Beautiful house with amazing views. The ocean was a short walk away from the house.

Place was great! Location worked well for us and house was accommodating for our large group.

Always a great family week. Like the area. House was too far from beach. Pool was small. Hot tub never worked. Had some other maintenance issues but all in all a good week.

I've stayed at 2 other Singleton properties as guests and this was by far the worse. Upon arrival, the place was not cleaned. We wasted hours trying to bring it up to speed before other relatives arrived. Appreciated the Property Manager showing up the next day and getting someone out to do what should have already been done. Stairs were unvaccummed and all of us were sneezing. Walls were filthy. One of the beds had signs of ejaculation on the covers...2nd first floor bedroom; food wrapper on fireplace 2nd floor; cup and lighter on pool deck; food crumbs on the floor in several rooms; a shirt food on the floor partially under the dresser in the twin bedroom on 2nd floor; baby spiders on the 2nd floor; windows in the common area not clean; pool was filthy. Photographs were submitted to the property manager of much described. Some things people were embarrassed to tell us about because we had hyped up the trip so and they didn't want to hurt our feelings. Very disappointing. Do not place this publicly.

There was some damage within some of the bathrooms that existed before we arrived. Would be nice if those things were corrected first but they did not cause issues for us. The rental phone app came in very handy.

There were a few issues,but considering that the area was still in recovery from the hurricane, we overlooked them. The security system had to be reset every 12 hours, or it would continue to beep. Alarm company said they would come fix it but never did. We had a handicap person in our group so thank goodness for the elevator. There is a lot of stair climbing in this home! I wish the kitchen was on the first floor where the large patio is, and the wet bar was on the second floor. Kind of a strange set up, having the main gathering area on a separate floor from the kitchen. Very nice home, but it is set up strange..

We went down with a group of 16 for The Heritage. The house is HUGE! The pool was great, definitley recommend heating it. The views were amazing and we could not have asked for a better stay. We went to Salt for lunch one day - beach bar by The Marriott, and to Coco's on the beach the next for hamburgers/hotdogs and fun drinks. LOVED everything about our trip, have already been talking about next year!

We had so much unopened food to where we wanted to bless the person(s) who was coming to get the place back together, because we didn’t want to throw the food away. These role are charging me for leaving brand new food on the counter stocked up like it was at a grocery store. There was no food left in the refrigerators because you have two. Overall we feel that we were discriminated from day two, but the home was nice and spacious.

Beautiful view of beach from house! Size of the house was perfect for our family! Very nice house!

The property was beautiful and well designed for a big group. We are “older” and appreciated the convenience of the elevator. The dual living spaces, pool and spa were perfect for multiple activity interests. The sunrise and sunset views from the balconies were stunning. Great kitchen with amenities. Close to restaurants and shopping! We had a wonderful long weekend!

All the bathrooms were fantastic and we loved the pool and hot tub. You could see the ocean from the house which was totally unexpected. Every email and every request was promptly and professionally addressed. The location and the view are simply unbeatable. The space is ideal for large groups.

Now to the less than positive. The house while having "great bones" is in serious need of repair. Holes in the wall, the. crown molding is separating. Mold in the showers. Buy lots of drain cleaner if you stay as clogging is persistent throughout the house. Buy lots of light bulbs as ones we didn't replace will need replacement soon. The living room furniture is not worthy of goodwill. Most of the outdoor furniture is rusted and unusable. The kitchen although functional is very small.

Construction going on under the pool which I understand is going to be renovated.

The home recently came under contract, it was for sale during our stay so we dealt with the showings. Difficult to tell what changes, assuming deal goes to closure, the new owners might make.

There may not be better view on HHI but there are far better homes.

One of the better houses we have stayed in during our 20 years in coming to the beach. The cleaning crew presented our house well when we arrived. The property management company was very pleasurable to work with.

Beautiful ocean and marsh views from several locations. Very comfortable beds in all rooms. Kitchen very functional. Only thing that we’d appreciate next year is a microwave on 2nd floor sink and bar area. That would save a trip to the microwave in kitchen on 3rd floor. Already made reservations for next year.
