Very nice condo, really spacious and clean. Stayed for a week with wife and two kids, 12 and 14. It was great for them to have their own rooms. Location was great with an incredible balcony. Definitely recommend.

We loved the visit, the condo, and the return to The Gulf! We plan on returning sometime in the next year or two! The condo is beautiful with a fantastic and large deck! The couple of times that we had a question, the property manager answered so quick! We highly recommend this property!!!!!

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean, beautiful view, right on the beach, and away from the crowds of the heart of the city. Only complaint is that the thermostat kept defaulting to 68 when we set it. It was cold after a day at the beach!!

The property was beautiful and private and just what my family was looking for. The condo in on the 10th floor had all the immenities we needed as we enjoy cooking each night. We loved the small # of units as the beach was very nice and relaxing and not crowded. Gorgeous beach views! I would definately rent again here. Large condo and 3 King beds and 3 baths was perfect, but the master bath was my favorite. The walk-in shower was amazing! The only downside was the one day the elevator was broken and we had to climb the 10 flights of stairs a few times with all of our beach items having to remain near our cars. We wish it had more parking but we found a nearby lot to rent for our 3rd vehicle also.

I was nervous going to PCB on memorial Day weekend but this was wonderful. In front of the condo there was plenty of space on the beach, never packed in. We did not have a problem with traffic but we only left by car once. We walked to get ice cream and walked to miniature golf. Parking was ok since we had parking passes. The view from the condo is magnificent and the balcony is so peaceful. There is a perfect sized outdoor table for dining on the balcony. The master bedroom and bathroom are breath taking, huge, 2 sinks, a powder room, jacuzzi tub, you could even fit a pack and play in the walk in closet easily. The other 2 rooms are ok. I would suggest they put up black out curtains in the other 2 bedrooms. The east facing bedroom- the sun rises so early and my children were awake as soon as the sun was up since it was so bright. The other bedroom's window looks out to the front hall/entrance where the lights are on all night plus you get some early sunrise. Lastly the 2 other bathrooms need hooks for wet towels, bathing suits, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was great, wish I had this kitchen at home, and had almost everything we needed (needed an extra large pan for sauteing meat/ vegetables). The garbage disposal didn't work but when I contacted the property management they were on it quickly. We had a tiny issue with parking but the Daja rentals was also very responsive and helpful with this. Overall an amazing vacation that I would do again.

We spent 5 nights in this spacious condo. It was a great place. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever food preparation you might want to do. One thing to note - no washer detergent is provided so you will need to bring some if you plan to do laundry.. The beach is easy to access and not crowded at all. Our favorite part was the view from the 10th floor - both inside and from the balcony. We spent lots of time relaxing outside. We didn’t have any problems other than figuring out how to work the tvs (directions would be helpful). We liked that it is very secure place. You need a code to access everything. It’s not a big complex so there was never a wait for the elevator. We would definitely stay here on future visits.

We just wrapped up a week in this property. It is an amazing place to stay. The property was clean and quiet, the beach directly outside was the same. Never had a wait for the elevator. I would highly recommend this unit and we plan to be back here for our next visit.

The master has one floor to ceiling window that only has blinds covering it. Let’s light in at night and decently woke us up early in the morning. My cousin who slept in that room got little sleep.

My family had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was so spacious, the living room and kitchen are both very large and open. Our favorite part was the amazing ocean view from the balcony which was also really large! Three king beds was a huge plus for us as well. We really enjoyed the beach and pool. All in all, it was a great choice and we hope to return. Communication with the property manager for check in and check out was also very prompt and easy. Thanks so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grande Surf Club condo.This is a beautiful well maintained condo directly overlooking the beach with views to the horizon over the Gulf. Convenient check-in/check-out, covered parking close to the elevator with luggage cart(s). Management team checked on us throughout the week to see if there was anything we needed. We are happy we had the opportunity to vacation at this beautiful condo in the Grande Surf Club. Thank You!

The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Right on the beach which wasn’t crowded. Emeral water was beautiful. Parking was spacious and easy in and out. Location was great, just a short drive to restaurants and stores. Worth every penny. Ages 6 to 70 and all had a wonderful time. Only complaint would be the bedroom on the right as you enter condo could use a blackout curtain.

This place was perfect for 3 couples. We each had our own private bed and bath. The size of the unit and views from the balcony were Phenomenal. Location was perfect. Beach in front of complex was never crowded. All in all, we loved our stay here and will definitely be back!!

The condo only has 30 units total and most units are not rented out through agencies but privately owned and vacant. We went in mid to late June. The condo and pool are bigger than that look in the pictures and extremely clean. The parking spot is right by the elevator for easy packing or storig your beach gear. We will be back!

We rented this condo for the month of March for a family vacation, however the covid-19 occurred and the family was not able to come. As a result my wife and I decided that we would be more comfortable if we were in our own home in Mi. and decided to leave on March 18. We loved the views from the balcony and would have enjoyed PCB even more if not for the virus keeping us inside most of the time. Would love to finish our vacation next year. This was our third year renting this beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf. Derrek and Josh from DaJa View Property Management were awesome to work with when planning our trip. They provided personal touches you don’t get from other places. We are ready to go back next year.

The Condo was fabulous! We were a party of 6 and the condo was very spacious and met all of our needs. I would give it a 10 rating if I could. It is in a perfect location . . .restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and really hated to leave. I would recommend this Condo to anyone. We will plan on returning again next year and I will definitely book this Condo again.

This is a great beachfront property with a quiet neighborhood, but also within walking distance of many amenities. Loved our stay here!

This was our first time to PCB & we had a great time! The condo was very nice, clean & quiet. We got up every morning to enjoy coffee on the balcony. The beach access was perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time! This property was very clean and secure. The room 10E was so spacious my family had plenty of room! The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly need. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The balcony allowed amazing views from all directions! We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the reserved parking and only having two units per floor, no long wait for the elevator. It was wonderful! Derrek was great to work with, we defiently are looking forward to booking again!

PERFECT, PERFECT and PERFECT! My family and I literately started looking at planning our next stay, and we’d only been there a few minutes. DaJa View Property made themselves readily available from the day I booked till the day we left the property. We didn’t have to contact them much because there was a welcome basket with everything (and more) that a guest needs to know and the property is nothing short of immaculate. It’s an extremely spacious, three bedroom/3bath and large kitchen/living space. The wrap around balcony on this corner unit and VIEW deserves a review all on its on 😁�. I’m going to stop rambling now, but let’s just say that my son will totally remember his 4th Birthday Beach Celebration! Thank You DeJa View for the forever memories we made! XOXOXO

My family and I had a wonderful vacation from start to finish. Derrek and his team stayed in communication from the time I booked through check-out, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. The property is beautiful! Perfect size and location. Being a smaller condo meant not having to wait for elevators or dealing with overcrowding at the pool. The location is convenient to all of the restaurants and shops, but a bit farther from the huge complexes so our beach area was surprisingly quiet. All-in-all we had an amazing time and would definitely come back.
