Rented this house for my fathers 80th birthday and it was a home run. Amazing views of the cove and ocean. The back deck is perfect for a glass of wine or 3 with family watching the waves. The beach is about a mile down the road which is perfect for an after meal walk. All and all a perfect spot. Mendocino is only like 15 minutes away for nice dinners and shops.

Our large family group thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home! The view is outatanding, the amenities are boundless and the house is conveniently located. We ejoyed a morning run in the neighboorhood and the surrounding paths, hiking at the nearby state parks, golfing, shopping in Mendocino and many delicious meals at local restaurants. We did not get around to so many more activities, so we will need to return! Thanks Debby for sharing your beautiful home!

the view from house was unbeleivable and also a trail takes you to seals on the rocks by the house.--you can hear them from the deck--just fantastic

This property is just amazing! The house is simply stunning and the host thought of every possible need in advance. The views and access to natural areas were just incredible. We loved listening to the harbor seals, hiking, cooking and spending time indoors and out together. We can’t wait to return!

Beautifull location and equally lovely house ! Very well equipped by the host and everything was neatly labelled and organized. We enjoyed our stay very much and will surely come back for a longer time.

The views were our favorite thing about the property, and the house is situated to take advantage of those.

This home is amazing! The views of the ocean, Caspar Beach and all the wildlife makes this home a treasure. We have been going over to this area for the last 8 years and this is our favorite house.

We had a great 4 day stay at Bay Dream with 3 generations. The views are incredible, the home is very well equipped, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our three families. It’s close to several beaches, Mendocino and Fort Bragg, but the gated court makes it feel off the beaten path. The only small issue we had was the hot tub was pretty noisy at night (we were warned) but it was resolved and we all slept well the next night. All in all it was a great experience and we all left talking about the next trip!

Have been going to this neighborhood for years. It's the best. Bay Dreams is my happy place

As you will see from the pictures, the location of this house is extraordinary. Our family (grandma, parents, sister-in-law, two boys 11 and 13) enjoyed and were impressed by the amazing beauty. A highlight is that the largest sea lion rookery I have ever seen is visible from state park land at the end of the court. Everything was as pictured and the stay was very comfortable. The bedrooms and beds provided ample space for our party of six, accommodating all who needed an individual room. For cooking, the kitchen is completely outfitted. There is no cooking instrument, utensil, or appliance that is missing: from large format roasters and pasta pots to potato mashers. A cook could easily cook for a party of 10. We visited and enjoyed numerous local attractions, weather notwithstanding. Dining out in Mendocino was lovely and I recommend Flow, Café Beaujolais, and Luna Trattoria. Glass Beach in Fort Bragg was nice and the Cabrillo Point lighthouse. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the house and the location between Mendocino and Fort Bragg is excellent. Very quiet neighborhood and great hiking.

This is a family-friendly, comfortable house in a beautiful location , well stocked with games and a kitchen with everything one could possibly need.

The house was clean, but two things need improvement: 1. the house has ants. There were ant trails in the downstairs bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. We also had ants get into a box of crackers on the kitchen counter. The morning we left, there was a Black widow spider crawling up a wall, which we killed immediately. 2. the dishwasher doesn't seem to wash the glasses well. There was lipstick on some of the glasses when we took them from the cupboard to use them. We re-washed the glasses before using them. This may not be a problem with the dishwasher, but possibly whoever turned on the dishwasher last time did not set it on a long enough cycle.

In short, have starred this property and will be coming back. Great house at a great location on a cliff above the ocean and Caspar beach/cove, very well organized, amply stocked with amenities, everything easy to find. Also, as a mountain biker, I loved how the property's close proximity to multiple trailheads at Jackson Demo Forest made for easy access to great riding!

Our group (7 adults) had stayed in this house many years ago and had good memories from that stay. This time again it did not disappoint. The layout of the house is great, with 3 of the 5 bedrooms having decks with ocean views. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need and in many cases more than most people would even have at home. The views from inside and on the wrap around decks of the Pacific and of Caspar Beach are wonderful. You can spend so much time just watching the waves, small fishing boats and the soaring birds gliding above the cliffs. We all definitely recommend this house and plan not to wait so long for a return visit.

Bay Dreams is a marvelous and wonderfully welcoming home nestled in a breathtaking cove of wrap around ocean views. Beauty simply pours in through every window and you go to sleep listening to the crashing of the waves. Debbie's home is loving and charming and immediately makes you feel welcomed. The kitchen is overstocked with every appliance, spice, ingredient and dishware you could dream of, and the game assortment out of this world !! The bedrooms are beyond comfortable and beautiful and we all slept like kings! It is an amazing property and a wonderful wonderful experience. Debbie is an incredibly gracious host and was accessible and welcoming from the start. We cannot wait to come back!!!

We were in love with the location. Beautiful, quiet, private. Sat on the deck lulled by the ocean. Saw whales one day! Close to Mendocino - pastries at Good Life cafe were scrumptious! And steaks from Harvest Market excellent. Nicely appointed property. Beds VERY comfortable. Would def recommend this wonderful property.

Bay Dream was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The home was very spacious and still felt cozy. The kitchen had plenty of dish ware, utensils & kitchen tools. We felt so incredibly lucky to be staying in a home that was so effortless to navigate. Beautiful place and a wonderful home. Thank you very much.

The house is in excellent condition and very well equipped with everything one could need. We were very happy to have found this home. The views were so excellent that we didn’t want to leave for the activities we had planned. Stay here if you can!

We stayed here for my mother’s birthday and it was a fabulous experience. The view is incredible, it’s close to downtown Mendocino, close to a small beach and hikes. It’s equipped with everything you could ever need. After posting pictures of my vacation I had friends asking for the listing, that’s how gorgeous it is. Highly recommend!!!

This place has a good location between Fort Bragg and Mendocino, with stunning views. The property has all of the amenities you could want, and the kids especially enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommended.

This place was simply AMAZING. Went with some friends for a long weekend over fourth of july and could not have had a better time! The space had EVERYTHING, bowls, plates, games, towels, cornhole, chairs, shampoo, etc. truly making it feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the views were so beautiful we barely wanted to leave the house! When we did leave, the beach was a quick walk away and downtown a quick drive. Could not reccomend this place more!

Perfect location for a relaxing 5 days. Wonderful vacation with my family!
