We thoughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, mid island. The apartment was comfortable, kitchenette well stocked. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean.

The check in process was seamless! And even got to check in earlier than expected. I got to the condo and it was exactly like the pictures. My husband ended up having to find the next day and I felt perfectly safe and comfortable being there by myself. Everything was clean and it was as if the ocean was in the room with us! The view was amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing! Just what we needed! The AC worked great and the condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need! The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely book the condo again! I highly recommend it for a relaxing get away!

We had a great stay here! The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The host responded quickly to any questions we had, and the location was perfect. This is a very nice area, and the beach was very clean! We will stay here again!!

Perfect condo for our first trip to Hilton Head. Great location. Close to many restaurants and shops. Amazing view of the ocean from our room. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves. Packed our lunch and sat at the beach every day. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely loved it. We definitely will stay here again.

Great attention was given to detail and any possible needs! Amazing view! Just a short walk to the beach. Close to food and shopping. Great place!

The location and the oceanfront view from the balcony made this stay wonderful. For two adults, it is just the right size. The weather did not cooperate this week in April but that was not the fault of the unit or owner. The communication with the owner was excellent.

Beautiful condo and wonderful host.

This is a lovely property with a magnificent view and easy access to the beach. It is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. The owner, Earline, was very thoughtful and helpful. And, since I was staying in a quiet season, allowed me early access. It was a very pleasant experience and if I'm ever back in Hilton Head, I would like to stay again.

I can't say enough about what a perfect ace for my best friend and I to stay for a special BFF getaway. A perfect unobstructed view of the ocean awakens you or lulls you to sleep. The accommodations are wonderful. Comfy beds and all you need In the well equipped kitchen. We loved how close the unit was to the elevator and the laundry room. So clean! The owner was so responsive, caring and a true delight to work with before, during and after our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thank you to Earline for sharing this place and for being so quick to respond to any questions I had. Condo provided the perfect place for relaxing during a weekend golf trip. The ocean views were amazing. Hope to visit again someday.

It was beautiful, we have stayed in this building and on the same floor before, this is by far the best and it is beautifully updated. Earline was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time at the beach!

We had a wonderful trip to HHI. The property has updated appliances and the kitchen has everything you need, including very nice dishes. So many nice individual touches. Earline has thought of everything to provide a most thoughtful, comfortable stay. She is also extremely personable and helpful over emails and texts. We feel like we have known her for years. I almost hate to be so complimentary as we would like to stay there again and she might book up! We would definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone.

At time of review $3 per wash plus $3 per dry. Change only. Change can be purchased at same place u check in 2) elevator is right outside of door but it doesn’t “ding” so it is not audible inside apartment. It won’t keep u up or anything 3) coffee pot is a flex brew so can handle kcups or grounds. 4) there were beach chairs and a few ocean toys like boogie boards available on the balcony when we were there. 5) toilet flushes strong. No worries there 6) owner responds asap. Very very good hosts. 7) lots of pans and silverware, cups, plates etc. no need to bring anything like that . Even a slow cooker was there. 8) do bring some bug spray for when u sit out on the deck. 9) plenty of parking. 10) Door lock is a code so no worries about taking a key to beach and losing it. 11) air conditioner works great and kept it cool Can’t wait to go back. Just book it. Best place we have rented .. sooo close to beach. Great facilities and location. Will rent this place exclusively when we visit the island.

This is the perfect little condo for two. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the modern fridge with ice maker. Location was perfect and views are gorgeous!

We had such a great stay, at the beach and the pool everyday. Everything is so close, the walk to the beach is three minutes and the pool is four! The deck is made for sunrises and cool ocean breezes in the evenings. The condo has been very recently redone and obvously by a master craftsman, the place is immaculate. We definately plan to stay here again!

This was my third stay at this location. Hadn't been there since the pandemic and noticed some wonderful updating that made the condo more useable and comfortable. You won't find a better view of the ocean. Earlene is a great host and very approachable and hands-on. Highly recommend this property

Great location and the best view!

The view from this condo is amazing. It's just steps from the beach. The owners are fabulous and responded to texts and called make sure everything was good. Overall tremendous experience and hope to do it again!

We had the pleasure of meeting the owners Roger and Earline. They were the sweetest people and did everything possible to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We loved this condo. View from the balcony is fantastic and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk and be sitting on the beach. Admirals Row is the closest building to the beach in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. The resort itself is very nice with 2 pools and several places to eat, and pickle ball and tennis courts. The grounds are very well maintained. The condo is very well equipped. Earline has thought of everything you might need for your stay, and she truly wants you to feel like it is your home for the week. We have already booked our week for next year.

This condo is everything in the description and more. The kitchen has everything you could need plus storage for what you bring. Bed not comfortable enough for you? There is a mattress pad. Beach chairs and toys provided. Steps from the elevator and laundry. But what always gets us is the view. Third floor gives you ocean and beach views. Sunrise, dolphins every day, and beautiful moon beams! Great owners who notified us that the condo was ready early and check in during the week.

Absolutely loved this condo! We stayed for our honeymoon, the view from the patio was beautiful. Super close walk to the beach with private beach access! The condo was extremely nice and clean! It’s only a short drive to any restaurants, and savannah, GA is only an hour drive away! Overall the place is super well taken care of and perfect for a couple/ small group of people!

This unit in the Admiral's Row building is updated, clean and has everything you need. The view and location are the best on the island. Earline went out of her way to make our time there the best possible. An excellent value!

You can’t find a condo that is closer to the beach than this one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is fantastic; close to everything we wanted to do and see. The view from the condo balcony is beautiful! The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. She even had casserole dishes which came in handy cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Mrs. Earline was a phenomenal host! She communicated everything that we needed to know and responded quickly if I had any questions. The bed was comfortable, but we are those weirdos that travel with a 3” mattress topper so our opinion is a bit skewed. The resort property is nice and we rented bikes from there. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of the area; we will definitley be staying here again!
