Too many problems exsist at Spring Towers removing it from my next years list for renting again. The unit is serviced by two elevators, which one has been inoperatable since my Jan. 7th arrival. The second was inoperable for two different times which is a major problem for my wife's condition of using a walker making the stairs out of quesiton for her usage. The balcony is closed for entire two month stay and any view is limited as well. An ocean view was why I rented in the first place. A toilet problem was solved which wa making noise. The bldg. is undergoing paint on reverse, limiting pathways to the beach. One and only wood walkway is not usable, as closed for entire stay. Not renting again.

We enjoyed our stay at Springs Tower. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect.
It was right on the beach and was just a short walk to groceries, shops, ice cream and restaurants. The condo was very nice with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and they even had some beach toys as well. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Springs Towers from 07/08/23 thru 07/15/23. Had a great time. Loved the balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Was a little disappointed with the number of Handicapped Parking spaces near the from door(4). Compliments to The pool works this area was very clean.

The experience was very nice. We did miss having wash cloths. The room was described as handicap excessible but it wasn’t for someone actually disable. We managed and did well,though. Loved the access to the beach and the pool area.

The room was not cleaned very good. There a pair a dirty shoes left in the room and refrigerator had dried up food and juice in it. The washer and dryer didn't work very well.

We had a great stay at this location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. My Dad already wants to book it again for next year. It’s conveniently located walking distance to a grocery store, and many other little shops and restaurants. We didn’t have any problems with anything while we were there. The pool was a little cold but that didn’t stop the kids from getting it! And that wasn’t their fault, it was the weather. The adults enjoyed the hot tub!

We had a great stay at this location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. My Dad already wants to book it again for next year. Condo was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and a well supplied kitchen with everything you need to prepare all types of meals. Walk in shower was a plus in master bathroom. Very relaxing to watch the sunrise each morning while enjoying morning coffee on the oceanfront deck.
