Everything was perfect from location. It was easy to stay…felt like home:)

Great space for us to have a small family getaway with our 2 & 4 yr old and their grandma. Loved being surrounded by the awesome fall colours and took full advantage of access to Hidden Valley resorts indoor pool. The multi level layout has plenty of stairs that make it less accessible for some, but worked for us.

The property is clean and well maintained. We were very pleased with the amenities.

We stay at this rental for the Labour Day Weekend and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. There were 5 adults and 2 infants ( 26 and 7 months) and the quality of condo was top notch. The Kitchen contained any appliance/tool that you needed and the bed and linen quality was top notch. We all had wonderful sleeps. We make great use of the beach access and enjoyed the fire works on Sunday evening. There was nothing that we needed or wanted that was not supplied. The treats left by the owners were throughly enjoyed and, even on. short stay, the access to water and dryer was greatly appreciated. We would return again for sure.

Beautiful vacation place. NOT for people with limited mobility and handicap. There are stairs and stairs to rich stairs. This little" info was missing from advertised getaway. Thank owners for hospitality. Great property

The property was clean, had everything we needed and perfect for our family of 4! Just a note, there are 3 flights of stairs so if you've got littles plan accordingly :)

Our family of 4 had a wonderful weekend skiing Hidden Valley and this chalet was the perfect home base. Clean, lots of space and lots of little extras. The Ontario park pass let us access arrowhead park to go skating and the membership pass to Hidden Valley Resort gave us access to the pool and hot tub which the kids loved. My youngest guy also loved the little snack basket on the counter. :). Owners were great and responsive to any requests we had. We' definitely had a great stay and will likely be back next ski season.

Great location, steps away from skiing fields and Hidden Valley Resort. Beautiful lake view. Minutes away from the woods. Will come back in the fall time to see the leaves.

The hosts have thought of everything, down to the last detail. We had such a nice time. This place was exactly as advertised. Great for a family of 4-6 people. We arrived in winter and went skiing minutes from our door but this place would also be great in the summer months as well. Highly recommended. Thanks so much for hosting us!

I thoroughly enjoyed this condo/chalet and consider it to be the best winter rental that I have been to in this area. We were impressed with the description in the listing but we think it was even better than expected. The part that stands out from other rentals I have been to is the fact that they have fully furnished and supplied the premises—including allowing guests to use their provincial park pass and amenities at resort. There wasn’t anything I wished I had brought. Having access to a garage was also a nice perk! We spent time going for walks in Huntsville (Hunters Bay and Lions Lookout) and at Arrowhead PP—both very close by. Although we didn’t ski, the hills are very close and you can see them from the living room. I hope to return again!

A lovely, fully equipped condo near a lake and resort in a peaceful setting near Huntsville. We had access to the resort pool and there was a canoe available. A relaxing and enjoyable vacation for our family! The owners were very helpful in their communications with us. Thank you, James and Susanne!

We spent 7 nights at the ppty. The ppty was great and very warm and inviting and the location is absolutely divine . Just sitting on the docks and having morning tea overlooking the lake is breathtaking. The owners took care of every little detail my son and his friends loved the nice gesture of leaving cookies and popcorn for us and drinks . The kids bedroom is equipped with multiple board games and their own Tv. Communication with James and Susanne is quick and efficient . We cannot wait to come back again.

The property was great, short walk to the beach and short drive to nearby hiking trails. Rooms were great with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

We spent 6 nights in Huntsville following our great holiday there in 2019. Communication with James and Susanne is quick and they are very efficient in providing all the detail you will need. The property is clean and well equipped. The wifi was excellent and we were able to do some part time work when we weren't skating or snowshoeing at Arrowhead or snowshoeing in Algonquin or Limberlost. The kitchen is fully equipped, the showers are hot and the fireplace is a nice touch after a long day outside in the cold. The neighbourhood is quiet and you will sleep well. It is a short walk to downhill skiing if that turns your crank. Thanks again Susanne and James for making your place available to us.

I recommend this chalet. It’s in a very nice location, so close to ski hills and also the ice rink on the lake. We have a fun weekend and the chalet is clean and very nice. We will come back

Well equipped and very clean chalet

Property has everything for nice stay close to nature. Great hiking trails are just 15 - 35 min away. Fine dining is in near by resorts and city. Owners were easy accessible over text and emails. Natural wood fire place made our stay warm and cosy.

Property was lovely, area is amazing. Quiet peaceful area and very convenient to town.

Great chalet with cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Chalet was clean and we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Location is awesome as you are very close to beach and Hidden Valley resort. Communication with host was great as they quickly responded to any questions. Definitely recommend this chalet as a great spot for a family vaction!!

When we arrived the place was spotless. James and Suzanne are great to deal with. The place is in a perfect spot and the accommodations were amazing. They have thought of all the little things. My wife and kids didn’t want to leave. I would recommend this place to everyone. Can’t wait to go back.
