We wanted to be downtown so we could walk. It was a perfect location.

This condo was perfect for me, near everything. Front porch is very comfortable & relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. Will book again!

This condo was a perfect spot to stay while I was in town to visit my Dad. Everything was an easy walk away. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would gladly come back.

We enjoyed our stay in the studio down stairs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for coffee and meals. Short walk to the river and downtown. To the University is a nice walk also. Access in/out the back door was good. One suggestion would be a stool for the bed. We will be back!

The best part to this property is the location. It is close to everything. It is small, but has everything you need. The only thing I would recommend the owner to change is the futon. It is not a comfortable place to sit, nor sleep.

Awesome location, host was super responsive to minor requests. Overall a fabulous stay, if you are in Missoula, you cannot go wrong with this one!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Will be making reservations for next visit . Such a convenient place for everything …. Coffee .. food… books… ice cream… bakery… just a fun area.

My husband, our weiner dog, and I were coming off a camping trip down in Yellowstone, and very much appreciated the quiet and cozy and warm nature of this property. And the hot shower with amazing water pressure. And the coffee maker. And the walking distance to anything we really wanted. It was perfect.

Great little studio - especially loved the lounge across the hall. Only drawback was the noise during the night from upstairs - you can hear every step and someone was walking around nonstop until about 2 am.

We enjoyed our stay, and particularly enjoyed its close proximity to the pool table! Jenni was an outstanding communicator, and we are looking forward to future stays in her properties!

Nice little studio, great communal lounge nearby with a pool table too. My wife and I enjoyed staying here, and the location is really convenient for activities downtown. Will book again someday!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Bab's for 6 weeks this summer. The property suited my needs perfectly. The location was fabulous and I walked everywhere. Although I did have a vehicle, I rarely used it. Parking was not an issue. The studio was cozy. It is downstairs and can be dark but this did not bother me. It stayed cool in the summer heat. Noise above (footsteps) can be heard as other reviewers have mentioned but this was not a concern for me at all. I had no problems sleeping. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. The owners are very responsive. I would rent this studio again for sure!

The location of The Babs condo could not be more convenient to downtown Missoula. We were able to walk almost everywhere, including across the river to the farmer's market on Saturday morning, and to amazing restaurants right around the corner and/or across the street. The condo building is a historic structure and there are no elevators. If you like a place with old-timey charm, this can't be beat. However, this unit is in the basement and at the bottom of a very old and somewhat rickety iron staircase (yes, you read that right - iron stairs). This place would not be good for anyone with limited mobility. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, including a futon that folds down to a full-size bed if you have a guest or kids. The queen size bed is on a frame that is quite high off the ground, which requires a bit of thought to get in and out of. A step stool would have helped, and again it would not work for anyone who was dealing with physical limitations. (Once we got up there, lol, the mattress was thick and plush and very comfy.) If you are able-bodied and looking for a place that has a lot of charm and character, with an A+ location, this unit may be just the place.

We’ve stayed at the Babs previously and it’s always great. Great location, great apartments, great landlords! Lord willing we’ll be back.

Very cozy on the bottom floor studio. Great location and walking distance to so many places. The game room/community room and laundry were so handy too. Enjoyed our time there.

We stayed two nights at this condo while in town for a concert at the Wilma. Perfect location. Parked the car and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Condo is clean and has everything you need. (No pizza cutter, but beer and wine openers.)😉 The bed is comfortable and there is a futon and table to hang out at. This unit is in the basement and you can hear the people above you walking around, but it never kept us up at night. Ceilings in the shower are low, so a tall person might find it slightly uncomfortable. I’m 5’8” and was fine though. It’s a basement condo, what do you expect. If you have a problem with stairs, do not pick this unit. The stairs are steep leading down to it. I could see an older person struggling with this. There is also a pool table/rec room for guest to use, great space to just hangout in and a nice little bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this apartment is ideal for exploring downtown Missoula and the University of Montana. Within walking distance are dozens of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, breweries and coffee shops. Cultural events in theaters and galleries are also just across the Higgins St. bridge or a short walk to the UM campus. The basement apartment is advertised -- a cozy, warm place that has just enough of the amenities needed for a few days in the city. If you need more space, take advantage of the community room across the hall. Arriving on a Friday evening, I found parking to be a bit of a challenge and parked two blocks away. By the morning, though, a spot opened up in front of the building. The check-in and check-out process was easy. I look forward to future stays in the Babs Apartments!

Great location! Condos are clean, well maintained and adequately stocked with the necessities. Jenni and Kurt are accessible and accommodating. We plan on staying at the Babs each time we’re in Missoula (and that’s quite often). Thank you!

Jenni is the best host. Always available and the place is amazing and very clean. super close to The Roxy Theater which was awesome to visit for movies and fun!

It was a wonderful location and offered everything I needed for a week while working. I also loved walking the river path every night after work. The hair on the shower curtain and in the shower did put me off a bit. Also I’m not sure the floors are washed between guests??? But otherwise everything else was good!! And the owner was very nice and accommodating!!

We loved getting to stay in Babs apartments. This was the perfect central location for us and we loved getting to have our pup join us. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer while visiting as well. Jenni was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The upstairs neighbors were a little noisy early in the morning but other than that it was fabulous. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future Missoula trips.

Jenni was great and we had no issues at all! Location to everything in downtown was perfect! Others have commented about noise from apartment above, however we didn't hear anything. Plan to stay again next time we come.

The property is a great location. The rooms are charming and comfortable.

2nd visit- and likely our go to spot for our Missoula visits in the future
