an easy walk to the restaurants in downtown Boulder. We stayed here for a week for a wedding and we had a great time with the family. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this house in the Newlands! The house was clean, stylish, and well equipped. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable ( I've slept in almost every bed! ). The location was perfect for my family, with easy access to local trails, and a nice walk to downtown. Also, the host was amazing, quick to respond and extremely helpful. This place is exactly as described. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful home in an amazing location. Hike outside your door, and walk to the endless good restaurants and bars in downtown Boulder. Only 2 blocks from the beautiful North Boulder Park too (was great for kids). Loved my stay!
