The pool area was out of commission and we didnt have great communication before checking in. The people working at the resort was AWESOME!!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here and the location cannot be better. Walking distance to everything! The valet guys were superb and made having a car easy. Checkin was super simple. The unit itself is tired but functions fine for what we needed. Cabinets were falling apart, washer is tiny and can only handle a few things at a time. The listing showed a pool which was closed for our entire vacation which was disappointing.

The location of this condo was the absolute best! Beach a few steps from the front door, many restaurants within walking distance, activities galore, and super friendly staff 24/7. The view from the lanai is simply stunning! Checkin was a breeze with check in instructions texted before we even landed! Other than a few minor flaws (broken cabinet hinge and one ceiling issue) and the pool not being open (it was a construction zone), the condo was in tip top shape and well stocked with everything we needed. Parking onsite was also a plus. The location overshadowed any issues we had. Would definitely recommend, but check on the pool availability.

Very impressed with the fantastic, walkable location and amazing views from the balcony. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Byron, the property manager answered all our questions promptly and was very helpful. Valet parking and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Loved the security of the building. Only disappointed was that the pool was closed due to a leak but happy that we were compensated for that inconvenience.

The views in this condo are unbelievable. The place is very nice with a large lanai to enjoy. The location is great unless you don't like being in the heart of busy Waikiki. We thought it was fun with lots of activity and great people watching. That said, the condo and lanai are very private.

Right on the beach and a McDonald's at the corner (cheap coffee and breakfast). Bonus surprise was the outdoor kitchen/grilling area. Super clean. We made our reservation and the staff was there lighting the grill and making sure we were all set. Use of the area included the outdoor fridge, tables counter/bar area. We LOVED it. Unit came with valet parking (never waited more than 1 min for car). I would 100% stay here again.

The location is amazing. 4-7 mins after leaving your room you can be floating in the ocean. The view is amazing and unobstructed. If your looking for chill afternoons or early morning coffee with a view this property won't disappoint. The patio has shade 90% of the time other than an hour or 2 before sunset. If location and view are top priorities this is a must book property. This is what I call a for profit rental. This isn't someones personal condo they are renting out. There are no personal touches, no spices, sugar/coffee. It's a hotel room with a full kitchen. The building is very old (20+ years?). The unit has many minor issues with broken knobs, switches, chairs on the patio are pretty sun damaged and stretched. It really shows it age. The AC Is fantastic but very noisy(fan is unbalanced). Nothing overly serious is wrong and everything works but there are many little issues. Likely no one wants to report things (as who wants repair peoples in your rental on vacation). The 2nd bedroom has a window onto an open air hallway (2 other rooms) which was the only surprise. It makes the bedroom a bit of a cave if you want privacy. Not a big deal as its likely a kid's room View and location are 11/10

The condo building a set back from the main drag with a covered awning with auto access on the side street. When you step out of the covered walk, you're directly on Kalakaua Ave, which is the primary beachfront street down Waikiki. Kalakaua is lined with shops, restaurants and hotels, so if you're looking for a quiet hideaway, this isn't it! (Don't worry - visitors must pass through the staffed lobby and must use a key to access the upper floors so there's no risk of anyone other than guests accessing the units). The public beach access is directly across the street, probably less than 100' from the front of the covered awning, so beach access is splendid.The unit has everything you need - beach chairs, umbrella, full kitchen, wifi, valet parking - you name it. The condition of the unit was excellent. (The only minor complaint was a lack of available electrical outlets to charge our phones). This is a perfect unit for a typical family of four, with the two bedrooms (master with private bath) and second bedroom with the hall bath. Overall, this is nearly the perfect unit - again, so long as you're comfortable among the more urban beachy part of Honolulu.

The view is amazing from the balcony and master bedroom. The only recommendations are it would be nice to have a big salad bowl and servers and a salad spinner, and a big platter. There were no spices (not even Salt & pepper) or foil or saran wrap or baggies. That would have been nice to have also. All in all, loved our stay there and would come back! Great location too!

Beautiful A hassle free stay with property manager Byron taking care of everything. One short phone phone to him and problem is solved. Apt is in great condition. So near to shopping restaurants plus free parking. Walking distance to most everything we needed. Can’t ask for more.

The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning and watching the sunrise from bed was really cool. There were a few issues but those were quickly resolved by the management. The location is absolutely perfect and the valet parking was the easiest I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend this condo and will try to book it next time we come to Oahu. Mahalo!

Stayed three nights and we’re very happy with everything about the property. The valet service was a very valuable addition to the amenities. Condo was updated and comfortable. The balcony view is just fantastic. We would stay here again

Location was good. Clean room was lacking as guest bedroom had underwear and socks under the bed. Microwave quit working the last 2 days. Over all had everything we needed. Valet staff was excellent and very helpful.

I just love Waikiki Beach Tower I always wish I could stay longer. The condo was nice, the view was Spectacular. Our room was very nice had all the supplies we needed. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the cabinets are falling off the hinges and TV in second Bedroon did not work, but overall I can't wait to stay there again.

The code for the front door did not work, and we had to wait for the manager, who was thankfully on site, to come open the door. The carpet was very old. The sleeper sofa had extensive food crumbs all over the place especially around the mattress, which was gross. The sheets and pillows for the sleeper are our most frugal relative’s clearance picks. We moved the love seat to have more room for the sleeper sofa, and there was trash underneath. The concierges ended the beach towel service. There’s no self park, just valet. Overall, disappointed and the unit isn’t worth it’s astronomical price.
