Do not hesitate to stay in this townhome. We stayed here specifically to go skiing and snowboarding and the location of this unit is perfect. You do not need to have a car if you prefer to shuttle as it is located 4 minutes from ski resort. Also very close to Main Street which has great places to eat and drink. As for the unit, it is completely equipped with all you need. Owner provides with detail EVERYTHING. It was like entering your own home. Owners were a pleasure to deal with as well. We will stay here again.

we stayed at this property for the summer. it was a great fit for our family and the location is perfect. we loved watching the wildlife in the back - deer, rabbits, moose!

Great location. Minutes walk to 2 different bus stops to get to the slopes. Great layout for multiple family stay with plenty of elbow room for all.

I could not have asked for a better spot to spend a long weekend. Our 12-person group comfortably fit in the house with no one feeling squeezed for space. We particularly enjoyed the huge dining room table that allowed us to have a few family-style meals! Shan and Dave were incredibly responsive and even went so far as to provide us with a list of recommendations for dining out. The house is conveniently located between Canyons and Park City and is an easy 2 minute drive to the grocery store and an 8 minute drive to town. The house is full of amenities like board games, streaming services and a hot tub which were a blast and the kitchen is stocked with whatever you will need to cook a full meal. Thank you Shan and Dave for being such gracious hosts!

Loved the place! Functioned well with with teens because of extra tv space. Wood burning fireplace, what a treat on a cold day after winter fun! Shan is a great and responsive owner. Well stocked with everything!

This is our 5th VBRO in Park City and easily the best property we have stayed in. Clean, quiet, stocked with everything under the sun, and the perfect location in the heart of town, without any noise. Easy walk to the grocery store, movie theatre, and local restaurants. We will not rent another place again! Homeowners were very easy to work with and communicated through every step of the process. Quick location to the bus stop or bike/walk paths.Everything about this house made it feel like our home, from the hot tub to the game closet. Kitchen had 2 of almost everything. The beds are firm (a personal preference), everything is very clean and easy to use. Thanks again for a great vacation!!

What a beautiful vacation condo. The location to skiing (Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley) was ideal. The walk to the bus was all of 100 yards. We could track the bus on the app and walk out almost as it was pulling up. Couldn't have been easier...great location! Delicious restaurant right out the front door as well (at the Peaks Hotel). The decor was beautiful! Great layout. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved everything about this place and will definitely make it our "home away" if we head back to Park City next year. You won't be disappointed renting this home.

Our week in Park City was amazing! Your lovely home was just the icing on the cake. Fit our 2 families perfect! Your large kitchen table was awesome for eating together & even better for game playing! The proximity of the shuttle stops (great having 2 to choose from) was awesome- made it so simple to get back & forth from the slopes. We actually enjoyed the short walk to the stores & could easily catch a shuttle back if we had too many groceries. The snowfall made our stay so picturesque! Thank you for sharing your home!

Very nice home, in good location, very convenient to 2 shuttle stops. Owners were very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. No reservations about staying here again. Great for families!

Trust us when we say - this is the perfect ski house getaway! New carpet, new everything including a fully stocked kitchen with spices, basics, and supplies, all new furnishings...and very comfortable new mattresses in DUAL MASTER BEDROOMS! Decor is current mountain industrial. Home is spotless and views of mountain are spectacular from upstairs. Basement bonus room is the perfect location for kids and teens..they have their own zone with big screen TV, bunk room, full bathroom and plenty of space to play games. There are even gaming chairs! Large exterior deck has a new large hot tub with views of a meadow and stream. There is a local moose that roams that stream and deer too. Come stay at this home- you will not be disappointed!

Beautifully decorated and updated home, fully stocked kitchen, great amenities, 2 minute walk to free shuttle. I can’t say enough great things about this home. If our annual ski trip brings us back to Park City, we will definitely choose this place again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home!! This home has everything you need. Private hot tub, kitchen essentials, plenty of room. Extremely clean. Decor is amazing. Bus stop right at the end of the street to get to the slopes. Shan was so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

We were so impressed with our stay at this property. The condo was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our group of 10. We loved the open living space with the huge dining table. We had room for dining and could still leave a puzzle set up at one end of the table. The furniture was not just beautiful but comfortable to sit in. The kitchen was fully stocked even with spices that the owners shared. The bedroom layout was perfect for two families with 6 children between us with the adults upstairs along with two kids and the other four kids in the lower level with room to spread out. It was a very easy walk to the city bus line with two different stops within a block of the condo. On top of the lovely deco, space and location they had the best blankets!!!!

We just spent the week after Christmas in this home and it was unquestionably the best rental we've ever encountered. For starters, the location is fantastic. A (very) few short minutes to downtown Park City and the lifts. And quite close to the Canyons and great shopping at Redstone and the outlets. If I had to place a pin on a map of the center of activities in Park City, it would land in this location. From there, the home is amazing. I call it a home because it's clearly someone's home rather than a "rental". It's what you would expect of someone's primary residence--a generously stocked kitchen; game cabinet; great beds with nice linens; a great hot tub; lots of extra sheets and towels and all in excellent shape. Adding to that--every room in the house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated by someone who cares, a lot. And finally there are the owners, who could not possibly have been more gracious or accommodating. We spoke to them several times before and during our stay and they were immediately responsive and incredibly helpful with our (probably too many) requests. All this made for a wonderful vacation for our entire family. Many thanks to the owners for making this a vacation to remember.

Our group of nine stayed in this condo for a week. It is on the free bus loops for Park City, Deer Park and Canyons, and within easy reach of Main Street and other facilities. The condo is very well appointed, clean and comfortable,and quiet. The owners are very easy to deal with and helpful. Would recommend this condo highly.

We had an excellent ski trip using this property as home base for a guy's ski trip. Perfect location for park city and canyons. We also drove to Snowbird and Alta. The property was well appointed and clean. We utilized the fireplace and hot tub. Plenty of room with a nice garage. Close to downtown park city. The owner was very available and responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an excellent ski trip to Park City. Two families with 5 active kids aged 9 to 15 fit perfectly into this condo. Did not rent a car with the convenient free bus stops close by. Having a kid's den downstairs was an excellent bonus. Thanks VRBO.

We were lucky enough to stay in this condo over the 4th of July Holiday. The condo was spacious and well maintained and decorated. The central location is perfect, and there are shuttle bus stops nearby to take you anywhere you need to go in Park City.

There were three generations staying at this townhouse from age 74 to 10. Everyone loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. The bedroom configuration was perfect for all of us. The location was very central to everything. We can't wait to return next year!

Very nice condo...worked well for our party(4 middle-aged males on annual ski trip). Great location--right off main road that services the three local ski resort (Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley). Modern enough for our needs with plenty of storage and bathrooms for evrybody. Being able to use the 2 car garage was a big benfit, especially with so few outside spaces in the development. Hot tube was a must for our group, we used it every day after sking. Also extremely close to the town and all of its amenities, restaurants, services etc. We skied Deer Valley twice and ran down to Alta after a snowstorm totake advantage of their fresh powder. Good proximity to airport and Salt Lake proper. No complaints from anybody in our group (except a thermostat to control the upstairs temperatre would be nice), and we'd definately return in the future.

This property was excellent in every way. If you looked in the back yard you had a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. The condo was very convenient to the bus lines, grocery stores,ski lifts, and church. It was beautifully decorated and had anything you needed to make your stay comfortable. David was very accommodating and helpful. This was our first time to Park City but we are already making plans for next year.

We had a mix of skiers and movie-goers during Sundance, and the location was great for both groups. The town shuttle runs frequently and the stops are about a block from the condo. It's quick and convenient to get to The Canyons, Park City Mountain, and downtown Park City. There's a grocery store within walking distance, so no need for a rental car. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the shooting stars. Hope to be back next year!
