I had read alot of reviews and even saw other condos available in this building. This particular condo was exactly how it was described and it was a great stay. I incorrectly thought there was indoor pool but so much to do around didn't miss it. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about this condo, from comfortable beds , very large balcony to the convenient location to everything. Only wish it would've had a heated pool for the kids.

My family and I came down for a 2 night stay and after realizing that our only full day was going to be a full day of rain I called Vacasa to extend our stay for an extra night only to find out that wasn’t going to work out. While on the phone I mentioned to my customer service person that we were leaving at 4 to get home that day and later that day she sent me a late checkout option of 2 pm that literally saved our short stay. The rental was by far the cleanest rental that I’ve ever stayed in and the beds were very comfy as well. If this rental is available my family will stay here again in November.

The unit was a good location. Kitchen and living space were outdated and could use some fresh paint. Bedrooms were updated. The biggest problem with this unit was the washer never worked, even after a repair person was scheduled and came to the unit but didn’t fix it. The ice maker did not work, had to purchase ice during the stay. Customer service said they credit for each day a amenity does not work. Still waiting to see a credit come through or I will dispute charge for misrepresentation of unit to get compensated.

The condo itself was great, awesome views, great location, comfy beds & updated bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit outdated but had all the necessities. We would stay here again definitely if the owner switched management companies. Upon arrival, it was apparent that the floors were never swept or mopped and the parking passes we needed were not in the room. After reporting these items and waiting 4 hours we were told it was too late and no one could clean that day. We ended up sweeping and mopping (after going & buying the supplies ourselves) so we could settle in. Spoke to Vacasa again and explained that we still needed the parking passes. They told us they would send someone over with them, 4 days later when we checked out we still had no parking passes. It did appear the toilets, sinks & fridge were cleaned as well as new sheets put on the beds, but once we knew that the floors were never cleaned it kind of made us question the cleanliness of anything else in the unit. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency and response to our issues.

This review doesn't reflect on Spring Towers, we love them, the problem is with Vacasa and their lack of customer service and communication. We checked in our washer did not work we called them and they were supposed to send someone to look at it. We also smelled something foul, and discovered but there was a dirty diaper in a bathroom trash can along with other garbage. Every time we use the dishwasher the garbage disposal backed up. All of the appliances were older the stove took forever to boil water. This condo also holds up to 8 people they were only 6 bath towels after multiple phone calls they did bring us extra. But we were responsible for taking them to the laundromat and washing them. The biggest problem was we did not have a washer which is why we booked this in the first place for the convenience. No one showed up I called every day. On the 4th day of her vacation someone finally showed up only to tell us the washer was old and broken and all of the parts were on back order. I gave Vacasa time to get back with us concerning this matter when I did not hear from them I called them the next day. They had no intentions of reaching out to me I asked to speak with the manager someone was supposed to call me back. We had to put things on hold to wait for a repairman and phone calls all week. Today I called again and spoke with them they're going to give me a $156 credit. Unacceptable I spend most of my time in a laundromat and on the phone instead of relaxing.
