We were a family of 6 adults, 1 child and one infant. The home was fully stocked and wonderfully maintained with family touches to make you feel as if you were visiting a relative’s home (in a good way) with a great view. The four-year-old wanted to take the vacation home back to his home along with the turkeys he saw in the yard. Communication with the owner and property management was easy and responsive.

This place was amazing. My family really enjoyed staying here and spent allot of time with meals and family time here. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!!!

House was clean, fully stocked with all you need. Labels so you knew where to return items. Owners and Property Manager responsive and accommodating. House is so spacious even with a group of 8 we all had our privacy. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. I highly recommend this beautiful home with amazing views and so close to everything Park City has to offer!

We have stayed in many homes in lower deer valley and Silver Lake Village over the years and Sunset Lodge has been the best. Steve was great. Communication was easy. The home was clean and well stocked. All beds were comfortable. Great Solamere location. We highly recommend.

Perfect for a family ski vacation! Beautiful home with all necessary amenities. Very well equipped and organized with instructions for anything you may need. The location was absolutely perfect. Beautiful view and easy access to skiing opposite the main traffic flow. The owner and manager were very friendly, accessible and easy to work with.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful Sunset Lodge was. The views were breathtaking! We saw deer every day right outside the lodge. That was a big hit with my kids! The home itself is absolutely beautiful and has more amenities of any place that we have ever stayed. Radiant heat provided (heated floors felt so good to our feet!). Plenty of room and eating space made it excellent for our Thanksgiving gathering! The owners and the property manager were excellent to deal with. We will definitely be back to this small piece of paradise in Park City! :)

This property was all around one of the best we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and had all the amenities listed. The location was good and the view was amazing. We are a family that loves to cook in so the kitchen was important. It was very well stocked with most anything you would need. There were very clear instructions for anything you might need help with or want to use. What made this home special was the personal touch and feeling of home. We loved the bird feeder out on the deck (and I just had to fill it while we were there:) Again, this home was perfect. We have been coming to Park City for many years. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

What an amazing family getaway! This home is beautiful with breathtaking views from every direction. We take family vacations at least once a year and I have to say this was our favorite location to date. We had a wonderful time in Park City! The house is amazing and spacious! The owners are extremely organized and have everything labeled to make things easy to find and put away! They have everything you could possibly need, which makes traveling across the country with a large family easier! We did not have to bring a pack and play or other baby items as everything was provided. Sonja the property manager was prompt to get back to us with answers to our questions! The property was clean and well taken care of! The house is a short drive to all the main street activities as well as the skiing! The kids had plenty to keep them occupied during the down time with games and the pool table! It was definitely an amazing vacation and would love to stay again!

We were a big group, ages from 22 to 85. We had two rental cars to travel the short distance to Deer Valley, skied five days, cooked breakfast and dinner and had a great time. The house has ample space in all areas and is attractively furnished. The hot tub is old and not up to the high standard of the rest of the home.

First and foremost this is an amazingly beautiful home, with everything you would want and need for a Park City/Deer Valley Vacation escape. We traveled with family and friends, 2 couples, each with 2 kids between the ages of 11-15. The home has two Master Suites (perfect for the adults), with a multi-bunk room and extra bedroom which makes for plenty of room for the kids to spread out. The main living area with high ceilings, expansive kitchen (with everything you need) and dining area along with comfortable family room furniture next to an inviting wood- burning fireplace make for memorable gatherings. We traveled in winter and the proximity to both Deer Valley and Park City is ideal. Nothing beats a day on the slopes like a soak in the hot tub overlooking the valley. The kids enjoyed the game room pool table and just playing outside. We all very much appreciated the large bathrooms and closets, and especially the heated floors. Exceptional service is provided by all; from the owners Steve and Kathy to the on-site property managers Corey and Cheryl. We can’t wait for our next opportunity to return. Thank you!!!

Steve was so communicative and helpful. We had very few issues and all were quickly addressed by Steve and the property managers. The location was also great and a quick hop to Main Street. We traveled with a 1 year old, 3 and 5 year old as well as senior grandparents and everyone enjoyed their stay. Thank you Steve!

We were anticipating a ski filled trip but Mother Nature did not get the memo. Still, we had fun cooking together, playing games and pool, enjoying the hot tub, and enjoying all the wildlife. Each day, we were greeted by deer grazing in the backyard. The home was beautiful with lots of space to give us our alone-time but cozy for us to gather too. The kitchen was fully equipped where we made many meals together. Perfect relaxing retreat for our family!

This beautiful home is very clean and the views are spectacular. We loved how there were so many different areas for groups to gather and hang out. The pool table was definitely a hit! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and Kitchenware needed including Tupperware. We had a wonderful time and everyone would love to go back!

This property is beautiful and enormous. Situated on a hill overlooking the valley. Deer and wild turkey were constantly roaming by the property. We would definitely stay again. The only thing the property needed during our stay is a fresh window cleaning. I'm sure they were only dirty because of the nice upgrades just completed on the back of the property which included the beautiful stone walls and patio.

Truly enjoyed our week at Sunset Lodge. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Great location with wonderful mountain views and local wildlife visits daily by the deer and turkeys that wander the hillside.

This is an impressive mountain home along with the view! A very large home with anything you could want in a vacation home! None of us ever wanted to leave and we can't hardly wait to return! There's so many wonderful memories my family will always have from this trip! We couldn't of been happier!

This was our 3rd visit to Park City and we always rent a house. Usually we get a smaller home within walking distance to Park City Mountain but we wanted a larger home this time. We were so happy we did. The house is very large and the bedrooms are very spacious. The slopes are a short 5 minute drive away as well as downtown. The owners have thought everything through very well and we had everything we could need. Everything is labeled and easy to find. The property manager was also very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience.

Sunset Lodge is an awesome home in a beautiful location. Our family of 8 adults and 2 small children stayed for 4 days in December. The home is really large with a floorplan that offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also enjoy time together. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals for the whole family, and the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms really worked out well. This home is amazing! It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay year round. Spectacular views day and night; especially while relaxing in the hot tub. Very, very clean and organized. Main Street Park City and grocery shopping are just minutes away. Could not have been more satisfied with this home and would certainly stay again!

We recently stayed in this impressive house in Deer Valley during our extended visit to Park City, UT. The drive to Park City each day was only 9 minutes, which puts you close to all the great restaurants, shopping and activities in the area. The house has just about every amenity you could ever want for a vacation rental. The check-in/check-out process was very simple and easy. The house itself can easily accommodate a large group, even though there were only four adults who made use of the house. It was common to see wildlife (deer and moose) while driving through the surrounding neighborhood, which was an added bonus. The owners were great about staying in contact with us before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend Sunset Lodge to anyone looking for luxury accommodations in this beautiful area.

100% satisfied with our wonderful family vacation. Steve and Kathy were outstanding hosts! Great location, great view, great home. Moose, Turkeys and Deer just outside next to deck! Home was very functional. Plenty of space! Deck was fantastic with great views of the mountains and valley. So close to activities. We enjoyed ATV's, Balloon Ride, biking and hiking along with evenings sitting in the hot tub next to fire. We will be back the next time we are in Park City!
