We had a great weekend in North Conway . This property is exactly as it is advertised, close to town and it has everything you could need . Beds were comfortable and the owner was very easy to work with. I will definitely rent this property again on my next visit to North Conway!

This house was perfect for our trip to North Conway! Close drive to wildcat and Attitash. Cranmore is right across the street. Close drive to downtown and could even walk it if you wanted. Would definitely consider staying here again. Great hosts and very responsive.

Our family had a wonderful time at this cozy property with great view. We enjoyed the pool table and the house flow. Definitely recommend!

We arrived before dark on Friday night. We had no trouble finding the location and got in easily with the provided in formation. The kids explored place picking their personal favorites. We were there with five of my daughter's friends. They enjoyed the pool table in the basement in the evenings and the large couch on the main floor watching Netflix. The property is a very short drive to beautiful downtown North Conway. We cooked all our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. During a brief stay I need to contact the owner for a clarification, he answered quickly. Everything was clean and plentiful, especially blanks. We would love to return!

Our group of 6 enjoyed our 6 day stay. Something for everyone. 3 bathrooms was a plus. And the pool was perfect. The area has lots to offer and lots of good restaurants. Would stay there again!

Property was very clean & comfortable. Greg was very responsive & easy to work with. The pool was fantastic-quiet & clean. It was pretty hot when we were there. The portable a/c units kept the unit comfortable. Bedroom doors needed to remain open at night so rooms did not get unbearably hot. Some of the bedrooms could use an additional nightstand/table to place your things on. I would not recommend this unit for elderly/disabled folks as the stairs leading down to unit could be tough to navigate. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. Below are some pros/cons: Pros 1) Location - we got everywhere we wanted to go in just 5 minutes! 2) great pool! Clean and easy to access. We ended each day at the pool and that was one of the highlights of our trip 3) Layout - the bedrooms were comfortable and the set up worked great for our 2 families with the Kids bunk room, plenty of bathrooms and a great family room. Cons 1) no central AC - we stayed during a heat wave and while there were 2 AC units, 1 in family room and 1 in bunk room, we were hot. The 2 other bedrooms have no AC and since it was so hot outside, we weren’t able to cook the house by opening windows. 2) Cleaning needed for outside deck and windows - The outside deck is very nice but it was very dirty making it hard to enjoy. Also, In between windows and screens were lots of spider webs and dead bugs, etc. The Inside of the house was clean so just these areas in need of some TLC.

This location was absolutely perfect for our Story Land weekend getaway!! The place was clean with plenty of towels. Only downside was it being 100 degrees despite the place having some AC units and fans - they just couldn’t keep up. But it was unusually hot that weekend!! We found an awesome watering hole near by tho! Also the place doesn’t allow pets (which was fine) but I think there may be a family dog bc my husband allergic and was stuffy throughout the weekend. All n all great place, perfect location, and great recommendations from Greg!!! Thanks!

We had a great experience! The condo was clean and our kids had a wonderful time! The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the location was great! It was a 15 minute walk to North Conway center and a short ride to echo lake and Diana’s baths.

My family and another family styed here for 5 nights. The location is perfect, very convenienant and close to downtown but far enough away to feel like you are in the woods and it is very quiet. The property is clean and has everything you will need to be comfortable and feel at home. The kids all loved the community pool as well. We came in July and searched out a place that had AC as we knew it would be hot this time of year and a few of us have a hard time sleeping in heat/humidity. When we arrived the AC unit on the lower level would not turn on, we tried a bunch of simple things to get it going but it must have shorted out internally. I messaged Greg to let him know, obviously we were dissapointed as it was quite warm in the home. Greg got back to me that same night and told us he would work on a solution the next day. We went on a day trip the following morning and when we got back that evening there was a brand new AC unit installed and running and the condo was very comfortable. Throughout the day Greg sent me messages as to what was going on. Obviously, we were initially dissapointed but Greg made the situation right! We were all impressed with how quickly he resolved the problem. This type of response and commitment to guest satisfaction is all you can ask for. I would highly reccomend staying here and if we decide to vacation to North Conway again we will be back! Thank you Greg!

Owner was very helpful and quick to respond great spot for a family stay

First off, Gregory was great. The location was great. Also the grounds were great. However, I wouldn’t stay here again during summer months. It was way too hot. It was uncomfortably hot. It rained 2 days during our stay and even on the cloudy days we didn’t want to be in the house. The two stand up ACs are not enough to even cool down the rooms they’re in. Some of the furniture is also very worn down. The pullout couch is broken. The bunk beds feel so unstable we didn’t let the kids sleep in them. The WiFi kept dropping which was problematic for getting any work done or trying to watch the news or a movie since the TVs are only available via streaming platforms. Overall, it was well equipped. Definitely seems like it may be better suitable for those visiting in winter months.

Our host was great! Quick to respond to any questions & very accommodating. The location is great. Across from Mt Cranmore and a 15 min walk to town if u don’t want to deal with parking & traffic. Condo is set in a peaceful wooded area with hiking trails right out your front door & there’s a pool! Close to many tourist attractions & state parks with great hiking trails & beautiful waterfalls. The condo is very roomy. Sleeps 13 comfortably including the loft & finished basement - with pool table. Great setup! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!

The kids loved the pool table and bunk beds. We enjoyed being able to cook and order out for dinner a couple of the nights and have breakfast before heading out for the day. The outdoor pool was very clean.

Enjoyed a wonderful week with our family thanks to location of this property as well as size, amenities and cleanliness. Everyone had something to do and a place to do it. The owner was very responsive to questions and all logistics were managed quite efficiently. We definitely look forward to going back.

Perfect location, even though weather was not great we found activities to do. Plenty of room for large group.

Walking distance to town and good location for sking

Everything was as described, my family had a great vacation.

We were looking for a safe getaway for our growing family of 10 where we could feel safe and practice social distancing rules - this condo was the perfect space for our family. The pool is renovated as well as tennis court area. We we’re able to hike a new trail every day and get some fresh air and exercise, as the condo is located in a wonderful location. If the area is experiencing high temps the second floor gets extremely hot - we were able to redirect fans and the AC units to cool things down. The unit owner is extremely responsive as we needed an electrician to fix a breaker, and he was there within hours. Our kids loved the space as it’s perfect for large families. We would rebook this property in a heartbeat!

Throughout the process of booking and making it to our trip, the host was very responsive. The house was in great condition, and was perfect for our group of 10. You can see Cranmore right from the end of the street, less than a 5 minute drive including the parking. It had everything we needed for cooking meals, and was nice to have a good open kitchen/living area.

We had a wonderful time, thank you! The house was in a perfect location-10 min or less from Story Land, a lot of activities at Cranmore, short distance to the Town. The house was stocked with everything you need. We will be back!

Summer Stay: Place was nice and would think about staying there again. However the 3 things that were “musts” in our groups property search were Pool, 3 Bathrooms and Gas Grill. Pool was not able to be used, 3rd bathroom was out of order and the propane was empty with no backup. Pool was being re-done by condo association but we never saw 1 worker. With that said. Place had a lot of space, comfortable, location was great. Right across from Cranmore and around the corner from downtown North Conway. No issue parking 3 even though it says 2 spots for unit. Couple hiccups but it was a great spot. Owner responded almost immediately with any correspondence.

This place had everything we needed for 13 people. Super easy check in/check out. Thanks for hosting!!

We loved how it was multiple pilots and it was a secluded part of town where it was very peaceful
