Curt's beautiful home was exactly as described. We felt we were staying at a friend's place for the week. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and pool table every day. The pool and hot tub were warm and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals. This home was decorated and equipped with everything and more that is needed for a perfect stay. Also having so much space was wonderful. We would love to stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Curt and Nichole's house. The house is beautiful and was full of amenities for us to have our best weekend in Palm Springs. Gourmet kitchen, beautiful pool, fun game room, and plenty of space. We hope to visit again!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Good location, very clean, and lot of activities available at the house. When booking, ask about the additional fees beyond the standard VRBO fees, as well as the contract so you don't get caught off guard. The managers/owners were very helpful and incredibly responsive. We had an excellent experience and would stay here again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! So convenient to everything but secluded enough that you have privacy. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. The house is stunning. We had 8 adults for a girls weekend and it was more than comfortable. The pool and game room are a must to enjoy at this house. The outside dining table is also amazing. The owner and house manager were extremely helpful with any questions we may have had and were very responsive. I would stay at this house again, it is amazing!

Wonderful location and excellent home! From booking to check out communication was clear and accurate. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) plus two additional teens had ample room, all the comforts of home, and full use of all that was advertised. We are already checking the calendar to see when we can book again!

We had a wonderful time at the house which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything you could need/want is provided including a fully outfitted kitchen for preparing any size meals. The pool area is fantastic and the arcade area is a really unique extra. Beds are super comfortable and the floor plan allows for quests to spread out or gather together for conversation, food and games. Very easy to communicate and coordinate with the friendly owners and property manager. A+ property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mesa! The house was perfect for our family spring break vacation which had 3 families. We had ample space and loved the pool space and game room. The house felt incredibly clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. Curt was very responsive and easy to communicate with making booking and staying there a breeze!

We had a great stay and this house had everything covered. The good weather day was fun in the pool. For the bad weather days, the game room and pool table provided plenty of entertainment and the location was convenient for some great shopping and eating options. Hoping to return again when the weather is back to normal.

Home is enormous, quiet, sparkling clean, top notch amenities and easy to find, yet very private. One of the best vacation luxury rentals ever. 3 of us in a 5,000+ sq ft home made us feel like royalty. Thank you so much for hosting us!

This house was perfect for 3 couples and 2 singles. Really nice quiet location but still close enough to downtown and restaurants. We saw bighorn sheep from the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked and lovely

We didn’t need to drive anywhere when staying at this amazing home. The best bars, restaurants, hiking and even ice cream shop in PS are all 1-2 blocks away. Better yet - it’s at the base of the mountains with the most amazing morning views of the rising sun shining on the foothills! Will definitely be back!!!

We had 5 adults and 5 kids (9-17 years old) staying at The Mesa. Everything was great. Highly recommend the property. The owners were very communicative and helpful, as was the property manager. The house is big and accommodated us well. Kids loved the game room and the pool. Property is in a great location - walkable to some locations (arboretum, ice cream, hotel bars) and an easy bike ride or drive to downtown P.S.

8 girlfriends just rented this magnificent dessert home and we could not have been more happy. The owners have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. HIgh quality beds, beddings, towls, comfy blankets for the couch area and high end kitchen items. They even had a bar available from previous guests to leave behind things they didn't consume and we thought that was such a great idea! The courtyard pool/hot tub area is gorgeous and completely private, with the pool heated to the perfect temperature. The place is so spacoius even for 8 that many times I was walking around trying to find people! Beautiful gardens with complete privacy. Philip the manager was delightful and we were granted an early check which was so helpful with early landing flights. They referred us to their personal massage therapist and she came and gave us the best massages of our life. If you rent there definately use her, We will make this an annual girls trip destination from now on.

This property ended up being better than advertised. I rented this house to gather as a family getaway for a long weekend. House was beautiful, well appointed, and impeccably maintained. Plenty of room for 7 adults and one two year old. Very well located to restaurants and bars within walking distance. The big surprise to me was how much everyone LOVED the game room. No one wanted to leave. Highest recommendation.

This property is ideally suited to a group of friends or couples, a family plus grandparents, or two families. All the beds and bedding is very comfortable. And it is very well stocked with everything you need plus things you love and didn't even know you'd appreciate. The games room in the garage is right off the kitchen so you can prop open the door and it feels like it's a part of the house. (OR, close it and you can't hear anything! ;-) The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens in a rental house I've ever seen - loads of dishes and pots and spices and even a communal drinks cabinet where you can use what's left and the leave anything you don't finish. The pool area was even better in person and because of the way it's situated it's always 1/2 shade and 1/2 sun all day. And the misters were amazing!!! They are both around the pool and around the outdoor dining room. When you turn them on it's like instantly cooling the outside 10 degrees. The neighborhood is super quiet but you are a 5/10 minute walk to some shops and restaurants and downtown PS is walkable or an easy bike ride or short drive. If you have time, don't miss the Morden Botanical Gardens (5 min walk away). It's very cute. Property manager and owner were super friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. This is overall one of the best properties we have ever rented.

We spent a long Labor Day weekend in Palm Springs and couldn’t have rented a better house. The 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect for our group of friends. The house allowed for plenty of space, while also coming together for dinner and game nights. The game room and pool was exactly what is shown in the pictures; however, doesn’t capture the amazing memories that we all took home with us. Both the property manager Philip and the owner Curt were very responsive and they both checked on us during our stay, ensuring we will all comfortable. The home was well stocked and very central to downtown Palm Springs. Thank you Curt for allowing us to create memories in your home. #takethetrip

House was wonderful! Perfect for our family of 10 total. Kids loved the game room. House was more then adequately stocked - everything and anything you can possibly need, inc kitchen. Pool was perfect. Lots of space. Super quiet neighborhood. Hosts and local manager Phillip were outstanding. Cant say enough positives.

Could not have asked for a better weekend getaway. The property was even better in person! Initially, we thought it was out of our price range, but it is absolutely was worth every penny. They have thought everything and are kind and considerate on top of it. We made some great memories with our friends and family and can’t wait to go back.

Never has the house had such nice everything, really. Usually, there’s a couple of garbage bags and dishwasher tablets, just enough dishes and cooking utensils to maybe do some basic cooking. We always end up buying a bunch of stuff to just throw away, aluminum foil, bags, seasonings, condiments, soap, tp, etc. So, it was so great to have all those things already stocked in the house. Additionally, there's Keurig cups, Yeti tumblers, Calphalon pots/pans, and plenty of dishes and serving utensils. It’s all really good quality stuff throughout. There are a bunch of pool towels, some great floats and water guns. One of the bedrooms' closet had a bunch of board games and then there's an xbox and wii along with a ton of kids DVDs and books, as well. The layout of the home is great, lots of space to either spread out or be all together. With family, we enjoyed having both over the course of the week! The pool and spa were a nice size and as the sun passes overhead, you have the option of the shade side or the sun side of the pool deck all day, which was perfect. The neighborhood was nice for taking walks and a cool, little botanical garden with all kinds of cactus (and a couple of huge turtles too!) is just a block away which was interesting to walk through, as well. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Palm Springs in the future!

The property is located in a lovely neighborhood and suited the needs of our group of 8 Seniors very well. We especially loved the large kitchen, the outside table and the area around the pool. It is essential for our group to have an ensuite bathroom with each bedroom and The Mesa fills that requirement. We hope to return next year.
