Great location, all as advertised. Recommend.

Our party of 4 found the house to be perfect for our visit to UO and Hayward Field. The kitchen is large and well appointed with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back patio - and the weather was ideal. Large master bedroom with lots of closet space. 5 out of 5 all the way around…

Lovely property with comfortable spacious living area and kitchen. We loved our stay and manager was quickly attentive to requests on how to operate the tv. Note the steps to the upstairs are very steep and not for older folk, so was not an issue for us but could be for others. Would stay here again.

Outstanding experience, fantastic hosts. It was the perfect house for a weekend in Track Town.

Everything was perfect and was amazing.

Host was super communicative and helped our family have a lovely time in Eugene with our daughter who is a student there. Home was charming and clean - and the backyard patio was a lovely place to enjoy the fall sunshine. We'll be back!

Loved the house. Well-appointed, clean and cozy. Fruit trees in the yard, great neighborhood - pretty and super quiet. Instructions were clear and plenty of kitchen supplies. We stay at a lot of places and this one is exceptional. Thank you!

Very comfortable setting, a little annoying outside noise with neighbor kids screaming and construction work while outside. Aside from the fire smoke evenings were the best

I liked this house. The only drawback is the two bedrooms upstairs are pretty small and cramped which the people staying in them did not like. Those rooms might be best for children. The master bedroom downstairs is great and spacious.

This home has everything you need for a comfortable and most pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the rest of the house. Top notch Internet/cable TV, near the U of O campus, clean with a lovely backyard. My family of six would love to stay here again sometime.

Lots of room and beautiful antique style home with lots of history. We had a great stay.

This house provides everything you and your family need for an easy stay in Eugene. The AC units kept us cool and comfortable during extreme heat. The bikes are a great bonus for getting out and about.

This place was darling! Fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful outdoor patio and garden, in a nice area! Highly recommend !

We have had the pleasure of staying in Karen's place many times and always enjoy it. Its close to great restaurants and the University. Her house is always clean and welcoming.

All expectations met and exceeded. Stayed 4 nights over Family weekend at the University of Oregon. The house has loads of historical charm, a nice backyard, and is very comfortable. Everything is very orderly and tidy. Open a kitchen cupboard, and...immaculate. Modern, fully appointed kitchen. There is a nice binder that summarizes the quite interesting history of the home that I enjoyed reading very much. Was also tickled by the backyard alley gate made of downhill skis. Had much fun identifying how many of the makes and models of skis I had also skied on as a lifelong skier. Easy walking distance to 19th Street restaurants and coffee shops, as well as Market of Choice and the infamous Hiron's, other restaurants, Knight Arena, and the UO campus. Also walking distance to Autzen Stadium, though a longer hoof, but part of a tradition across the Willamette footbridge. Highly recommend.

Loved the house and yard! Perfect for two families needing a place to stay to move two college boys into the dorms. The tiny room upstairs with the twin beds was a great way to get theses boys ready for dorm life!! Great location! Easy walk to campus which was very helpful to have a place to park during a very busy weekend around the university. Good restaurants in walking distance as well. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Absolutely terrific house and stay!!!

Villard Charmer is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to campus, groceries and parks. The house was clean and comfortable. Our two small kids loved the play nook and exploring local playgrounds. We would have loved spending more time hanging out in the lovely backyard but, alas, had mostly rain during our stay. There was quite a bit of sidewalk construction going on but when it wasn't raining we were able to walk easily to the nearby bakery, museum and parks. Check-in was slightly delayed, but Dolly communicated the issue and addressed issues promptly. We could have used a booster seat or high chair for the little ones and discovered the bathroom's step stool just as we were leaving. Altogether a lovely stay.

The house is in a perfect location for U of O events. I’m sure I’ll be renting it again, but hopefully for more than one night.

With a Daughter at U of O this cute place is in the perfect location. Walking distance to campus, great restaurants and fun pubs - Oh and we cant forget Prince Puckler's (my Daughters favorite ice cream place). This is our favorite place to stay in Eugene. Thank you for opening your place up to us.

Wonderful neighborhood on Villard. Great location for walking and access to campus. Downstairs was spacious and comfortable. Upstairs was a little tight but with a homey cottage feel. Everything was well maintained and we had a great weekend. Make sure to walk down to the Wild Duck Cafe!

Nice property. Enjoyed the stay

First the beds were comfortable; the living room chairs were also comfortable; the home was well ventilated; and it had air conditioning. The kitchen was really well stocked for cooking, and the yard was lovely. There were bikes, if you needed them to get around. We really like the notes where systems might be different than one was used to operating. Our only concern was operating the television without messing it up. Maybe some instructions would help folks with your system. The kids loved a 20 guess game that was in the home.

I thought our group of six women would explore Eugene more, but, we found the home so lovely we spent most of our time there. It was a weekend of relaxation, and fellowship.
