The parking was horrible and I did not like having to pay an additional $50 for parking passes.

We had an amazing stay. We had a group of 37 people. The beach was close and an easy shuttle ride over. The pools were amazing and perfect for all of our kids ranging in ages of 2 to 15.

A couple of years ago my friends and family took a trip to the caribe and it was a amazing. So my my friends and I decided let’s go there again for the New Years weekend and enjoy the amenities. We are definitely going to come back!

Clean unit with ample room for 6. Kitchen very well equipped with all the accessories you would need. Amazing bay view. Will definitely be back!!

The stay was good. The cleanness of the unit was not well. In the jacuzzi tub in the jets were mold... not usable. Will go thru the caribe in the future with easier checkin,

Condo great. The parking was stressful. We stayed at a extremely busy time and I knew that would be challenging. Only one assigned parking space and then go to overflow when there is none or limited was stressful. Staff and guests were all nice and patient so overall very good. I would stay again but not at peak times.

2nd year we have stayed here and while the docks were still messed up, we were able to get space at the marina and have a great weekend. We hope to be back

Stayed 3 weeks and had various family and friends come. This condo is beautiful and better stocked then any I have rented . Guest services was fantastic . and everyone at atone very friendly . Will be back.

The view is amazing! Beautiful, picture perfect especially at sunrise and sunset. The condo was wonderful, very spacious. The kids all bunked in the same room with two beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable but I would suggest to switch out some furniture like the chair in the master bedroom and the chest of drawers in the other king bedroom for more practical use. The linens were the usual kind from hotels, I would of liked a regular blanket on the bed instead of that extra sheet. There were some stains on the duvet cover and one of the pillows in the closet that we ended up not using. Something to state that wasn’t part of the condo but the resort property. The stairwell in the C building to the pools reeked of urine and the elevator in building D did also. It was horrible! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you for having us.

Caribe is our place to stay when we come to the beach, our favorite place. Always clean, super friendly staff, pools are great.

My family enjoyed the stay in C1204, each family had there own bedroom with bathroom. The view of the bay was amazing. If we not at Lazy River or the beach, we were on the outdoor balcony watching the view. All that my family needed was in the condo. Had some great meals and great memories.

Check in was easy. Parking was conveniently near the elevator. The unit was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with any cooking utensils you may need. The view was amazing. The unit was very spacious and nicely laid out. My only complaint would be the beds. I did not find them comfortable. I felt the mattresses were firm and the pillows flat. I think the batteries to the main tv were dead and I couldn't find any extras but we didn't spend alot of time watching TV anyway. However, this property is conveniently located to restaurants, the Flora bama, and walking distance to the beach. There is plenty to do on site and you really don't have to leave for anything. I would stay here again.

Carine Resort was a fantastic place that had all the amenities anyone could ask for right there in property. And was only a very short car ride to beach which made it even better. Will definitely stay there again!!!

We had an amazing week! Our only complaint would be distance to beach. However we took the shorter boardwalk to the bay side on a day when red flags were out and we have waves that kids could manage and a walk grandparents could walk as well. We loved the puzzles and worked on it all week as a family. We emailed about inflatable bed not holding air and they immediately responded and delivered a new and better inflatable bed. Amazing place to stay. Views were our favorite part with no direct sun but most beautiful view of sunset. Thanks for sharing!!

This is our 3rd year staying at Caribe and have enjoyed every visit. We choose to stay here because everything is convenient. The kids love the pools and slides, the adults too, and we never have to leave during our stay except for grocery items. This stay was a little disappointing, no fault of the resort. The owners need to upgrade sleeping accommodations ASAP. Layout and location of unit was perfect but needs some serious attention. The floors didn’t feel very clean, and in the LR there was something on the rug that looked like it had been there for a while. There was pet hair on the TV stand. The pull out bed in the LR is horrible. Had 2 tweens who were excited about sleeping on it but was not comfortable at all. Tried inflatable bed found in MB closet but wouldn’t hold air. Also goes for bed in MB. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. In guest BR, mattress needs replacing. My son & his wife said they Felt like they were rolling to the middle of the bed. Bed Pillows all over need to be better ones. Master bath tile mildewed. Not clean. Vent Fan over stove in kitchen wouldn’t work. The owners need to consider vacationers comfort so they will want to come back and recommend them to their friends. We will be back to Caribe but unless the owners make some serious changes to this unit we won’t be staying in this one.

Great views and outdoor furniture was fantastic! Our only complaint would have been the door to the master bedroom. Once closed you are locked in from the inside and can hardly open it.

Great size for our family and couple extra kids. Kitchen was very nice (had stand-alone ice make that was fabulous). Beautiful view of the bay. Loved the massive master bathroom!

I appreciated the well equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms, and overall roominess. It needs a larger couch considering how many it sleeps. However I would most certainly rent it again. The only thing I can complain about is that we paid an additional fee to extend our checkout but apparently no one communicated this fact. Someone just walked in the unit while my family and I were cleaning up and packing. It was alarming. I was closest to the door so everything remained ok. Had my children been anywhere near the door it could have gotten ugly from a mama bear standpoint ☺️

We stayed here for my birthday and last weekend together,as my boyfriend had to move to Virginia. The condo is furnished with everytgnhing you could think to need, very clean and cozy. This is my 3rd time staying at the caribe, but this is by far the best unit yet!

First and foremost it was wonderful to have an early check in. We also used the boat dock to pick up and drop off some people in our party Bring frozen pizzas and beer

Gorgeous room with fantastic bay view. We were very happy with this property. The rental is beautiful and very welcoming. We were amazed at the accommodations and so pleased we chose this rental for our family vacation, It’s in a great location and offers many great ammenties. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The condo is beautifully decorated and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Bedrooms are roomy and beds comfortable. Loved the spacious master bath. Jacuzzi tub in master bath is just what you need after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance. Thank you for an amazing week.

Very nice condo! Our family had a great time! Would love to stay here another time!!

It was great that 2 bedrooms had king size beds but the guest king size mattress was terrible. It was just an old/hard mattress but the other beds were great. There were plenty of pots to cook with and enough seats in the living room for everyone to enjoy game time.

My family of 4, my sister and her family, my mom, dad and grandmother stayed this past week in this condo. It was wonderful. The condo has great sleeping arrangements and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Also, we loved having the ice maker! The view of the bay is beautiful from this condo and the patio is furnished with nice patio furniture (no plastic furniture). I was worried about the pools being crowded because all units seemed to be booked but there was plenty of room and at times we would have a tier of the pool to ourselves on the upper deck. The guys enjoyed being able to go out fishing from the dock. The room was well cleaned and the property was also well maintained. We had a great time and would recommend this unit to friends and relatives...except if it's when I am going!
