Loved the area. Close enough in walking distance to many restaurants and grocery. But not too close to the more populate area. Very close walk to the beach or the pool. Great views. Loved having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. Weather was amazing. Beach or pool was never over crowded. Huge toy box of sand toys to choose from. Nice you never had to fight over a parking spot. The cleanliness upon walking in were only concerns. Wrappers left from previous guests.

We loved our condo at Gulfside Townhomes. It was very clean and well decorated. Michael is very easy to communicate with and answers texts promptly. We loved our time there.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach just a few steps away. Unit is outdated and kitchen is not fully stocked of normal kitchen essentials as in pots, pans no oven mitt. Upstairs has shag carpet One of the balcony chairs was broken and mirror on the closets door was broke. Also bath tub/showers are very hard to get into. Tight space with glass doors on them so you are climbing around. The townhouse community itself is nice. Will likely look for a more updated unit in same location next time.

The location is right on the beach which was nice. The pool is larger than most other condo resorts. The one thing we didn't have is a pantry in the kitchen. There was no storage for food items we brought with us. The beach is more crowded since there is public access next to the townhomes. Traffic was an issue each time we went out to eat. It would be nice if Gulf Shores had a free transit so people could go up and down the beaches and not have to get in the car every time they wanted to go somewhere.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The property has many Pros: excellent location. You are literally just a few steps to the beach. There is a small wooden walkway with a water hose to rinse off the sand. I think it may have taken us 1-2 minutes to reach the Ocean from our condo. The pool is also just a few feet away with convenient showers to rinse off and several tables with umbrellas. The pool was very clean. There are multiple lounge chairs as well. The entire complex was very family friendly. Our children were running around from the beach to the pool (with supervision) and everyone was very nice. The unit itself is as described with a very handy washer and dryer. The refrigerator and dishwasher appear to be band new. Cons: Our unit’s floors were not cleaned properly before our arrival. And there were a few other areas that needed a deep cleaning. Michael responded immediately and attempted to send a cleaner out- but we were at the beach. Michael did respond promptly with any questions or concerns. Overall, we had a great experience and would book again.

Very nice staying on the beach, could walk to beach anytime you wanted to. Pool was very nice. Everyone had a fantastic time!

Great location

We loved this property. Very nicely decorated. Convenient to pool and beach. Enjoyed the 2 patios. Kitchen with full appliances. Comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Great vacation!

We loved this property. It was close to the beach which is what we want. It wasn't the newest, but that doesn't matter to us. We want clean and on the beach. This property delivered both of those. Check in/out was simple. No issues.

We have stayed in a different townhome at Gulfside Townhomes in the past. This specific unit was so dirty when we arrived. Sand was all in the coffee table. An old candy wrapper with chocolate was left in a basket of books beside the sofa. I found a large tack in the carpet at the bottom of the master bedroom. It was a very sharp, long tack that would have hurt tremendously had someone stepped on it. There was also a lot of sand in the master bathtub. Other than the unit not being cleaned well when we arrived, everything else was great!

If beach is your thing...this is it. Right on the beach and easy access. This condo is a single unit with parking right under for your vehicle. Note* you must climb stairs to access the unit and inside you must access bedrooms via stairs also. There were beach chairs available although we had brought our own. It was clean and stocked with a "starter" supply of what you need and there are plenty of places within walking distance or a short drive to get you what you need. Beds were clean and comfortable. I was a little dismayed about being carpeted in the main living area and bedrooms being a beach unit, but it didn't really bother us. It was plenty of room as it was just a couple but it's big enough to accomodate three couples if one of them wants to sleep on the couch. We used both balconies extensively. The complex is quiet. The pool is clean and spacious as well. The unit needs some updating but all-in-all it was a very pleasant stay.

Located close to restaurants and activities. Parking under unit was great ( and shaded from the sun). Older small complex but beach is so close, no long boardwalk

Location was great, property was good. Cleaning service used could be upgraded. Very convenient and for sure worth the money. Only real issue was cleanliness of space. Family had a great time!

Excellent townhouse right on the beach- just a few steps to the beach. Requires climbing up stairs to get into the house and another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms so please keep that in mind. Lovely views of the ocean from the 2 balconies and a view of the common area for this 40 unit community. Would definitely recommend for a small family.

Overall Summary: Will stay again! This place was the best for everything you would want for a vacation! :)

Good place to chill. Nice view.

This unit is in a great location just steps from the beach. The pool in the complex is very nice with a 9 foot deep end. Views of beach from patios is nice. Patios are small with room for 2. Unit is showing its age with lots of water damage to the walls and ceilings. Unit was relatively clean but the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. Lots of dust and dust bunnies on the walls and especially in the bathrooms on the light fixtures. Kitchen is tiny but functional. Coffee cups are in the small cabinet on the south wall of the kitchen. Took some time to find them.

Great location. Located on beach once you walk outside the complex. Great view. Located near downtown shopping and dining. Two separate decks to sit on and watch gulf. Owner great communication and local recommendations.

This is the second year in a row we have rented this townhome. We love the townhome, the complex, the views, and the fact the beach is literally right there. The small complex is so laid back and peaceful. We will be back year after year after year, the owner is so nice and very responsive if you ever need anything at all. You will not be disappointed renting this townhome!

A great place stay.

Other than the rain, everything about this trip was great. Right on the beach and close to everything. Michael is easy to work with and very quick to address any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend Michael and his place to my family and friends!!
