The staff at the other hotel where they gave us the key were very nice

many stains on the couches, the shower head was broken so had to hold it ourselves, you had to light the stove to use it but left no matches, the fridge didn’t keep our food cold so we had to throw it out

The apartment is greatly located, it's spacious, no problems with contacting the staff who are 500 metres away in the hotel.. lack of some cutlery, but the location wins

The toilet is leaking

it was great 1 bed room and hall with everything we need , internet was perfect , the place was good and clean , location is wonderful

the big problem is when we arrive to the property the door was close and we cant check in , we manage to call and we informed that we must go to another place as no reception in our stay so we walk more than 1 klm to collect key ,and next day we do same to droop key the receptionist was inform us that they already send this all instruction to us but we confirmeds we never receive this kind of informations at all as they take 20 euro as a deposited which no one do in all counters we visit

Room was very cold and heating system was not working. There was just a small electrical heater.
