Very convenient location to downtown. Just as the description said, small and cozy. Really nice to have the fireplace in this cold season (December) and the hot tub was a bonus! Not one of those screaming hot jacuzzis but still nice in the cold. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were perfectly suited for a nice weekend getaway but I could easily see staying a week or more and being satisfied. We will definitely come back here again, especially with the prices. Downtown is much more expensive but you pay to be within walking distance of drinking and shopping. We were more focused on the quiet and the hot tub!

These cottages are tidy and effective, very close to the city of Helen. They make for an enjoyable stay for your little getaway from home.

We booked a last minute getaway to Helen with our 2 cats. This property was about 3 miles away from town, however, the roads are 35 and 30 mph. The cabin was clean and basic and exactly as described. I was grateful that they were willing to accommodate our cats. Penny was extremely responsive. The WiFi was very dependable. My husband and I both worked from the cabin the first day. The negatives were there was no food delivery available. It was further away from the main town then we would have preferred. But this was a small inconvenience. Depending on what you want to do, it may not be a factor. It was very small. But like I said, it was as described

My husband and I absolutely loved out stay at Timber Loft Cabins. We could not have been happier with the location. The cabin is small, quaint and just what we were looking for to get away for a bit for my birthday. Penny and Shawn were great host and we plan on returning for many years to come!

As advertised. Clean bed, many kitchen items provided. Beautiful scenery. Out of 7 cottages, we were the only ones. We were lucky!!! Next time we will utilize the fire pit. Close to downtown Helen Used the hot tub every night. We will be back

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here for a quick weekend getaway. It was small, but perfect for 2 people and a pup. Everything was clean, comfortable, and conveniently close Helen. The hot tub was wonderful. We had a small issue with the hot tub but Penny was extremely quick to respond and had everything working for us in no time. I loved the quick, thorough, and kind communication from Penny and her husband. It definitely made this a worry-free vacation.

Booked for two nights last minute for a weekend getaway with our grands and pups. Penny was great to work with. We had a blast in Helen. The kids loved the loft and hot tub. Thank you.

The place is cozy. However a humidifier and AC Unit running at the same time creates the kind of white noise you don’t want. Queen size bed doesn’t help this space at all as you roll to the center. Not a firm mattress at all. A hotel room in Helen would have been better. Live and learn.

Our last minute trip to Helen was great. The location is convenient, check in/out was easy and it was a clean and comfortable place to stay for a couple days.

It was a beautiful place to stay and so close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the mountains.

Everything about the stay was perfect. Communication with Penny was the best, and she helped with every step along the way. The drive from the cabin to Helen itself was not far at all. Just like 10 mins and even closer to Uncoi! 10/10 recommend!

Perfect for a mini getaway! Cons: turn the fan option on the ac unit in order to drawn-out the sound of every vehicle that goes by and the cabins next to you of those going in and out. The hot tub is like a luke warm bath so lower your expectations if you think its going to be hot, and wear an old bathing suit because the amount of chloroine will damage your suit and change it's color. Mine is in the wash for the 2nd time 3 shades lighter with some faded spots -- trying to get the chlorine smell out and I rinsed it thoroughly at the cottage. It also gets smoky with the wood they provided for the fire, bring toiletries and more coffee and creamer/sugar for yourself, for not enough was given. For me, I would totally not recommend anyone under 14/16 to be up on the bed in the loft they have.

This cabin was very well described in the listing. The hot tub was clean and ready and the cabin was cozy and comfortable. There was some dust on baseboards and the tub was cracked. Overall it was an amazing location with a very private feel. We would definitely stay here again.
