This house was perfect. My husband and I celebrated our 13 Anniversary with good food, family and friends. It had a lot of space for everyone to comfortably fit and and enjoy themselves. I’m from the area and it’s nice to come home and bring friends from out to town to mingle in my childhood friends. My only complaints is the parking, cleanliness of the pool and bathrooms and the elevator fee that had to be paid prior to using it. Some of my friends and family elected to stay downstairs once they were down, but other than that, we had a great time and created a lot of memories from the house, pool, beach and Cocos bar. Can’t wait to book in the same area again.

This house was as described. The neighborhood was friendly and quite during the evening hours. We felt safe in and around the property. The free transport to the beach worked great, Connor was an excellent cart host. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend.

Me and a few buddies stayed in the house for a golf vacation. Could not have been happier. Super spacious and everything was in great condition. Really enjoyed the porches lounge to lounge in after a day on the links. Also, really good set up in the kitchen for dinners. Only possible thing to gripe about, and it isn’t really that, was that the pool was really cold. Only spent a few minutes in it. Overall, an exceptional house in a great location. Easy to get to anything on the island.

We had to extend our stay to five nights this year to be able to visit the weekend we needed, which was an issue for some, but this is a great condo for 8 old friends on a long golf weekend. We’ve stayed here before and it has plenty of beds, overall space and is at a great location on the island.

Property is true to listing. Beautiful house. Very smooth check in/check out. It was great to have our large family all under one roof. The pool and grill were wonderful and the house was just a half mile walk to the beach.

Location was good. We heated the pool and the kids loved it. Would recommend bringing an extra blanket for sleeping. Beach is not as close as some of the reviews made it seem. Boardwalk was not accessible to this property. Overall, it was a good house for families and very spacious. A little harder to navigate to the beach with young kids and all the accessories you bring with you.

What a beautiful house. The pictures were very accurate. Everything was perfect. It made a sibling trip very enjoyable.

The house is in a very convenient location. The beach, shopping, and restaurants are all close by. The only issues was the Wi-fi information was incorrect and there were a few stains on some of the pillowcases.

Very clean, tons of space, comfortable . The second floor and wrap around porches are amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Recently stayed here with several family members and everything was great! The house was beautiful. Plenty of room inside and out. Love all of the balcony space! Neighbors were friendly and helpful. It was nice having access to the private beach and park amenities. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. We made trips taking kids down in our vehicles due to having a large group but there are golf cart shuttles available. You wouldn’t want to walk and carry too much because it is about a 10 minute walk I would say. We parked extra cars in the local parking area and had no issues. The pond has a baby alligator in it, but it gave us no trouble and was cool to watch. I will say with a large group, we had 17 I think, hot water goes fast just FYI. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The house was beautiful and clean. Everything we could want for a beach vacation. We would definitely go back again.

The rental procedure was simple and speedy. The unit itself was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The cleanliness was not up to par. The walls had coffee stains in the master. The toilets had trouble flushing. The property manager did respond to the problem in a timely fashion, however. The furnishings were worn. They had some sort of blanket material covering them that smelled musty and damp. We are a family of nine and had plenty of room to spread out. The location of the house was further from the ocean than I expected. I would estimate one mile. The shuttle was excellent, however.

Can hardly find the words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay in this Singleton Beach rental home. This was our first time staying outside a plantation and it could not have been better. We love the Singleton Beach area. Very easy walk or bike ride to the beach, park and playground with tennis courts, gas station and convenience store a few blocks down. A fun little tiki hut bar called Cocoa’s is right there on the beach which we all loved and were able to walk to. The house was just wonderful. Spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need to get started. The kids loved the pool and it was well worth the extra cost to have it heated as we were there in April and it was a bit chilly. The management company is the best. They are quick to answer any questions and solve any issues. Was very impressed with that. It was just the perfect family time and we look forward to coming back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The check in process was very easy and the property manager was available for any issues we experienced. The location is fabulous. Although we weren’t able to use the private beach because the neighboring areas had gates closed throughout the day keeping you from getting to that beach. The public beach was beautiful and easily accessible by bike through the park. The home itself was very clean very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch services. The pool was just the right size for six kids under the age of 10. Probably not a large enough pool for a group of adults and kids together. But it worked perfectly as a respite from the ocean. Having the garage space was an extra bonus!

Really enjoyed the rental house. It was perfect for our group. Great size kitchen, lovely porch. We rented bikes, which was great, easy bike ride to the beach.

The home was cozy and very spacious for 9 women, huge kitchen, bathrooms and very clean. There was plenty of kitchenware, linen and the wrap around balconies on each level was amazing. We’d wish the shower water was hotter and there was a covering for the pool to keep debris out, but other than that it was perfect!!

Owner was fantastic to work with. The house was exactly as pictured. Would recommend. 10/10

The property was great. Clean, ease to walk to beach, etc. My golf team and I stayed together and had plenty of room. I would definitely go stay there again!

An idyllic retreat for your family with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen is stocked to a gourmet chef’s standards and the family room is a cozy gathering space. A major asset is the proximity to beach and a park with lots of tennis courts and basketball.

The owner is completely rude and not flexible. We tried to change our dates due to a COVID-19 diagnosis and travel restrictions and lockdowns that prevented family members from traveling. We tried for two weeks to change the dates, and the owner was very rude and unresponsive even to VRBO inquiries on our behalf. You and your family are better suited elsewhere.

One of the nicest properties we've had the pleasure of renting since our first visit to Hilton Head in 1982!!! It deserves and gets our highest recommendation.

The house amazing! Very spacious for a large party. The pool was a good size not to big and private with a TV. The adults really enjoyed the balcony to relax.

We stayed at this beautiful house recently and truly enjoyed all that it had to offer. There was enough space, so no one felt like they were on top of each other -- plenty of room to escape if you wanted to get away from family : ) I did want to NOTE that when we arrived, we felt the house could have been a cleaner. We ended up having to clean the bathroom on the main floor, and give it a quick sweep. I have been to many VRBO homes where they were extremely organized with plates, utensils, and so on. Here you had to search for what you wanted, and you did find it, but not organized with ease. Other than that, based on the age of the house, it could use an upgrade on the paint, etc, but I always look at those areas, where many do not. We had a great time, great location to the beach (walk, bike or jump on a golf cart) and to other places. If it wasn't for COVID we would have enjoyed going out to restaurants, but due to that we cooked every day in this house, and to be honest, it had so much room that it was so pleasantly fun to do. I would be happy to stay here again : )
