The cabin was very nice and the property its on was beautiful. We even had deer that came out in the yard

This was the perfect place for our family during a high school bass tournament. Kitchen is fully stocked and enough room for all. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location ( home is def dated but worked good for us)
Would have like to have been able to watch TV unable to get it working the entire time
Even tried to watch VHS or DVD and player would not work either.
But like I said we loved the location and slept good

We enjoyed our stay so very much. This home was so close to the Green Land Landing Boat Area for my husband’s fishing tournament it really made everything so easy.

First, Sally and Billy are great! We were able to meet them up on arrival and they quickly made us feel welcomed. The home is well kept, very clean, and comfortable. The location on the lake is great, and having a private dock to tie up to was so convenient. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow, and Sally is quick to respond during the process. The local community is has a "small town" feel (like where I live), and folks are friendly. There are a few smaller stores, restaurants, a tackle shop, and a marina all within 10 minutes of the house. Overall we couldn't be more pleased with our stay at this location, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for a fishing tournament at Green Pond Landing, and I can’t believe how close we were. Easy walking distance . Check-in was a piece of cake. House is comfortable with an amazing view of the lake. We watched the boats come and go. Would stay here again.

Four retired Air Force members stayed here for a week to fish the ABA, Military Tournament out of Green Pond. The location was perfect for either trailering or tying off to the dock. The back porch is where we stayed most of the time catching up and telling stories. The house had everything needed with plenty of room for 4 adults.

I must say Sally Boggs absolutely went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant stay at her property. The property was neat and clean at well stocked. If I ever make it back to Lake Hartwell I will try to rent this property first.

THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT WHEN IT COMES TO LOCATION , PARKING AND OVER ALL PRESENTATION.
FOR ANGLERS SEEKING THE ULTIMATE IN POSITIONING , THE HOUSE IS A 2 MIN DRIVE FROM GREEN POND LANDING.
AND EVEN WITH THE LAKE SEVERAL FEET BELOW FULL POOL , THE DOCK IS STILL USABLE AND MAKES FOR EASY ACCESS TO THE LAKE AND CHARGING FACILITIES FOR BOATS.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Hartwell, only wish we could have stayed longer. Our friends that stayed with us are already looking at their schedule to determine when they can go back - with or without us!!

Wanted something on the lake but still close enough for a Clemson game (about 30 minutes). Beautiful views of the lake and Sally was very responsive to emails. Interior needs to be updated, but overall a good place to stay for the price.

Our second stay at this location. We absolutely love it. Even though it rained most of the weekend, the screen porch was our favorite spot. We will definitely be returning.

Just as described. Was the perfect location for fishing trip. Close to the ramp and only a short distance to a local store. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The owners were nice and the communication was top notch.

Georgia Tech game stay
We had a great time. There were 4 of us staying here. House sits on a very nice lake cove with a lot of property around it. There are no other houses immediately near it. House was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was immaculate and well appointed. The owners seem to treat it like their own, rather than as a rental. Walk out your back door to your own dock on the beautiful lake - great for swimming, fishing or kayaking.

“ He caught the Mother”
“WOW”…. Where to begin. The moment you open the front door there is an air of homeyness and that sigh of relief to know that the lake view with glorious sunsets are yours for a short while.
There’s no need to pack anything, just bring yourself and the clothes on your back. Never before seen a home so well covered / stocked-for all occasions. Eight year old Grandson caught the “mother bass” those big eyes and the grin on his face could sum up the entire trip as being the best part. Those are what memories are made of!!
Such a lovely remembrance to an amazing Lady to which we would like to say …Thank you for your Service to your Country and Devotion to your lovely home.

Wonderful Getaway!
We needed a quick quite getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary and we were so fortunate to find this place! We loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time out there enjoying the view of the water. The easy walk to the lake is amazing and it was so nice to be tucked away from the road. Great places to eat and a grocery store close by for those like me who want a break from cooking! We will hopefully be back soon!

Holiday Weekend Getaway!
Our family had a wonderful weekend at the lake house. We spent 4 days and 3 nights at this wonderful home. It was very accommodating for our family of 4. It had a fully stocked kitchen and grill which allowed us to dine in at home. It was very clean. This house is located on over 3 acres of property in a quiet cove with a boat dock that allowed us to keep our boat in the water the entire weekend. The view is immaculate and breath-taking. We went fishing, boating, and swimming. There are plenty of places to grocery shop, dine out at within a few miles of the property. The home has a wonderful story! We got to meet the owners on our trip, and they are very sweet and accommodating. We will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had other family members join us for a celebration lunch and there were tons of tables and chairs. Great place in an awesome setting. Property owners were extremely helpful and nice to work with.

Best deal on Hartwell, quite cove and dock
Our small family loved this hidden gem.
Yes it’s a 2/2 but the space is wonderful. One big screened in deck looking up the cove and two side porches.
Everything was there in its place as Sally described.
A/C was ice cold ! We grilled out hand burgers on their grill.
