The home was beautiful and the deck overlooked the lagoon which served as a wonderful place for coffee in the morning. The home was spacious, clean and convenient! We loved that there were 4 bikes included in the garage and tennis rackets to boot! Wendy, the owner, was very quick to respond and reached out the first day to ensure everything was in tip top shape. I will definitely be staying here in the future when coming to Hilton Head.

We loved the location. Our wedding was in Harbour Town so that was key. The house was well equipped and everything was ready upon arrival. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck overlooking the lagoon and also enjoyed s’mores around the fire. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We love sea pines and will definitely stay at this property again.

Had a family girls weekend and loved the house we rented. It was on a lagoon, nice, well kept property and owner was very easy to work with and accomodating.

We had a great family trip to Hilton Head. We loved the location and really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck to watch the action in the canal behind the house. Mullet were regularly jumping and there was a blue crab that was fun to watch. We even saw a bald eagle in one of the trees behind the house! We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things in the house that needed addressed while we were there but Wendy was quick to take care of them. All in all, we had a great stay!

We loved the location, size and layout of the property for 2 adults, 1 elderly and 3 teenagers. Plenty of space, bathrooms/bedroom and open space for interacting. Wendy was very accommodating and helpful throughout.

Perfect location and space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking things. The garage had tons of beach essentials. Our party was composed of my parents, my brother’s family, and my family. We have young kids. It gave us enough space to spread out plenty of bathrooms for all of us but also under one roof. The deck was nice with a nice view of the lagoon. Very short walk to the pool and tennis courts. The pool was not crowded and clean. Very close to great restaurants and grocery store. The property owner checked in on us during our stay.

Wendy made us feel welcome and provided all the amenities and guidance needed during our family beach vacation. Hope to visit again when in Sea Pines and have already recommended to family and friends.

The house has a great location and a beautiful view off the deck. Enjoyed the walking trails, access to the community pool, and the nearby horses, plus the bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys in the garage. The kitchen was a good size and well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, updated appliances, etc., but we would have loved a few basics in the pantry such as salt, pepper, cooking spray/oil, and possibly a little sugar/sweetener. We enjoyed sitting in the sun room and the grill on the deck was awesome and ready to go with gas in the propane tank. We also loved all the skylights and the natural light inside. The house needs some TLC in some areas inside and the deck has areas with splitting/loose boards and peeling stain. The SC weather is tough on it, I’m sure. There had also been a recent storm that had shredded both the deck umbrella and the canopy on the gazebo over the grill, which we made the owners aware of. We had an issue with a major amount of sludge build-up in the top loading washer that both the owner and I addressed with the property manager. A maintenance ticket was put in for it, but after a couple days with no action we ran a number of “basket clean” cycles with vinegar and wiped out the basket several times so we could use the washer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the area.

Wonderful accommodations for a family event. The house was perfect for our needs and we appreciate the owner’s attention to details concerning the rental process.

Thank you for amazing accommodations during our Sea Pines stay over the RBC Heritage week. We could not have asked for a better location to the course and 9 adults fit comfortably in this home. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. The home was fully stocked and had a gorgeous back deck with a water view. Highly recommend! Bonus points for being pet friendly and for the bikes on property....top notch week!

Excellent stay. Perfect location near the golf courses in Sea pines. Wendy was very accommodating and ensured our stay with both check in and check out was as easy as possible. Beautiful home that was well stocked with cooking utensils and great view from the back porch.

We enjoyed our time at this home. There’s a space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the bikes and the closed in porch area. Thanks for a great vacation!

Our group of 6 golf/fish guys on our 30th trip, but first time in Hilton Head, enjoyed our stay very. This was a major upgrade over some northern Canada trips in remote cabins.

This house was spacious and comfortable. The area is beautiful! It had everything we needed and the owner is wonderful! We had 9 adults and a baby and we all had our own space. I highly recommend this place for a vacation.

Great location, very well equipped and outfitted (including 4 bikes of which we made great use, beach chairs, sports equipment). Perfect size and set up for 3 related families (my wife and I, son/daughter-in-law and 2 boys ages 9 and 7, and daughter/son-in-law and 2 girls ages 3 and 9 mos). Very spacious, great deck (grandkids loved seeing jumping fish and even the occasional alligator). Great pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, and shuffleboard within couple of minutes walk. Could use some TLC in a few spots, which owners plan on addressing, but nothing major. Owners were terrific and very responsive to questions we had from time to time before and during stay. We had a problem with the a/c one evening. They had a repair person over - on a weekend no less - within an hour or so; turned out to be a clogged drain which automatically flipped a cut off switch and it took less than 10 minutes to fix. Very highly recommend without any qualms. We're already checking our calendars for next summer and barring anything unforeseen plan on being back!

We had a wonderful time at HHI and this house was perfect for our family. Views and watching for gators and birds is awesome, kids loved the room off the kitchen, bikes were great and plenty of boogie boards and toys for the kids to use. Very clean and some TLC is needed to certain areas. Master bed sleeps amazing for a rental! It is a bit further from the beach than we anticipated but overall loved our trip and would stay here again.

Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay in Hilton Head. The home we stayed in was beautiful with more than enough space for 8 people. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meals, and the deck overlooked water that was visited by an alligator several times. The owner, Wendy, gave us lots of ideas for great places to eat and places for kids and adults to enjoy. It was our first vacation with our whole family, and it was wonderful!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and spacious. Bikes were an added plus for our family. Close proximity to community pool which was nice for our family. The back deck was enjoyable and the grill a wonderful asset for cooking great family meals! Hilton Head is a wonderful place for family!

This property worked well for our family. The rooms allowed for each families privacy while staying together!

Our family of 8 adults and 1 child had a wonderful time together in this home. We had everything we needed and plenty of room. Our only frustration was just the crazy parking rules for getting to the beach. Our passes that come with this house only work at the beach club before 9 AM and after 2 pm IF you can find a spot in the very small lot. So you have to park at one of the trolley stops and wait for the “blue” trolley which is actually red with a small blue sign on the side. You can get a QR code to know the real time schedule. So, once we figured all this out we were able to not waste so much time getting to and from the beach. I hope this helps someone else ahead of time.

Plenty of room for our group of adults and kids. Well stocked kitchen and baby items, high chair and pack-n-play. Nice beach chairs and 4 bikes were a nice bonus. Had a few maintenance issues but owner was good with response and communication. Lagoon views with birds and gator was fun for the kids!

The property was as listed, nicely decorated and over the top with amenities to support our trip. For example they provided updated appliances, beach chairs and very nice bicycles. There was some confusion by multiple contracts between VRBO and property manager, however we had excellent communication with owner who cleared up the confusion. Not to be a reflection on the property owner or the property, but you can feel the presence of the HOAs everywhere you go. We started referring it to the "Karen island". For example upon arriving on the plantation, we were told there was a $1000 fine for having your dog off the leash. This seems a little over the top and indicative of all the rules there are to follow. As upstanding adults, we found the plethora of rules overwhelming

Location is great, rented that area before. House was nice needs some TLC and updates. Microwave didn’t work, oven door wouldn’t open! Thank god the stove burners worked and the grill! Exhaust fan on roof squealed when running usually til 7-8 pm when attic finally cooled off, quite annoying while enjoying the back porch.

House was very nice, lots of natural light. Peaceful neighborhood. Loves spending time on the deck in the morning and drinking coffee. House has everything we needed.

This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy yet spend lots of time together. The house was spotless and the neighborhood was beautiful. We loved the view of the canal and the ducks. Great variety of restaurants in the area too.
