We loved the location. Close to everything

We enjoyed using the beach chairs and toys that you had. The chairs were a must every time we went to the beach! Also liked having the bikes. It was a nice place to stay at and well supplied.

The kitchen is so well stocked. Comfortable accommodations with a peaceful view of the lagoon. Owners were very attentive; and friendly, helpful neighbor was sent over to help us with a bicycle repair. Only drawback to this lovely villa, is that the area to store the bikes was too cramped with 2 heating/air units along with 3 trashcans, floor mats. Trying to get the bikes in and out was a bit of a hassle and bikes were not in the best repair. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the comforts of home in a beautiful surrounding.

We had so much fun in our short stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! The hosts were so nice and receptive to all questions and concerns! Just a wonderful place!

A perfect place for our family to celebrate an early thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the owners responsiveness and dog friendliness. Great walking distance to pickleball and the beach. We will be back !

Very convenient location to shops and restaurants in Palmetto Dunes. Beautiful back patio setting overlooking the canal and a golf a golf course. A specious condo!!

The property was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked. Nadine was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four enjoyed our week. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. We always rent in Palmetto Dunes when we visit HHI and this was our most comfortable villa to date. Fortunately we had some cool evenings for June and we were able to enjoy the deck overlooking the lagoon. We loved being able to bring our dog with us for the week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the spices available helped tremendously. Also having beach towels and chairs provided made packing our car for the trip much easier. The linens were nice and beds comfortable. My only issue, which I addressed with the owner, is that the map on VRBO shows the condo on the opposite side of the golf course in a different neighborhood. This villa is in Queens Grant. This is further from the beach than we prefer to stay. However we rented extra bikes and one with a cart to travel to the beach with all of our gear. Having the owners provide two bikes was extremely helpful. Overall I highly recommend this condo.

Nadine and Michael’s place definitely exceeded my expectations. It is very clean and spacious, even with a group of 8 we had room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and cool cotton linens were a bonus. The location was perfect, we took the dune buggy to the beach and shopping and walked to the general store. The grill worked great the first nice after a long drive and we enjoyed drinks on the patio every evening. Enjoyed an evening bike ride with my son (the one seat was a little loose but we managed). There are a lot of little extras like beach chairs/umbrellas. Ceiling fans were a plus, it was a little warm but I think that’s just SC. Communication with Nadine was excellent, she answered questioned quickly and helped us get a day parking pass for a friend. Super friendly, we would stay again! There is so much servewear (plates, bowls, mugs, glasses) that it wouldn't be possible for the cleaning crew to clean all of them between guests, so to be safe we ended up cleaning everything before we used it. Lots of beach supplies - towels, chairs, umbrellas, games. Comfortable beds, pillows and clean linens. When we arrived there were some supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, but we had to replenish them once they ran out, so just keep that in mind during your grocery store runs. I contacted the owner on several occassion with quesitons and she responded promptly - a pleasure to interact with! We hope to return again for another beach vacation.

This location is great for a serene, relaxing, quiet location. Was very clean and equipped with everything you need. This location is a small bike ride to the beach and close to the entrance of palmetto dunes. Loved the deck and lagoon in the backyard.

Nadine is a wonderful host. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for our vacation.

The condo was exceptionally beautiful and luxurious, spacious and had everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing, with a view from the deck that was outstanding. Nadine was very responsive to any issues we had.

Excellent property. Quiet location overlooking lagoon channel and golf course in back of Queens Grant. Easy beach access. Well stocked villa. Although we didn't use the bikes provided they are a great plus to have. Would definitely recommend this property.

Overall we loved it. The villa backs up to a lagoon and is alongside the 2nd hole of the Trent Jones course, and the spacious deck/patio had great views of both. Inside the rooms were spacious and the layout was great for 7 people. There were a couple of nuisance issues, couldnt figure out the ceiling fans, and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were really loud, but nothing we couldn't live with or that ruined our trip. We would definitely return.

Sitting on the back deck, we felt like we were the only people around... Communication with the property manager was excellent. They were very responsive to our questions both pre and post arrival. They checked in with us right after we got there to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely stay here again!

The Villa was a perfect fit for 4 college friends celebrating 28 years of friendship. The owner Nadine was available when needed and easy to communicate with. Nadine thought of everything from the well stocked kitchen to the plush beach towels!
