The only thing I loved was the location. Way overpriced for an old, outdated unit! Drip coffee pot needs to be replaced with a keurig (very old and dirty) Bulbs missing in lamps Moldy shower curtains Old, stained carpet Old mattresses and pillows (pillows can be folded 3 times) Ceiling fans were gross and totally grimy Room fans were just as bad All white curtains were heavily stained Toilet seats did not stay on bowl If you love Christmas, there were some still around! I could go on and on but think you get the drift.

A dated property for sure but clean, easy to find, and close to everything.

This property is seriously dated and the pictures in the ad do not even look close to the way the condo looks now. The location was amazing, the amount of space was amazing. When we arrived it was 80 degrees inside - the AC was turned off prior to our arrival. We turned it on and after several hours running we were only able to get it to 79 degrees. After calling the property manager several times they finally delivered a portable AC the next afternoon - however ALL the windows are crank out so it took my husband some configuring to get it in place. They did not set it up for us, just dropped it inside. The livingroom furniture is OLD and stained. The kitchen pots and pans are beat up and past their useful life. The walls have stains. The basement outside patio is full of green moss and mold - which is the only access to the outside grill. The bathroom vents are caked with dust. The place really needs a good scrub and paint job - and new furniture. Basement reeks of mildew. The wall surrounding the bathroom in the basement is crumbling. The beds in the basement are horrible. We didn't use the basement because of the smell. We tried to go to the pool - there is a pad lock and we were not given the code. The property manager gave us a code that was not correct (they gave us an alphanumeric code and lock was only numeric). On a positive note - the location is great. The size of the unit itself is great. There were plenty of bath towels, and pool towels.

Found the condo very easily. The unit was very clean and tidy. The condo is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and skiing. I would say here again.

This townhouse is in a great location and could be a wonderful place but it needs a lot of TLC to be a nice place. We stayed here while attending the Mt Washington Ice fest and we were surprised to find that we could not the the house to heat up. We struggled to get the house above 63F the first night. The windows and French doors let in so much air that the heaters couldn’t keep up. The general condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Plaster was missing from the ceiling and the carpet is stained all over the place. The living room furniture is falling apart and some of the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The cleaning crew had done a good job but the house needs to be maintained and have some things updated.

we had a great stay! we had 3 families with us and tons of space, plenty of supplies with no need to bring anything. Communication with the rental company was great, we even got in a bit earlier than expected.

We'll I'd like to start on a positive note. The condo is near a lot of things. On a negative note. We walked in to a place that was 80 degrees. We put on every fan we could find. Probably around 10 pm. It was down to 74 degrees. We called the number for help. Never heard anything that night. There are a lot of beds all very uncomfortable except the two kinds. We had to share beds. The main floor bed The sheets smelled like mildew. We washed still smelled awful. We had to go buy sheets. There or any extras to be found. The basement has 2 bedroom you couldn't use it smelled like mildew or mold. The living room had really old furniture you would sink in the middle when you sat down. We found 3 glasses to drink out of in the kitchen , wait there was enough coffee mugs for about 20 people. The back door is broke, so you couldn't lock. Definitely didn't feel safe. In the end really hope the update the condo. We felt it was way overpriced. I've stayed at a lot of rentals this one by far did match the pictures. Oh and if you want to go swimming the pool is disgusting and there are no chairs and the ground is gross.

It's hard in pollen season in NH but it would've been nice if the table/chairs outside were swept or hosed off & rinsed at least. Luckily we brought our own folding chairs. The picture in the listing is inaccurate, there is no door to the outside seating area FYI. Of course location is wonderful and it was very quiet. The 2 king mattressses were fine but the other beds leave much to be desired. Unfortunately some of our guests figured that out the hard way. I'm glad we used our Vacasa credit towards renting this as I do not feel it was worth the price without using the credit.

Place needs a lot of updates (furniture old, dirty and uncomfortable). Rooms were clean. Close to everything so location was perfect. Pictures of rooms should be updated on listing.

Location was fine. Home needs updating due to water damage and age. Kitchen could use more/better drinking glasses, and hand towels.

So much room to relax! Clean and close to shopping outlets!!

This is a nice condo in a great location. It was close drive to all the restaurants and many activities. Kids enjoyed having their own space to play in the loft area.

We have rented this condo a few times the condo is clean and in a gear location. Some updates to the furniture could be done. Couches are uncomfortable and new mattresses need to be purchased.

The kids loved the pool, and the unit was exactly as described. Great access to shops, restaurants and attractions, and street tacos down the road! Would rent again!

This home was perfect! There was more than plenty of room. We came with 4 small kids and along with my mother. She had her own little private room downstairs when she wanted to hide out from the noise. The whole house top to bottom was very clean including appliances. Only down fall was coffee maker wasn’t working properly and leaked. Only downfall about the house. It’s extremely close to storyland and lowers Falls in Albany,NH. Beautiful place to visit in in the area. We will for sure be back near future.!

The location and physical space was good, but the condo was dirty and in disrepair. The downstairs beds are incredibly uncomfortable and one of them collapsed when we sat on it. Downstairs, the carpet is stained and dirty, there is mold in the shower, the slider curtain kept falling down when we opened it. Upstairs, the pots and pans are so dirty, scratched and burnt we needed to go out and buy a pot. we had to clean the fan just to get airflow, and the furniture is extremely worn and falling apart. The screened in porch has no door and is full of debris. Also if you are coming with small children don't plan on the loft area. The stairs going up to the loft are not safe for little ones.

The only negatives were the mattresses in downstairs bedrooms, the downstairs bathroom also needs work, and main living area needs updated furniture. Other than those minor details it was the perfect spot for us! Thank you.
