Our family of four really enjoyed our stay; the house really served its purpose. Location was close to town if you like that and neighborhood is relatively quiet. I got to meet some of the neighbors who were lovely. We have a daughter with a complex medical profile and need to make sure we have access to air conditioning - the house has central and it worked well when we needed it. We have tried other booking sites and had them lie to us. Really appreciated the 3D walkthrough - so no real surprises. Vacasa checkout and checkin was the easiest we’ve used and also much appreciated.
There were a few things that irked us - insufficient consumables (we had to buy dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, wood for the fire pit, and marshmallow roasting sticks) we left our extras behind to help the next people. The house has 3 teaspoons - but plenty of other silverware. The smoke alarm went off from boiling water. Also had some guy from Vacasa show up for an inspection - but he realized he made a mistake and was very apologetic.
So this may not sound like a glowing review - but at the end of it all - we would definitely book this place again which says a lot.

Loved the "vibe" of the home. Everything was comfy and clean. Great location to activities and restaurants. Peaches was our favorite place for breakfast. The neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely would recommend visiting.

Good location, with comfortable beds and a large open space. Furniture is not exactly as pictured (missing rugs, bed in the basement is in a different room), and the kitchen is not very clean (food on pots/pans, crumbs in drawers). It suited our needs and it didn't take long to clean the kitchen. Avoided cooking with some pans due to their condition.

Thanks for a great stay at this home in North Conway. We found the house very clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal - walkable to downtown North Conway and just a very short drive to Cranmore. We hope to stay again!

We were very disappointed that there were space heaters in most of the bedrooms. The baseboard heat did not work. The space heaters also tripped the electrical panel so you could not have them running at the same time! This house would not be appropriate for families with young children.

The house was perfect for myself, my husband, my dog, and my BFF. Big rooms, 3 larger beds, 2 bathrooms, and clean throughout. Looked like a nice outdoor area as well, although we did not use it. Close to a lot of things in North Conway. We were going tubing on the Saco River so it was perfect. Will definitely book again if we want to visit North Conway.

Comfortable. Close to everything- walk to downtown, lots of cute restaurants & shops. Close to hiking & everything North Conway has to offer. Extra plus is that you can being your dog!

The house doesn’t seem like much from the outside- but the inside is very spacious and beautifully maintained! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

This definitely is: the “perfect mountain location”!
This was a great ski house with considerably more space than expected. It was super clean and everything needed was provided. Being located on a quiet, dead-end street, 1/2 mile from town and Cranmore was a huge benefit. Our family had a great time!

Good location, Upstairs of home is updated and was well supplied. Downstairs space was okay - stairwell needs attention and loud plumbing stack were the drawbacks.

Perfect Spot!
We had a great weekend away at this house! It's in a quiet neighborhood, had everything you need, and close to town. Dogs are allowed to come, which is a huge plus!

Great Location
this was a great location and very nice home with plenty of space.. all towels and bedding was nice.. the bed we slept in was hard so had to buy a mattress topper. and the heat was not working in one of the rooms but the property manager took care of it with good communication.

To start location was great. However, there was trash in the barrel under the sink. The knobs and switches for light's throughout were disgusting and needed thorough cleaning. The bathroom floor was not swept. The blanket on the couch needs to be washed. The lack of curtains for privacy was an issue. Overall cleanliness could have been better, perhaps some air fresheners. No way to shut off the flood light to the deck....thats an issue. Lack of hot water for showering major issue. Better quality toilet paper would be nice. The bedroom with the king bed, the mattress is absolutely awful. Would have rather slept on the floor. The drainage for the sinks both bathroom and kitchen....there was a fully loaded dishwasher. A light bulb on vanity in bathroom was out. For the amount of money paid for cleaning, time to find new people to clean the place. Will not be staying here again. Not worth the money.

Great Spot for all access to North Conway
House was clean and everything was set up that we needed. A very easy turn key vacation. Location is close to all tbe attractions, but also far enough away for it to be quiet.
Only two small gripes would be the upkeep of the lawn and there is only one barrell for trash. With 8 people on property this fills up FAST! I had emailed out about this but never heard back. We did the best we could. Other than that it was great. We all would stay there again!!
