Words cannot express how perfect this pink palace was for 10 1971 high school graduates for our combined 70th birthdays. From the welcome beverages and snacks to warm bagels delivered our last morning these hosts know how to make their guests feel pampered. The condo is immaculate and centrally located to the Nashville sites. Take my advice— stay here.

Fantastic property for family and friends. Clean, very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Loved the layout of the property, all 8 of us had plenty of room.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great as it was walking distance from Centennial Park - so we were able to spend mornings walking around that area. It was very close to downtown, so it was a short drive to our activities. Townhouse was very clean and kept nice. There was plenty of supplies (dishes etc.) in the kitchen. I really appreciated that there wasn't a long list of rules and check out duties like some places. I would highly recommend this place - as long as you are okay with stairs.

Parents of the groom with our closet friends had an amazing stay here for a very important weekend. House was fabulous with so many details covered before we even arrived. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return here and recommend to anyone with a group coming to Nashville.

Had my bachelorette there and the house was great! Definitely a drive to downtown but a short Uber ride. The host was amazing we left a few things behind and she mailed them back right away and we didn’t have enough towels or any tissues so she had them delivered that same day with some goodies. Great place! Comfy beds!

This townhouse is decorated perfectly for a fun girl’s getaway. The location is ideal and the host were amazing! I highly recommend!! Plus the upstairs bathroom is fabulous!

When I first stumbled upon this property on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online and the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed. The home is just perfect, the decorative touches are so beautiful and the place contains everything one needs. Location is incredible and close to Broadway. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to make my “50th” birthday weekend celebration with friends and family so comfortable and memorable. House was just as stated! It was very clean and all linens smelled very clean and fresh.

Two of my children and their families and my nephew and his family recently stayed at this property while visiting for Thanksgiving. Everyone had plenty of room and were very comfortable. This condo was close to my house, which was another plus. The owner included a welcome basket, and everyone enjoyed the goodies.

9 Friends for 55 years decided on a Nashville trip to visit one of our classmates. This townhome was great! We had trouble with the TV and they responded quickly to our needs. Robert came over the next day and fixed the connection by installing a Roku. Beds are comfortable, very clean, lots of kitchen appliances and dishes, 3 full baths and washer and dryer. There are a lot of steps so not a place for anyone who has trouble climbing steps. They reached out when we arrived to make sure everything was ok and even had some snacks for us when we arrived. They were glad to hear any recommendations we had. Great customer service and very clean townhouse.

Property is just like the pictures. Well decorated and has everything you need. Check in and out is very easy. The location is close to everything but quiet.

We stayed here for my daughter’s bachelorette party weekend and the listing was perfect for our large group of family/friends! Without knowing the Nashville area at all, we secured this rental in an ideal residential location that felt safe. It was a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown and 15 minutes to shopping at 12 South. A 30-35 minute drive led us to an amazing winery the owner recommended. It was also maybe 5 minutes to the Vanderbilt University area and there were plenty of grocery, coffee, and restaurant options. There are 4 bedrooms with 8 extremely comfortable beds (2 of which are bunk beds). The kitchen was well-stocked, and some snacks and cold drinks were even ready for us upon arrival! The one-car garage was also nice to have and our guests did not have any trouble finding other free parking near the property. The check-in/ check-out process was simple and communication with the owner, Lauren was superb! We couldn’t have asked for a better host!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you again Lauren!

Everything was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Broadway was a short Uber ride away where we were able to explore the wonderful city of Nashville. This was the perfect place for 10 adults to celebrate a 40th birthday weekend. It was walking distance to some fun places and a short Uber to downtown. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lauren was an excellent host who was easy and prompt to communicate with.

This is a beautiful property located just 10 minutes from Broadway. Great set up with lots of light and space. Lauren the host was kind enough to give us a late checkout and we really appreciated the snacks and beverages that were waiting for us when we arrived! This is the second home of Lauren’s that I have stayed in and always impressed! She also sent us a great list of recommendations!

We came for my wife 40th bday and the owner was super accommodating and welcoming! They made the entire stay super special! We will be back to Nashville and we will most definitely be staying here again!!

We booked this place for a weekend in February. The location is amazing, within walking distance to the Parthenon and not too far from downtown. The house was spacious, very clean, with a full kitchen. Our host was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay!

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. Lauren was SO accommodating, allowing us to extend late for our late flight since no one else was checking in after us. It was such a great house for our girls trip with plenty of space and a very beautiful master bathroom. Couldn’t recommend this place and Lauren as a host enough. Will def stay here next time I’m in Nashville!

This property was perfect! The location was great and Lauren was so helpful in every way possible. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place with lots of room. We had a few set backs with ice in Arkansas keeping some from coming and a broken foot bride by over stepping a stair but I would definitely return to this property or rent from Lauren again! 10 out of 10
