In short: amazing! The location of this property could not have been any better. Corner unit with stunning ocean views! We had dinner at the Hilton one night and Helene’s condo was closer to the water than any of those extremely expensive hotel rooms. Not only is this condo very reasonably priced, it also has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very peaceful and quiet although a bit of road noise from the pool area. My absolutely favourite part is the large balcony. Loved watching the sun rise and the waves crash while lounging on the pristine white covered balcony. I could have stayed on that balcony all week. Simply perfect! Thank you Helene! We will be back!

This was our first time renting in Mexico, we normally do all inclusive resorts. This was the perfect condo and had everything we needed!. Complex wasn't full so pool area and beach were nice and quiet. Very relaxing and so amazing to wake up to ocean view each morning. Property manager Todd was so helpful and responsive to any request. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Started a little tough with renovations and the pool down but that was over in two days, and the rest of our vacation became fantastic. We do love it here!

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view. Quiet surroundings and great pools. Easy to catch Uber to wherever you need to go.

The unit was everything the pictures and description represented. Spacious, excellent condition, excellent view. Helene and Steve went out of their way to provide local info and address my interests for my trip. As someone who has used VRBO dozens of times I have found that often small issues arise during one's stay. What's important is not whether any issues arise but how they are addressed. For me, there was an issue with losing satellite reception (not owner's fault obviously). When I notified Helene, she was all over it. In fact, possibly beyond the call of duty. The connection was restored promptly with her assistance. Just a great job. On another note, those interested in surf will be happy there is a break a couple hundred yards west (the right). Don't go out though if you aren't experienced and competent, could be on dangerous side.

Had a amazing stay at Helene's One Bedroom Condo! Her home is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The large patio is ideal for morning coffee. We didn't cook any meals outside of breakfast however should you want to there kitchen has everything you need. The King size bed is very comfortable. We didn't turn the AC on at all as the breeze from the ocean kept the condo cool. The grounds are immaculate! The outdoor pools are great with comfortable outdoor loungers. My husband used the gym daily which he really enjoyed. We are walkers so walking into town was not a big deal. Approximately a 20 min walk along the beach to the grocery store. We did use Uber a few times which was very reasonable. There are a few restaurants just minutes away though we walked into San Jose Del Cabo almost daily to enjoy different restaurants. Helene sent us many tips and responded to any questions very quickly. We will definitely being going back!

We could not have been happier with our recent stay at Heléne's vacation home in Mykonos, San Jose del Cabo. From the first moment to our leaving we had everything we could possibly ask for in a home. The kitchen is super well-stocked, there are recreational supplies for those interested. And the location is top rate. We will definitely return again! Fifty gold stars!

Property was beautiful! Terrific view of ocean, beach, pools. Clean and many amenities. Great location—quiet but yet close to the road, and quite close to grocery store and restaurants. We felt very safe. Accommodating staff, gate guard, and office made our stay even nicer. Communication with host was terrific. We would definitely rent here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, well appointed condo. Literally equipped with EVERYTHING-pickle ball, snorkeling, beach chairs and umbrella. Pools are very nice!

We had the best time. By staying at Helene’s place we were able to experience everything. We went snorkeling, to the waterfall, San Lucus,Cabo, shops in downtown San Jose, dinner close by, watching the surfers… it was just all over a great memory to experience. So blessed and thankful.

What an incredible experience from start to finish! Before our trip, Helene sent so much useful information. When we arrived in the cool, whitewashed beach retreat condo, everything was clean and inviting. We loved the modern kitchen and island countertop and especially loved the porch for coffee, meals and relaxing. Incredible pool, palm tree, sunrise and ocean views. Thank you Helene!

We are so happy with the condo overall. We rented it at the end of March for about a week. Building A is from what I hear and can attest to the best one to be in as far as proximity to the ocean and distance from the road. This condo has zero road noise and perfect sliding glass doors with screens in both the living room and bedroom so you can listen to the waves crashing day and night! The balcony is perfect for watching the sun rise. Every day we saw some sort of aquatic activity as we enjoyed our morning coffee. We saw whales, fish jumping and mantrays slapping on the water. Also song birds (Orioles) were flying between the palm trees at eye level - enjoyable to see. Everything you need to cook with is there. We typically dine out for lunches and dinner, but make breakfast at home and occasionally an appetizer - well stocked for cooking really anything. We rented a car and found it very easy to get around (people drive pretty fast though) and there was always parking in the Mykonos parking lot right by our building. Security is tight (it is gated) and they look to be sure they know you. We met some friendly owners and other renters. The heated pool is lovely and I didn’t touch the “Canadian” pool (not heated) as that would be too cold for me at this time of year. We would book here again!

Everything about this property is fabulous! They have every amenity you could ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property had everything we were seeking and more. Comfortable, spacious, high quality accommodation on the ocean, perfectly warm pool, another cooler pool and hot tub; fitness center with every good machine, tennis/pickelball, gorgeous grounds. Happy beach wave action is the only thing that breaks the quiet. Walk the lovely beach to great restaurants, etc. We have traveled the world and this is a standout gem. We will definitely return.

First off, I really don’t want to give a great review for this property as I don’t want you to know about it. But it’s perfect!!! From the start, the owners were easily accessible and helpful. Great communication from the original booking through our entire stay. The location is superb. You can’t get any closer to the beach. From the main room and bedroom the ocean is right in front of your view. There is a large grocery store(La Comer)within walking distance and a return trip from UBER is easy if you have too many items. The facility is wonderful. There is a security gate upon entering the complex. Workout room is provided. The grounds are immaculate. Two pools(one heated and hot tub), outdoor grill. The owners have a small grill on the patio to use as well. The condo has been updated and is beautiful. New appliances, cabinets, tile flooring throughout. Lots of natural light. I was disappointed to return home but am happy to have stayed at Mykonos. Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful views from a great condo that is right on a huge beach. Fully equipped kitchen, great deck, two pools and best sleep you can imagine to sounds of crashing waves. It truly is a “gem”.

Wow.....! what a great place to spend a few days or a few weeks. We absolutely can't say enough about this property and it's owners. We made a last minute reservation for 5 nights the middle of March and were immediately given more useful information by the owner than any place we've ever stayed. Everything our host suggested we tried and loved. We are not new to Baja and know what kind of places you can get into. Loud, unkept, not what you bargained for, etc... This unit and complex are EVERYTHING you'll want and need. It is supplied with everything a traveler could imagine and on a part of the beach that is safe and beautiful. Everything worked as promised. It is clean, fresh and tropically decorated. Did I mention comfortable? The king size bed was great and falling asleep and waking up to the surf was an added bonus. We are going to stay here again only this time they may have a hard time getting us to leave. I could go on and on so just let me say, believe everything you see in the property profile and have a wonderful vacation.

Helene and Steve are very accessible and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. They also gave us great directions from the airport, to Costco, the Wednesday night Art Walk & to the Artesian glass business. We even FaceTimed with them! The condo is delightful with all the modern amenities. I'm a longtime VRBO renter & never have I stayed in a unit so well supplied with everything we needed for a restful, romantic vacation. The bed was firm, as we like it. The linens are top quality. We only had the AC on the day of arrival as the unit had been closed up. The rest of the 8 days we had the windows & ceiling fans only and were quite comfortable with outside daytime temps ranging 74-78 F. We had the wonderful sound of waves 24/7. Just perfect! We loved our Million Dollar Ocean View! Rarely were there more than 3-4 small groups on the beach, it felt like we owned the beach area! We enjoyed the pool area daily and the hot tub at night. We meet some great folks at the pool. Mykonos is a quiet, relaxing getaway. No loud music or rowdy guests. Loved eating and relaxing on the lanai daily. All the photos are correct, only the views are understated. The kitchen is so well stocked with every tool, appliance & lots of spices and other food supplies. The laundry is full size, not stacked! There were golf clubs, fishing supplies, tennis rackets, snorkeling supplies & even surf boards in the condo. Not to mention many beach towels, several Tommy Bahama beach chairs and ice chests. I don't know how, but the fridge kept juice, milk & beer icy cold, yet never froze the eggs or veggies! The unit is gated & we were able to park daily (at no charge) right next to our building A. We rented a car prior to arrival from Avis. It is very economical to prepay before arriving in Mexico. A nice 5 minute shuttle ride was provided to and from the airport and Avis. Helene suggested several restaurants and we weren't disappointed! We loved Claro Fish Jr & Rossy's for great seafood & tacos. No complaints, other than we had to depart back to the states. I love, love, love everything about the condo! Mark went to the nicely equipped gym almost every day and got a good workout. There were no fees for the gym either! Did I say the location was perfect? The condo was lovely and more than we expected. But the best part is the owners: Helene and Steve. They love their condo and it shows! Now we love their condo too! I hope get to stay longer on our next visit. Thank You

We loved our 2-week stay in this lovely condo and really appreciated the little extras that were provided to make our stay pleasurable and hassle-free....like binoculars for whale viewing, spices and condiments in the cupboards and fridge, plenty of towels and bed linen, toys for golf, the beach and tennis court, cards and games etc. The owners are great to communicate with and go out of their way to share information and give good advice. The property was very well manicured, quiet, peaceful and safe. Shopping and good restaurants are within walking distance. We would recommend this place to our friends and would come back ourselves in a heartbeat! :)

The waves. A full moon. A beautiful deck. This unit is very spacious. Did I mention the waves? We bought fish on Friday from the fish lady. It’s a quiet place. Almost felt like a private beach.
