Really lovely girls weekend away. House was quite spacious with lots of comfortable seating. The games in the basement were a huge added bonus Beautiful views of the water and the hot tub was nice as well. Check in and out was super easy and Adam was very accommodating to some scheduling challenges we had. Would come back again for sure.

Such a gorgeous, spacious cottage! Had everything we needed to entertain adults and kids! It was close to lots of activities and was in walking distance of the down town. We loved every minute of it and already said we should go back next year. Thank you Adam for being an amazing host and letting us stay in your beautiful rental.

We really enjoyed our time at Adam's cottage. He was extremely helpful in the days leading up to our visit, answering our emails quickly when we asked about specifics of the property and nearby services. Checkin was smooth, and Adam had even put up Christmas decorations and a tree for us. Wonderful! The cottage kitchen and bedrooms and main living areas were all clean and well-appointed. We adored the basement and the pool table and table shuffleboard, and lounging around the main living room. The kitchen was certainly well-stocked but perhaps a bit disorganized. Our only qualms were a hamper of dirty wet towels in the laundry room when we arrived, that the bathroom tiles and grout in the second-floor bathroom need replacing/treating (quite a bit of black mold), and the water wasn't draining properly in the kitchen sink/dishwasher so we had to plunge from time to time to keep things flowing and to get clean dishes from the dishwasher.

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. Myself and 5 girlfriends were very comfortable, had lots of space to spread out and were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and all amenities were as stated. Communication with Adam was prompt and accommodating.

Had a wonderful stay at this cottage with my family. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you need to have a great time while you are there. The property is gorgeous, the games room is so fun, the beds are comfy, there is lots of room to spread out and do your own thing or congregate together in the living/dining room or the games room. The wood fire place downstairs is really cozy and the hot tub is so relaxing! The kitchen is also fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

This place was breathtaking, from the moment we walked in we fell in love. Very warm and cozy, large space for hanging out ohhhh and then there is the amazing view of the lake. Very clean and roomy with towels and fresh linens in every room, short walk for groceries and restaurants. We will definitely be booking again and hope to visit this gem in the summertime!

Property was better looking then pictures. Decor was very country like and very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub located off the master bedroom.Skidoo trails were not open yet but we enjoyed the games room downstairs that kept us very busy while staying warm with a wood fireplace.Highly recommend.

The property was even nicer in person - Great layout with master suite on main floor and open concept main floor. Lower level activities & bar are a hit with all and the beautiful waterfront was a winter wonderland to enjoy from the hot tub. Easily recommend this property to anyone who is interested.

Had so much fun with my family as a stay-cation! The basement games were a big hit to give us things to do together without having to leave. The property had anything you need! Beds were super comfortable! Pictures did not do the place justice!

This cottage is in a great part of Muskoka and close to the town of Bala. The cottage had everything you would want and moon river is super clean and not as busy as some of the other big lakes. Great please to stay.

We rented the property for a long weekend in October to celebrate Thanksgiving. The location was great! Everyone enjoyed morning walks into town. The property itself was very spacious more than enough room for our group of 12. Unfortunately, the water Toys were put away so we did not get the chance to use them even though they were included in the listing. We like to make the most of our time outdoors so even though the water was a little nippy we missed being able to kayak or row around the lake.We also had a little difficulty communicating a times with Adam, no fault of his. VRBO seemed to be having difficulty. Once we received his direct info we were able to connect much easier.Overall, cottage was great. We were treated with a nice bottle of wine, which we all enjoyed. The fall colors were amazing.Definitely would book again.
