We had great time there. The place was good for me, my wife, and son. Great location for beach, restaurants, and wal mart. Hosts took care of us very well

This place had everything we needed and more . The location was perfect and was in close distance to everything we needed . The view was so beautiful and it was not overly crowded at all. While the parking lot was full I literally don’t think that we ran into anyone on the floor that we stayed on.

The property and room are well maintained and convenient. Just enough space for the 4 of us to be comfortable. Easy access to the beach and pools along with places to eat and local shops. Several trips to and from the room during the day were needed but was not a hassle since you are right there! Walking distance to some great food. White sandy beaches. I was nervous going during College spring break but that did not bother our vacation at all! The kids didn’t get out of hand and they all seemed to enjoy themselves and the families enjoyed their selves too! Overall great location, the property manager was so helpful with check in and that was the easiest planning of a trip I have had! We will be back!

Very nice Efficiency condo unit suitable for a couple and possibly one or two young children. Well-equipped with refrigerator, micro-wave, dual coffee maker, etc. Resort is accessible with convenient parking in front of building. Easy access to a very nice beach. We appreciated and took advantage of the fact that the facility is located close to several excellent waterfront restaurants. It would not be fair if I did not acknowledge our very gracious host regarding her handling of events that occurred during our visit. Due to a problem with housekeeping, and through no fault of our host, the condo was not ready for occupancy when we arrived. Our host, Lisa, quickly responded and we were provided with a very nice adjacent unit for the night until our condo could be serviced the next morning. In addition, our host generously and unsolicited by us, refunded a portion of our rental fee to make up for the minor inconvenience we experienced. Earlier, we had run into a problem with our scheduled visit to the resort due to Hurricane Ian. Lisa was very accommodating in allowing us to cancel or reschedule our visit. Whether it was responding to problems that arose prior to or during our visit, or answering general questions about the Panama Beach area, Lisa always followed through promptly with an informative and/ or problem-solving answer. Lisa was an outstanding caring host in all respects.

Cute, comfortable, convenient, and just as described online. The beach front parking, resort pools, and private beach access are a huge plus. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. 5 STARS!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We agreed that if we ever return to Panama City Beach, this will be our go to place! We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view. We also enjoyed the pool and using the hot tubs at night. It was also a great location to many restaurants and activities (zoo, Ripley's, etc). Lisa was also a wonderful host! She accommodated us with extra parking passes so we could take our motorcycle and trailer.

First let me say that the property owner was amazing and very responsive, with that being said I did no contact her regarding the following issues as I was able to resolve them myself. Upon entering the room at check in, I noticed sand under my bed and on the sleeper sofa. When I pulled the sleeper sofa out to put the extra comforter on, the comforter smelled like it had been used and stored in the closet. Upon further inspection, the comforter had a stain on it. I had to wash the comforter before I would let my children sleep on it. Same with the comforter on my bed, it had a blue stain and the white looked dengy, upon washing both comforters all the stains cane out. Also, there weren’t any extra pillow cases for the extra pillows (there were plenty of pillows though). Lastly, there were used and dried up contacts on a Décor/serving tray that sat beside the bed (My family doesn’t wear contacts). I honestly feel that the property owner is unaware of the cleanliness issues and this is not an accurate representation with her. 45 minutes and everything was clean and good to go. On the plus side, our room bug free, smelled nice, was secured and door was equipped with a code entry lock which was nice, gulf access was easy, property was gated and had a security guard, gulf access required a security code, beach in front of the condo was a lot less crowded than surrounding condos due to it being a private beach, elevator was quick, there were plenty of towels that we were able to wash every few days and use along with the beach towels we brought with us. Can’t give a review on the pool areas as we didn’t utilize them, but they stayed fairly busy and looked nice. Overall our stay was good and I would book again and recommend to others. On a side note, again having nothing to do with the property or owner, toward the end of our stay the beaches started closing at 10pm through 5am due to large and unruly crowds in the area. PCB is our favorite place and the people there are wonderful, I really hope the unruly crowds are dealt with accordingly so families can continue to visit this beautiful piece of paradise and make family memories that will last a lifetime. Beautiful resort and a wonderful hostess! Everything was great....

Pros: Our condo was nice. I liked that it had a washer/dryer. I loved that I didn’t have to check in/out onsite. I liked that the parking lot was secure. Tower 1 and the pool area were clean. Right on the beach. Easy to get to the beach through locked gate. Cons: Pools were nice but I thought that the smaller pools beside the towers were supposed to be heated. The pool beside Tower 1 was freezing. My kids were disappointed because they stayed by the pool since the ocean water was cold. They tried to swim but it was to cold for them. It was hard to turn left out of the parking lot, so I found it easier to turn right and take the back roads. It seemed like a huge party area on this end of Front Beach, I had friends that stayed further down and they didn’t have the drunk teenagers surrounding them. We ended up joining them on their end of the beach. Teenagers/college students gathered in huge groups (at least 60+) right in front of Tower 1. They were yelling, fighting, smoking weed, and drinking. Don’t get me wrong, I love to people watch but they were a bit much. I felt like something more could have been done.

Thoroughly enjoyed our quick mid-week spring break trip! Accommodations were wonderful. Host was quick to answer any questions we had! Great time had by all!!

The unit is cozy for two looking for a getaway. The property was quiet and the pools are great. Beach access is excellent. The attentiveness of the unit owner was fantastic; the communication was excellent as well. Do note there is not an oven/stove, for anyone planning on cooking while there. It wasn't a problem for us; we planned around that. That's not a dig at the property, either. It's a great unit! We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience this was the first time being a VRBO customer and it couldn't have been better. The property owners were so polite and nice they gave us all the information that we needed to make our stay awesome. The check-in was so easy the apartment had everything we needed for eight nights. All the amenities for cooking were there. washer and dryer in the room makes your vacation so much easier. I will be recommending this location to all my friends family

Nice quiet condo conveniently located for all the things to do. Really enjoyed our weekend get away in this condo.
